Don't
use
the
mobile
app.
They
will
just
ask
you
to
pull
around
to
the
doors
and
leave
you
sitting
there.
Waited
well
over
an
hour
until
I
finally
demanded
my
money
back.The
whole
time
I
sat
there,
I
watched
car
after
car
in
the
drive
through
get
their
food
while
me
and
2
other
cars
who
had
mobile
orders
were
forgotten
about.
Also
watched
the
red
head
girl
who
works
there
clock
out
at
10
pm
with
her
2
bags
of
food.
That
means
they
stopped
to
make
her
food
and/or
give
her
food
in
a
sack
while
the
mobile
orders
got
passed
over
and
forgotten
about
sitting
out
in
the
parking
lot.
Employees
who
clock
out
get
thier
food
here
before
customers
who
ordered
through
the
app.
That
girl
clocked
out
and
carried
her
2
bags
of
food
right
past
us.
lol
unbelievable.
After
reading
through
the
reviews,
this
seems
to
be
a
long
going
issue
at
this
location,
mobile
order
customers
told
to
pull
around
and
just
forgotten
about.
Still
is
a
huge
issue
and
problem.
I
highly
recommend
going
anywhere
but
here.
You
are
really
gambling
here
if
you
want
food
fast.
They
will
let
you
sit
there
all
day
and
night
and
not
care.
They
blamed
it
on
being
short
staffed
and
then
blamed
it
on
a
shift
change.
Those
were
the
excuses
given
to
us
mobile
orders
who
sat
there
waiting
for
over
an
hour,
but
those
reasons
didn't
effect
the
drive
thru
window
tho.
We
actually
got
out,
knocked
on
the
window
and
reminded
them
multiple
times
that
we
are
still
waiting
and
they
still
kept
on
ignoring
us!
I
will
drive
to
Blue
Springs
or
Lee's
Summit
locations
before
going
right
up
the
road
to
THIS
sad
filthy
broken
clueless
location.
Shut
it
down
and
give
up
already.
The
staff
here
will
never
be
able
to
handle
the
amount
of
business
here.
No
matter
who
works
there,
there
will
always
be
horrible
customer
service
here.
Been
that
way
since
it
opened
and
mobile
orders
will
never
be
made.
They
absolutely
refuse
to
make
them
here.
