    UPDATE : look whos closed again when theyre supposed to be open. & the funny thing is that Google says they just confirmed hours recently. There is nobody in there. Never got a resolution from anyone either, clicked the link, answered all questions, no response. 🤷‍♀️ This location consistently has reasons for not serving customers. 24 hours open but so often not actually doing their jobs. I know for a fact due to being told by a worker One day, that they just make up reasons so they don't have to complete drive thru others overnight. Then I show up today & there's literally a car parked BLOCKING the drive thru... I'm not sure how happy I'd be if I owned this establishment & found out the limited workers I do have are more often than not just doing nothing.

    Don't use the mobile app. They will just ask you to pull around to the doors and leave you sitting there. Waited well over an hour until I finally demanded my money back.The whole time I sat there, I watched car after car in the drive through get their food while me and 2 other cars who had mobile orders were forgotten about. Also watched the red head girl who works there clock out at 10 pm with her 2 bags of food. That means they stopped to make her food and/or give her food in a sack while the mobile orders got passed over and forgotten about sitting out in the parking lot. Employees who clock out get thier food here before customers who ordered through the app. That girl clocked out and carried her 2 bags of food right past us. lol unbelievable. After reading through the reviews, this seems to be a long going issue at this location, mobile order customers told to pull around and just forgotten about. Still is a huge issue and problem. I highly recommend going anywhere but here. You are really gambling here if you want food fast. They will let you sit there all day and night and not care. They blamed it on being short staffed and then blamed it on a shift change. Those were the excuses given to us mobile orders who sat there waiting for over an hour, but those reasons didn't effect the drive thru window tho. We actually got out, knocked on the window and reminded them multiple times that we are still waiting and they still kept on ignoring us! I will drive to Blue Springs or Lee's Summit locations before going right up the road to THIS sad filthy broken clueless location. Shut it down and give up already. The staff here will never be able to handle the amount of business here. No matter who works there, there will always be horrible customer service here. Been that way since it opened and mobile orders will never be made. They absolutely refuse to make them here.

    This was the first time I've ever ate at Jack in the Box, I've heard about the food for a long time but I can say it was worth the trip to try. The Jalapeño Poppers, Burger, Fries, and Chicken I had was absolutely delicious and they brought the food right out to us which I wasn't expecting from fast food. The staff were kind and made delicious food! I'd recommend this particular location.

    Very disappointed. Ordered a meal for me and my wife and the fries are ice cold and stale and hard and not even filled all the way. The burgers were not even fully cook and cold. The guy that was running drive threw was rude and the woman was inpatient when handing us our order. It’s sad that no one shows respect anymore.

    I'll keep my old review as well. Me and my dad went here to grab a quick bite. We were greeted entering and quickly serviced. We got our drinks and sat down. Our food was brought to us and the same young man to check us out asked if we needed any sauce. We were unsure so my dad suggest whatever sauce they had to bring us some and he gave us one of each of their sauces to try!! Very friendly staff. Inside the building was also very chilly!! Which is nice for us mid-west folk trying to escape the humidity! Old review-first review: They seem to always be short staffed. That causes stress to the workers and frustration by the customers. With that, the drive-thru always seems to be at a steady stop. I've gone several times before at different times where it's taken me 30+ minutes to get through. Again, not necessarily their fault.. but, aside from that. The staff is friendly and the food is always well made!

    Going on break with 8+ cars in the drive thru right now is ridiculous. 5-5-22 1:40am. Still sitting here at 2:05am. Forgot to add that after sitting there for about 45 min the employee comes out and says he is now closed. I said your business hours state you are 24/7 and he says "Well I said I'm closed" and proceeded to get in his car. Update: We went here last night and they screwed up my order 3 times after they finally acknowledged I was standing at the counter. Gave my first burger to a door dasher then tried to give me their order. Had it remade and they made the wrong burger. The third burger was correct but they gave me cold stale curly fries. I think it's time to find another Jack in the Box to go to.

    Came in because of the popcorn chicken adds I kept seeing on Reddit. Been to this Jack, but told myself I wouldnt go again because of the price. The menu is almost cartoonish in a way here. The ads they cant change offer really good pricing but for everything else on the menu there is a noticable spike. For instance, $5 for an advertised sandwich, $10 for the rest. This time I went there was only a $2 spike but still. That said the food at Jack is good. No denying it. I especially like having tacos as my side.

    Drive thru always slow they expect us dasher to wait for a long time for the people’s food it can be cold about time we get there, the women there seems to have an attitude..

    The employees were so nice and super sweet. They had a big smile and made my day so much better no matter what kind of mood I was in. The food is awesome too, and always neatly wrapped unlike most fast food places that just throw our food around showing no care at all. I will definitely return, i always do!

    The cleanest and freshest Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to in any state. Convenient location right off of i70. The egg rolls were made fresh. Bathrooms were very clean as well.

    I've been here several times. The manager is a great guy named, Jerry, who tries his best to make sure his customers are well taken care of. You may have a bit of a weight but their food isn't half bad.

    This place is always understaffed and there's always a line clear out the way because you will order one Burger and have to wait 15-20-30 minutes just to get it. Every single time I've ever been to this location I've actually never gotten food from here I have to go all the way to Blue springs because the food here is either so cold it wasn't worth the wait or I have waited so long it just makes no sense to just sit there and wait for something that's going to be cold anyways. Blue springs has such a better location with such a better staff.

    As soon as I walked in I could hear someone talking loudly on the phone, turns out it was the cashier! As soon as she saw me she told me to hold on she had to go to the bathroom. All while talking loud and ghetto on the phone. I stood there about 3 mins til finally a manager came over to take my order. Not a hello or sorry about your wait or even a thank you after I placed my order and paid. While waiting for my order I went to use the bathroom. Same cashier still in there on the phone talking loud and ghetto still. Smh. I know Jack in the box does not care but this is ridiculous to have employees like this working for y'all. I will never return.

