Kavitha and her team are really good. I bought a new mobile by exchanging my old mobile. They offered the best price and the best exchange price. I stayed there for around 2 hours to move all the data from my iPhone to Samsung, during that time I noticed the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. The best place to buy all Samsung products.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the showroom, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. The attention to detail in the presentation, the knowledgeable staff (Kavitha & team), and the impressive range of products on display truly set this showroom apart. It's evident that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating an environment that makes customers feel valued and inspired. I left feeling both informed and excited about the customer support and service .... Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards!

Wrong information on the payment. First they said instant discount of 10000 on refrigerator, while booking they selected EMI. Upon enquire, they said they informed me offer is on EMI only, which was a plain lie. They said EMI processing fee is nill for their showroom for specified axis bank card. But, when bill generated, its not free, I paid 1% of the amount. They have lack of interest in selling products, and customer satisfaction. Since, I needed the product urgently I bought, but refrain from this showroom if you can, that's my suggestion.
