    Service was very good she was very friendly and checked in on us often.. It was a fairly busy Friday night but nothing crazy Good atmosphere. The food overall was pretty good the biscuits they give you to start out were great especially when they are warm. I had Walt's famous fried shrimp and they are always good.

    Took myself to eat, a lil getaway. Colby was excellent and so was Michelle, she made sure my table was clear of dirty plates. Manager was awesome as well.

    DISGUSTING! Hadn't been to this Red Lobster in years. Just went to celebrate a special occasion with a friend who requested we go there. The place was SO DIRTY. Pretty sure they have not vacuumed in years. I'm a bit grossed out to think of what the kitchen must look like based on how unkept the dining room was. Waitress was incredibly rude. Waited 1.5 hr for our lunch to be brought out (on a weekday) and she brought me 4 baby pieces of shrimp on a plate and that was my lunch off the $10 special. No sides, nothing. Just 4 baby pieces of shrimp for $10. I think we would have received better food and service at Long John Silvers or Captain D's. This was bad. Will NEVER go back again. They need to do some serious cleaning and train their staff to be a little kinder to paying customers.

    The last few times I have been there for lunch there is about a 15 minute wait for the table. The waitress was very nice. All the food came out right and was hot.

    We had the calamari appetizer. It was very good. It was not chewy at all. I had the chowder, salad and biscuits. It was very good. My daught had the garlic linguine pasta with shrimp. She loved it.

    Update!: food poisoning!!!!! Been home a few hours from my hunnys bday we are both sick in the bathroom! Initial review: If you like your salad with no utensils, soggy water logged crab legs to where you can only eat some of it, and a teaspoon of salt in your margarita then this is the location for you! Between the service lol I sat with a salad and no utensils for over 5 minutes, or the half edible food I would say this is not worth $30 a plate! You do not boil crab legs and leave them submerged for extended periods of time, the crab legs were impossible to get the frickin meat out of the shell the shells were flimsy super soggy.

    Red Lobster was a bit dead and we waited a solid 5 minutes at the reception desk for anyone to notice us. Given that there were no more than 10 tables seated, this seemed oddly long. The service the rest of the night was great, keeping us stocked with lovely biscuits and beverages, but not overly pushy

    I am not a seafood fan however, we went to a girls lunch and I enjoyed the Side salad, Bacon Mac n cheese and Chicken tenders. All was fresh and flavorful. Our server was amazing.

    We waited 15 minutes to order drinks. We ordered 2 salads that we never got. The steak was ordered medium and was well done. The fish tasted funny. The first rolls were cold and we ask for more and she brought two for three people. Overall a very disappointing experience.

    It was Christmas Eve. 4 adults 1 child. Couldn't seem to get a table although reservations were made. Restaurant was not busy. Server was so slow, it was like she wasn't there. 30 minutes into waiting for food to come out, we learned that over 1/2 our order wasn't available. Was there for 1.5 hours and left hungry. Whole experience was so bad.

    We were missing the most important part of the meal so we called to ask if we could pick it up, manager said yes, get almost all the way to the restaurant and manager calls to say that they are out of crab legs. Pretty sure they knew when they substituted a family size salad for my crab legs bc I totally wanted to my pay $60 for salad.

    I ordered the fish and chips and the fish and chips came very dry very hard reordered same thing same problem my wife had the crab which was good so my problem was with the way they prepare their fish I don't think they know how to prepare

    The food was great. Cooked perfectly and hot. The problem we had was VERY slow service ( the place was almost empty). My husband had to ask for a refill on his drink multiple times and it took forever to get our food each time, we had the * all you can eat shrimp*. After we paid our bill and was exiting the facility a man got up off the bench next to the door and stepped in front of us, aggressively begging for money and then a cigarette. We watched him sit down on the bench only to repeat it again to another customer exiting the place. ( not a comfortable situation because we don't carry cash on us.) This has happened before on Noland Rd.