    This place was a little slow getting my order. But other than that everything was top-notch. I would rather have my order by right than have my food, be ready in like 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

    10/10 experience tonight, (came at almost midnight) the employees were working understaffed and were beyond nice, quick, and everything was right. I wish I knew the names of the two lovely ladies that took care of me I would recommend a raise to their manager. Best fast food experience I've had in months, and that's saying a lot from a girl who works in the restaurant industry.🙌🙌

    I like the food that I get here. No doubt about it. I phrase it that way because they have a very wide variety or assortment of types of food and I have only had three or four, possibly 5 different things, all of which I liked... But twice I have dealt an order issue... Like an item missing one, had absolutely no problem recovering the missing item... The second time was a door dash order I picked up to deliver and it was wrong but door dash took care of my customer no problem and myself too. So just pay attention. 4 stars easy.

    I've been here 3 or 4 times over the past 6 months and it seems to be always the same. The employee that helped me was nice it took quite a while for my one breakfast Sandwich but OK. Employees screwing around, eating just not working. This is why nobody goes there the parking lot is usually empty. My breakfast Sandwich was adequate but lukewarm at best. So if you like getting an average meal and waiting a while for it. Then this is the place to go

    This location seriously impressed me. The gentleman in the drive through last night (9/21/23) absolutely deserves a raise. I ordered on the app for pickup and EVERYTHING was correct. All the sauces were in the bag and everything was neatly packed. He told me he made sure everything was made right. I was shocked because 99% of the time when you go to fast food sauces are missing or something is wrong. He said he takes pride in his work. I will now be a regular at this location. You guys are amazing!

    First and last time going to Jack in the Box. The fries were cold and the burger was not even lukewarm! Check the reviews, many reviews mention it. But this review is about management, look at the owners responses they are all the same copy paste responses. If they really cared they would do something about it not sorry to hear blah blah blah.

    I feel immensity sorry for the staff for what I'm about to say, but that was truly the worst fast food experience I have had. I'm sure you don't get paid enough to put up with what you do. I'll dive right in. 1) there were clumps of black hair on the center table. 2)there was a silver bug thing that was chilling on the floor. 3) They were out of medium lids and did not inform anyone of that when they order medium drinks. 4) none of the tables were clean. There was either sticky stuff or trash on them. 5) the floors were so sticky that after I left my shoes had stuff sticking to them until I washed them. It was this weird thick yellow stuff. 7) Don't bother ordering much off the menu. They don't have it. I've worked in resteraunts before, and I've been there when your shipment doesn't come. I've been yelled at while making minimum wage for things out of my control. I've worked a resteraunt open to close several days in a row. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Corporate needs to hire more staff so cleaning is a priority, and so that customer service is not exhausted.

    Usually this location does a great job, but unfortunately this time they messed up our order badly. We ordered food for four people with an online order. Every single item we actually got was wrong and we were missing items. I'm not sure why they messed up so badly.

    staff was extremely friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. the food was over priced and possibly the nastiest thing I've ever ate. you could tell the oil they were using was old and stale. I won't ever eat here again.

    This place might have gotten it together. Some times it's almost an hour wait in the drive through. Got our food in a reasonable amount of time this time. They didn't mess up our order and it was still warm.

    My brothers and I visited and ate at Jack in the Box the morning we were leaving to come home from KC. We do not have JITB where we live, so it was a cool, new, fast food place to visit. Customer service was phenomenal. They made a point to come out and greet us when we walked in, and for the most part we're very patient with us as we took a while to decide what to get. They have a lot of good menu items and at a reasonable cost, if you ever see one in your travels, take the time to stop!

    I've been here several times but yesterday was the first time I've eaten inside. The girl at the register was friendly and patient with me as I changed my order. The other staff I interacted with were also friendly. They seem like they're always understaffed, which is a shame because nobody wants to be run into the ground for such a large company that makes more than enough to staff properly.

    Best Jack in the Box.. Fast and friendly service and the food is always hot and fresh .. I love Jack's tacos. If you haven't tried them you must. They fry the tortilla. I love that . Plus you get 2 for like $1.49 and who has a dollar menu anymore. Just Jack's I guess. Also there is a really cute girl that works there. I'm actually waiting for her to get off work now and bring me some of those amazing tacos. I love Jack's tacos and hers too 😂😂

    Clean place and friendly staff. Great service and good food. There is a variety to choose from and everything is reasonably priced. As fast food joints good this one tops the list. Definitely gonna eat here again.

    Usually just have the everyday Tacos (2/$1.49) but tried a very small piece of my daughters Cheeseburger also today. Yummy flavors, but then again I've not had Red Meat in over 3&half yrs. Still all in all, it was good.

    The last two times I ate here the food was prepared, cooked and made to look exactly like the pictures do. The end result, it came out hot, tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. That's so RARE anymore these days to find a fast food restaurant that takes pride with making customers orders to look exactly as they should. I cannot comment on any of the other jack in the box locations but this particular one off Noland Rd is legit!

    I'm sure the food is good here, I wouldn't know. For some reason any time I visit a Jack in the Box they are closed early or have some excuse like "computers are down" to not make me food. I wish these companies would get their employees under control. Oh well, 5 Guys is across the street at this location and the burgers are much better there.

    We go here for specific reasons. I love the tacos and they are cheap. My wife loves their egg rolls, she always gets an order of 3 with sweet and sour sauce. Don't really eat anything else there, but I'm sure they have other good things.

    First time. Food was good the sour dough bread was amazing. They shorted us a drink and the fries were not very warm but the egg rolls were fire!!!!!
