Simply amazing. My husband surprised me by calling ahead to let the restaurant know our family was celebrating my birthday. The staff went above and beyond. First, they had decorated our table setting with flowers and balloons before we arrived. Second, they warmly greeted us, and attended to our every need. Third, dinner was spectacular. I had the chef’s special lobster that was wrapped and cooked in bacon. It was the best meal of our stay in Belize. Finally, for dessert, they went to the trouble of baking a gluten-free cake so that my celiac son could celebrate fully with us. They also did a great job making him a special, gluten-free chicken dish. I wholeheartedly recommend quarterdeck!

If I could give Quarterdeck 10 stars, it would better describe the level of service this place provides. I called ahead and let them know it was my wife’s birthday. The call was pretty broken up due to cell coverage so I just told them to do something special, and did not really know what to expect. Wow. I was completely blown away. The service was better than I get at top restaurants in America, and they truly made my wife feel special. I am not sure how I will ever top this one and it was all because of the staff at quarterdeck! I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time we've been, we are staying in an different place but, we really enjoyed the breakfast here, that's why we keep coming back 😋 such a great staff, honestly everyone is super friendly. I can't say anything bad of this place. Good quality of food, clean, good price and great staff. We will definitely come back. I'll recommend it 100%

Our server was great! We biked from an Airbnb and found out breakfast ends at 10am. The burger was large so we split it between two people. Cool view of the ocean.

Beautiful views and great food. Our waitress was super friendly and timely. Extremely helpful with menu options. We ate here several times during our stay and wasn’t disappointed once! They offered us to look around and even come back to their pool since the hotel wasn’t extremely busy at this time of year.

My husband and I came here for dinner from an airbnb down the road. We were 30 minutes early for dinner but the chef was kind enough to say that was okay and they would open the kitchen early. I had the coco Loco shrimp with grilled veggies and my husband had the chef's special which was creole shrimp pasta. By far the BEST meal we have had since being here! The fresh made/baked rolls, the shrimp ceviche, the bailey's mixed drink, coconut Loco, and special were all phenomenal. And our server was spectacular as well, very polite, kind, attentive. Truly amazing service and food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also, I have dietary restrictions and they were very happy to take them into account and wrote them on our ticket gor the chef. Truly cannot thank everyone here enough!

We loved this restaurant. The waitress was prompt and friendly. The food was awesome and prices fair. It has a nice view of the ocean while you eat. We didn’t go to all the restaurants in Placencia but from what we saw as our options it’s Best in Placencia.
