New
hotel
with
poor
service
standards!
Upon
arrival
at
the
hotel,
we
were
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
cleanliness,
self-check-in
system,
tasteful
decor,
and
adequately
spacious
rooms.
We
were
also
pleased
to
receive
a
message
from
the
hotel
administration
stating
that
breakfast,
parking,
and
Wi-Fi
were
all
included
in
the
price
of
our
room.
Unfortunately,
this
turned
out
to
be
a
false
promise.
When
we
went
to
have
breakfast
in
the
morning,
an
employee
informed
us
that
breakfast
was
not
included
in
our
stay.
What
was
even
stranger
was
that
she
didn't
even
ask
for
our
room
number.
Despite
showing
her
the
message
from
the
administration,
she
still
didn't
believe
us.
It's
a
shame
that
such
a
beautiful
hotel
has
such
low
standards
of
customer
service.
