Bsr mall croma is one of the best site ever I seen muthu is very good product explanation and knowledge. I brought samsung Q990B sound bar its quality is top notch.

Fraud people , selling fraud product Zopper. They will come to your home in the name of service and break your product and blame it on the product. My AC had water leaking issue due to the dust. I used to do regular service to remove dust. Last time when I went to Chroma for Purchase, they offered me Zopper stating 2 AC service 1 AC gas refill and unlimited service for home appliances. For 2500 So I bought the product and asked to come for service. They said it will be some in 24 to 48 hours but came after 4 days to do service. I had only water leaking issue due to dust and my fan was working good and I had good cooling in my AC. When the technician came he said gas needs to be refilled as there is only 50 and the AC needs 90. I said okay to refill and he did the service and refill. Once service was completed when he switched on the AC the fan was not working and I asked him why he blamed it on AC and finally some how by rotating the fan he made it to work and left home. The very next day fan stopped working when I called him, he again blamed it on the AC. I raised complaint in Chroma. But the zopper refused to come for repair stating they can't do it. It feels like they come for service and they break your product and ask for extra money to repair it. I need full transparancy on this issue. Some company has to take the list of houses in which they did service before and find out how many of them suffered the same issue.

We bought a refrigerator from croma last Saturday and next day i was delivered but installation took 3 days while opening the box it seems the product was damaged so we requested croma for replacement and they agreed and delivered the new one that too also damaged more than the previous one It's the worst ever experience of purchase

I wish I had zero star option on Google reviews. My experience was so bad that they literally cheating every customer in the name of cashback and emi offer. We purchased an AC and then the trick by sales person started. They say one thing and when you go for billing you see different. They force to swipe your card to show the discount but you are asked to go for EMI to get the discount. You end up paying more which they will cover-up. Beware, do your research and then take the risk of purchase from them. I'm still waiting for the refund. These guys are nightmare. There is no transparency on pricing. The displayed product price says ask for offers and that's their fraud practice by tricking customer to fall into the EMI trap and add-on offers. I will never buy a product from Tata group!

Hi guys, Am a regular customer of croma.The sales folks are wonderful in explaining the terms and conditions. The worst part when it come to service or repair of device.u will feel the worst rates performance from croma. Very poor service i have registered a complaint on 15 days ago for display issue, which is under extended warranty money already paid at the time of purchase by believing thr fruitful words. 4 tickets created and with our providing solutions they were closing it in every three days once. What sort of technology and advance management these guys are following?? I have no clue when I get this issue resolved.

Very Bad experience. I bought a washing machine and it took more than 4 days for installation to happen and still waiting for that. People are getting discriminated based on Language. I don't understand and speak local language so I am not being provided on time installation. Very pathetic behaviour and pathetic service. It's better to buy online than from store atleast you have proper time tracking available here they will always say within 24-48 hours we will solve your problem but that again get recharge after 48 hours.

And from my experience whatever I saw there was much lesser priced than the online stores. Highly suggested. Located in BSR mall, you can easily park your bike or car inside the mall.

Helped us checking the products after the billing process. Expected the 5% discount at showroom as a new customer but it was told that it is only on the selected products.

We went to Croma, OMR to shortlist a few of the kitchen gadgets in the second week of Dec 2023. All staff been quite helpful to shortlist products and prices. Ms Radha been quiet forthcoming in sharing her contact number and encouraged us to reach her out in case of any further assistance if required. We did contact Ms Radha to finalise the purchase and made payment. In fact Ms Radha and team helped us to carry some of the smaller tems to our car. When Samsung called us the next day after purchase, we were not ready for installation. Later on, I found difficult to reach Samsung support for installation of products, hence we reached Ms Radha and she promptly spoke to Samsung and arranged for the team to visit us to complete the installation on the same day. I went first time to croma to buy a clothes dryer, the showroom is very pleasant and kind employees, treating all in an equal manner. Customer friendly. I bought an LG purifier. Croma staff contacted me and helped to get the installation of the purifier as much as fast as possible. But some of the products in their online portal are not available in this store, eg, In dishwasher some brands are not available

Most of the appliances we bought from Chroma Bsr mall. But in my recent purchase of Bosch washing machine, I felt very bad customer service. No courtesy to the regular customers. Took hell lot of time for billing due to slowness in internet and billing servers. Not a happy purchase... ☹️

I had very high expectations when I went to Croma today to purchase a laptop after getting positive feedback from some of my friends. Had a very poor experience. Very poor customer service. All the sales people were like window shopping inside the shop. Honestly, most of them were not attending any customers. They were just lost in their own world chatting among themselves or being preoccupied with themselves. Many customers, like me, were left to be lost in the shop. Pathetic response from sales folks. Looked like they did not have any motivation to sell or loyalty to the brand Croma. None of them even wanted eye contact with customers worrying they might ask questions about products. Lethargy is the only word that comes to my mind. Croma - You lost a laptop sales today. Right after that bad experience in your store, I went to a Dell exclusive store to make my purchase where the customer service was far far superior. I am sharing this feedback only for you to change/improve. There are many customers who still believe you are a valuable brand. Don't lose them like you lost me today. I don't think I will ever purchase anything in your store again! I will also not recommend this particular store to any of my friends!

Dishwashers in many brands are available here. I didn't find it in other similar multi vendor appliance shop. It is worth while to check before buying from Amazon, flipkart.

Croma is present at the entrance of the BSR mall. Went to Croma store for purchasing a tablet. They had decent collection of models from Samsung, Lenovo, RealMe (apart from Apple products) The store executive was good and helpful. While billing explained all add on purchases before the purchase. After purchase, asked me to look into the product and check if they were fine before taking it back home. Found it to be thoughtful idea of checking the product before leaving the store. Good/pleasant experience

Comfortable parking. But if it is crowded, we might have to walk up two floors from the underground parking. I went in at around 11:00 am. The number of customer service executives where minimal which meant quite high waiting time. I waited almost 20 minutes before someone could help me out. Maybe it was because of the early hours. The rest of the experience was good. They are very helpful and helped me select the appliance.

Poor customer service don't go to any of Croma outlet, no one will provide proper response and give correct information. And after purchase you cannot get them in the call talk about any issues. BEWARE OF THIS BRAND AND STAY AWAY FRON THEM

Big store ,all kinds of A/C , TVs and mobile phones u can buy here , neat and clean , keeping social distance ,wearing masks , good , no same day delivery , takes more days to insatall the appliances , service after sales is not fair , car parking charges is not free.

Good thing is they have most of the brands and models on demo. Sales executives are polite and professional. But what i don't like is they are not maintaining stocks locally, everything should come from Bangalore warehouse. Bought tv here and it took 5 days to deliver and asked particular fridge and i was told it would take 7 days to deliver, others are ready to deliver the same immediately. ☹️

No sales person to show and explain the products. I waited there for an hour hearing their 10mins waiting time every now and then. Finally, nothing turned out! Store should find some good resource to sell their products.