    We ordered curbside takeaway from the Red Lobster on Noland Road in Independence, Mo. Walt's Favorite, with half a dozen extra shrimp and a steak. Got home to discover that we only got 11 shrimp! Not the 18 we had paid for. Tried calling the store, the manager was in a meeting for over an hour, (at the start of the dinner rush???), they transferred me to another line which disconnected me. The moral of the story is count your shrimp??? I hate to post negative reviews, I would not have do e so had they addressed the problem in a timely fashion. Mistakes happen, it is how you address them when they occur that matter.

    Had their Seafarers platter. Food was excellent. The wait time was 20 minutes or so, due to the restaurant being understaffed. Two dining areas were empty of customers yet seating wasn't available. Our server was pleasant.

    Our server Jay was GREAT! BUT...... floors were dirty Everywhere like I was playing hopscotch; tables were dirty to the point the hostess was playing pick a table you don't think is dirty; you ask why we didn't leave... hunger; food re-ordered several times due to being over cook; I don't believe my Margarita had ANY liquor in it; as we were sitting there, still no one wiped tables.. the hostess must of forgotten and kept trying to sit people at visibly dirty tables, walls with food on them. Here is the kicker; when we pulled up there were 4 employees outside smoking

    Unknowingly...my order was just made to perfection 🤨🧐🤫🤫👌👌.. I loved it 😊.. I wouldn't pay the extra five bucks for the lobster 🦞 mashed potatoes...it's like lobster gravy, but I did 😄😁. It was wonderful 👍🏽..just not enough 😂 meat in the gravy. It is Wednesday and this location has steak 🥩 and lobster 🦞 daily specials for Wednesday at $24.99. worth every penny.... I haven't been in a super long time but I will be back 🤣🔙...thank you so much for the great food and service.

    We sat in the bar area we won't do that again service isn't the best have to have bartender make your drink and wait on you too he had a reward for spinach dip we got that before we ever got salad and biscuits but it took a while to get all of the above. Our seaside trios finally came and it was good I know staffing is a problem but don't seat people in an area where they want get waited on like the dining area ijs.

    I visited Red Lobster today. 4/3/22. I sat at the Bar to eat. John was my server. I felt sorry for him. He was the only server for the entire area and had to make drinks as well. He was so terribly busy but kept a positive attitude. I felt guilty for sitting there seeing this guy running around trying to keep all his customers happy. I ordered the crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and fried shrimp. The crab legs and lobster tail was ice cold. For a 43.00 dollar meal. I should of had hot food. I normally don't complain or fill out these reviews but I felt that I needed to.

    We ate there last Friday. We were seated at 6:20pm as soon as we arrived. It took over 20 minutes before a server came to take any kind of order. It took another 30 minutes before bread was brought...with no plates. The waiter sure had time to talk to the other tables. The food was good, when we were finally able to track down the waiter to reorder shrimp...it took another 30 minutes to come out. We were never offered more bread or drink refills. I usually tip a minimum of 20%, and our servers are usually wonderful. This server Jakobi was absolutely the worst. I don't feel the least bit remorseful not leaving him a tip. We eat at Red Lobster at least twice a month. This is my first time ever in my 60+ years of life ever not leaving a tip. Management can rest assured if he's our server again, you will be moving us to another server. We had somewhere to be at 8pm... obviously we didn't make it.

    My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by our dinner experience. After having a challenge on a previous visit, we tried again and were so glad we did! The service was awesome, the food was freshly prepared and just how we ordered, and our drinks were so good! We will definitely be going back soon!!

    The biscuits are so good! I had shrimp and tilapia. It was excellent. A bit pricey, but you'll love it! For you foodies out there that don't like to wait, I advise going after the lunch rush or dinner rush. Especially, after the Sunday church crowd rush. No waiting! Who wants to wait when you're hungry? No one I know!

    We hadn't been there in a while. Food is usually good, and nothing to really complain about, but not spectacular. We really enjoyed this visit. My husband and I kept commenting how delicious the food was. Sometimes seafood can be over or undercooked, but everything was great. I'm a huge baked potato lover, and this was the best one I've had in a while. It was fluffy and hot. We were mostly impressed with the staff, though. They were so friendly, and we were pretty sure they were understaffed like a lot of places are today, because we saw some of them doing double duties. For instance, we saw the young lady at the front who greeted us also bussed some tables later. And she looked like she had no problem doing it. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience!

