New hotel with poor service standards! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, self-check-in system, tasteful decor, and adequately spacious rooms. We were also pleased to receive a message from the hotel administration stating that breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi were all included in the price of our room. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a false promise. When we went to have breakfast in the morning, an employee informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay. What was even stranger was that she didn't even ask for our room number. Despite showing her the message from the administration, she still didn't believe us. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel has such low standards of customer service.

Nice hotel in the centre of Siliale next to the lake, free parking available, comfy rooms with clean bathroom, air con, fridge, comfy beds.. there is breakfast available with coffee michine friendly and helpfull stuff highly recomend!

Super relax

I had a great stay at Muontis on my way to pick up a puppy from the famous Rude Kennel! Very quiet, modern facilities, easy self check-in as I arrived very late, and comfortable bed. It was the best night of sleep I had during my trip! Friendly staff on the way out too. Hope I have a reason to visit again!
