Never again will I take my child here the nurses kept turning their back towards me talking to my 16-year-old like she was an adult. Then told me that the home Covid test is not a real test.said they have to take another test knowing they just want more money out of the insurance company. Come to find out she was negative for the Covid, but my insurance will still be charged.

Walk in my granddaughter was bit bye some kind of insects. They took her right in and gave her the best care. She walk out smile. Keep up the good work. Will not take her anywhere else.

All of the staff were amazing. Daryl was wonderful with myself and my child. Took the time to listen and understand what was going on and hopefully we are in the road to being well again!

She also was extremely professional caring a nice. Spent awhile w me w thorough exam which diagnosed my complaint right away a escribed my med in to pharmacy which helped me out not having to wait.Highly recommend this clinic in Independence! Only complaint I have which others did in waiting room it was very hot in there! They have tall big windows in lobby could use some blinds as sun beaming in hot humid Louisiana weather. Someone mentioned control is set from another state.This should be looked into.Other than being hot I would go there again.Patricia a Sarah was Awesome!!

Easy to register online. Arrived for appointment and was told I couldn’t check in because the personnel had not yet arrived. However, I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The intake was thorough, fast, and efficient. The PA came in the room, checked my symptoms, and recommended treatment. The PA was knowledgeable and communicated herself effectively. Great care!

Everything was fine. People compentant,kind ,helpful! Only the lobby was not as clean as I expected. Exam table had like hand print so didn't get on it just stayed in chair. Otherwise they were wonderful with my treatment an diagnoses. I would go back.

My experience was great. Super nice staff and didn't have to wait that long. The nurse and Dr was very caring and explained things good. Made you feel welcomed.

They always treat us good & have fast service & it’s very easy to make appointments online ..We definitely will continue to use Fast Pace !
