I thought this was a good company. But when I go to do a procedure I want to know the cost and if my insurance covers it. I do not want secret charges showing up in the mail that is all I asked if it was done up front I could have Planned for it. Some people cannot afford the extra cost. Your billing team needs to do a little bit better. and explaining the cost to customers

Very nice people!!! I only have one person at the Dentist office I go to now that has been there since I started going. If she leaves I'm gone.....and I will come here!!

Going to the dentist is not a good thing for me. Eastland Dr. and staff made me feel comfortable . They took the time to explain what was needed to be done. I had a good feeling and will return to have my work completed. Thank you staff.

I have been a long time patient here, and today reaffirmed the reason why I drive so far to come here. My stress and nerves were at an all time high for reasons related and unrelated to the visit. The staff showed empathy and compassion when I mentioned my desire to be other places. They remained professional and invested in their job as well.

Everyone was very nice and attentive … took time to explain everything and answered all questions .. even told me what to expect when numbness wore off from local anesthesia and what to do about any pain that might still be there.. I was very pleased with my visit ..
