I shall recommend people not to order any product from FlowerAura. They provide the worst services possible to the customer. I have tried getting in touch with their customer care support, but there is no response from them. If this is the way they are delivering goods for the customer, I am sorry but the customers are smart enough to choose a better option for online delivery of flowers/combos. In my opinion, I personally would never order from FlowerAura and neither would i recommend any of my dear ones to order from them.

Overseas customer please don’t use their service, especially if you have to send gifts at a specific time! No point paying extra money for their poor service and low quality flowers(please don’t go by the picture, flowers don’t look anything like that)! I hired their service to send flowers at 12am (paid extra money for this hour delivery) for my dad’s 65th birthday and they messed it up. Not only did they not deliver on time, their customer service representative very rudely asked me to pay money again when I asked if they then can at least deliver between 11-12pm at least (12 hours after)!! When I asked them to cancel the order and refund they gave lame excuses like nobody was picking the call hence they went back. Interestingly, I had order a cake from a bakery nearby which was able to deliver at the same time.

Edit: the issue got resolved but the experience was awful. The gift recipient was forced to pay a delivery fee to the driver despite the fact that I had paid for the whole service online.

Wonderful service. The commitment made was fulfilled. Their chat support was active without even requesting for it and it was smooth assistance. Loved their service. And the most important part which has definitely made me a fan of this company is their exceptional customer service and the product being exactly as it appeared in the picture on their website. Fresh flowers and fresh cake was one more point I wanted do add on.

I honestly do not wish to even give them 1 star.. the good reviews seem to be paid.. I agree with those who have written that they are good with ruining the events. I ordered rakhi through them - which has not reached till date Nad it's Rakhi tomorrow. Their customer care is totally careless and casual. They do not have any answer to concern - they would not connect you to their seniors - it's not their protocol - all they suggest you is to wait till the order arrives as they say their vendor is not replying to their msgs. What a shame! Very disappointing experience. Please think 10000 times before placing an order for them. Do not ever trust them for any special occasions.. Place an order if you have patience to wait till eternity for your order to arrive! Stay away!! SCAM ALERT!!

It not only caused inconvenience on a special occasion but I also had to face embarrassment. I had trusted their commitment to the specified time, but they failed to meet the deadline. The delayed delivery prompted three calls to their customer service team, who assured me each time that the cake will reach me in 5 minutes! This shows their a lack of reliability and organization. While the cake itself deserves a positive rating, the overall experience with Flower Aura's service was disappointing. Regrettably, I won't be considering them for future orders based on this experience.

I'm giving one star because there is nothing lower. I prepaid an order from them for delivery to Jaipur on the 14th of Feb. i went to their site to check the status of the order. Saw its still in transit. went on the courier's site to track the order and saw that the order is still lying in Gurugram for the last three days. If they can't handle the rush then why are they in the business. absolutely pathetic service. their assistance is giving a standard reply. they are not replying to my tweet too.

I am reproducing a chat I had after my Rakhi gift of a special Mug was delivered to my sister in a broken condition. There were other items like nuts and chocolates which were obviously unbreakable. Worst customer service, they dont even deserve single star. Ordered a cake combo, chose same day delivery option (paid extra for that)..and website still showing "processing". This is not expected...i wanted to cancel the order but that option too is disabled. Just throw your money but dont invest here