    This was a great experience. We had a very large party. Our servers were excellent, the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the best margarita I've had in a while. Very good Red lobster!

    The service was excellent. It was my mother's 90th birthday and the wait staff was the best. They made up for the food not being as good as the wait staff. Our large group was well taken care of.

    I went to the one on Noland road. The server great and the food was hot and tasty. Just had to wait to be seated. Not that they were busy, no one was there to seat us for while. Then they were out of some of the sides we wanted and they are now charging extra for a side salad. Salads used to be included as an option in the regular side dishes but now are $2:49 extra.

    It has been quite a while since I've been here and a friend wanted to try the endless shrimp. The food was absolutely delicious! Menu was a little deceptive as I thought the endless shrimp would include the two or three selections of shrimp in the paragraph listing "endless shrimp." But apparently the only way to get the endless shrimp is the third choice where it says $25. I do appreciate the waitress pointing that out! The table service was not that great as I'm sure they were short-handed. Had to ask for refills on our drinks, and moved our empty dishes to another table. Aside from that well worth the money! I would highly recommend for shrimp lovers who enjoy getting their fill!

    Red Lobster has gone so far down hill, I think they have one foot in the grave. We got there at 8 o'clock on a Friday night, We had to hunt down somebody to seat us in an almost empty restaurant. When we were seated, the hostess abruptly turned and left. We then had to go to the restroom and get paper towels to clean the seats in our booth. The waitress, who was wearing sweat pants, had to bring us 3 sets of utensils to find some clean enough to use. The food was okay, but small portions for the price. This is not the restaurant we used to go to, to celebrate special occasions.

    Based my rating on the average expectation of the nicer national chani restaurant. The food was average, not good not bad. The service was fine. No complaints but nothing to celebrate either. No complaints except- the scallops where the size of pearls/marbles. When ordering fomrom a seafood restaurant, I assume your food will be better size/quality than what I can buy on sale at the local chain grocery store.

    The food was excellent, the servers were a little out of sync had to ask for cutlery. The rest rooms were in need of cleaning. The advertised Model drought beer was not available. And it was extremely cold in the dining room. Next time I'll get carry out.

    We walked in and there was no one to say us. We waited a couple minutes then walked up to the to go station. There was an older couple seated near there that spoke up and said they had been waiting a long time for a waitress. There was a young lady in the to go area, but instead of helping she said hang on and disappeared. Finally, a waitress came and seated us. The service after that was subpar. Food was good!!!

    Would be less stars had my waitress not come when she did. I was seated around 330 and Noone came by til 348. If my watch had hit 350 I was I was leaving. But she came around and ask how long I had been there she was just coming onto work. She was super sweet and kind, my food amazing but I had to wait and there were only me and 2 other tables with people.

    Great tasting food that was still steaming when the waitress brought it to us. They were a little busy, but only about a 5 minute wait. Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us. I appreciate good service and left a nice tip. Definitely will return to enjoy the food and service!

    We used Red Lobster to cater our Truman High School Hall of Fame dinner and they were amazing. Ordering was super easy, delivery was on time and they helped me set up. They helped me stay within my budget and there was plenty of food. They brought me serving utensils and double wrapped the food to keep it warm. I received lots of compliments on the food throughout the night. People kept coming back up for more food! It was great.

    Came in for dinner about 6PM there was only a 15 minute wait which was awesome. Went to the bar to get a drink while we waited. Bar tender looked at us greeted us then walked off and never back to take drink order. We sat for 15 to 20 minutes with nothing. Then we got called for seating finally was able to get a drink then we ordered the 1 ultimate feast and pick 2 shrimp. Both meals came with scampi we which is our favorite however 1 scampi the shrimp were literally black looked like charbroiled shrimp. The other one shrimp were dry and in sat in burned butter all over the dish. I took pics and are happy to send them to you. During the meal my husband had long island iced tea but wanted to switch to regular tea. He order it and she never brought it until we were finished eating. Also you had multiple staff arguing on the floor while patrons were trying to have dinner. Just thought I would pass on this experience!
