Literally
stopped
there
on
my
way
out
of
town.
Don't
normally
eat
any
fast
food
or
feed
it
to
my
son.
But
we
were
in
a
rush.
With
that
being
said
I
placed
my
order
after
asking
for
a
person
cause
I
don't
believe
in
robots
trying
to
take
my
order.
I
asked
to
buy
a
toy.
The
lady
graciously
offered
for
free.
I
was
grateful.
I
get
to
the
window
to
take
my
food.
They
didn't
specify
on
orange
juice
being
an
upcharge
even
for
a
small
or
what
size.
I
assumed
all
sizes
are
a
medium
when
your
originally
place
them
unless
they
ask.
Which
they
didn't.
Lady
at
the
window
was
kind
but
didn't
understand
that
I
thought
she
had
messed
my
order
up.
Some
thicker
Spanish
lady
came
up
I
explained
everything
once
again
that
lady
literally
had
the
audacity
to
be
rude
af
to
me
when
I
was
being
kind.
Then
stated
what
you
never
been
here
before.
Like
no
not
in
years
and
thankful
I
won't
be
going
back.
The
manager
I
believe
(male)
made
it
happen
after
arguing
and
being
disrespected
by
an
employee.
That
lady
should
not
work
in
any
form
of
customer
service
with
that
attitude.
I
wasn't
being
rude
even
have
a
witness
but
I
was
frustrated.
Management
needs
to
either
fire
her
or
have
a
conversation
with
her.
She
sat
there
giving
me
rude
looks
while
my
order
was
fixed.
Poor
thing
doesn't
realize
what
type
of
business
she's
in
and
truthfully
she
needs
repercussion
for
her
actions
and
ways
she
treats
her
customers.
