The staff was extremely hospitable and patient while we selected our rings. They have a range of products available to choose from, and pretty trendy designs. Bought a diamond ring and a band ring, a special mention for Nagaraju at this store - he had in depth knowledge about diamonds, and gave us a very good understanding of how to choose diamond rings. Will definitely visit again. We returned again in a day to exchange a ring due to size issues and the process was very smooth.

Worst experience, I don't recommend Malabar to any of my contacts. Firstly, I don't like to reveal the whole prize I'll leave it up to your imagination and also posting this review after 8 months from the purchase date just to let you know about my experience with this store and what could go wrong. I've bought a chain which is 40 grams/4 Thula and a diamond necklace which is 18 grams rose gold with 32 diamonds on it. At the time of purchase, the gold rate was 4750/gram, we were delighted and extremely happy on converting our hard-earned savings into valuable jewelry. Right after a week, the stone from the chain started to come off, as at the time of purchase they say that they will be providing lifetime service I called them, and after 10 days of continuous follow-ups and store visits they added a random stone which is larger than the actual size and convinced me to compromise over the finish and the stone. I'm completely disappointed with the goldsmith's work as he ruined the whole look of the chain's locket. And right after 2 months, the stone came off again as it is obvious that they just attached a stone that is larger than the actual. I've been calling them for the past three weeks and they just escape from the situation by saying silly reasons like it's Saturday, weekend, crowdy evenings, rare stone, and many more. This is my honest review and experience with this worst store, service, and fake promises. Please be cautious before making any purchase. For your confirmation, I'm even adding the pic of the chain and call history(which is just 10% of the overall call history I had to call with other numbers as they were disconnecting my call). I wanted to fade the details of the call you can check this number on the Malabar(Chaitanyapuri) website as well.

Very poor customer response at MALABAR DILSUKHNAGAR HYDERABAD, we have visited today to exchange our jeweler (invoice no - 5302C01IN0017840), the lady who allotted for us to show the jewelry is really not trained well on her job. We are not happy with her service, then after that purchase, we thought of buy bangles, we have waited for 20 mins at bangles counter with 2 small kids one was sleeping on the shoulder, none of the staff member not even looking at us, after waiting for sometime, we did ask the near by staff member to arrange someone here to show bangles, he called a lady staff member who is free at other end, but she refused to do the job, then again no response for long time, then again i ask the same staff member, he ordering me to call the same lady again, i am not sure if that is my job, again there is a BIG wait, then i reached out to the floor manager for help, he is too busy in chit chatting with other person, his response is too bad, not even respecting customers. he said will arrange, again he was busy with his chit chat, after waiting long time, when we enter enter in to the store, we reached to the floor manager enquire about our exchange, he SAID KARLOOO (IN HINDI) with no respect or he is failed to arrange a person who cares about the customer request. This is my first and last transaction with Malabar, i will be going back again to Lalita jewels / GRT jewelers. the staff response is much much better in those stores.

We have had a very positive experience shopping at Malabar Gold and Diamonds. The service was very decent. The store person that worked with us was Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy who was very patient all through and showed us several patterns. He spent 8 hours overall. We walked away with a pleasant experience. I recently visited Malabar showroom. It started raining while we were shopping. We though it is not that big issue. But in very shot span of time water started flooding. We started looking for cab and they were not getting booked. The thing which made me happy was the manager's concerned about safety of customer. Instead of looking into the sales of his branch he was more concerned about the safety of customers. He was trying to arrange transport for customers who does not have own transport with the other customer who are going on the same route. His main intention was that all his customers should reach home safe. I really like his concerned and would like to give 5/5 for his work.

The worst jwellery shop I ever visited in lifetime. shop is having wide variety of jwellery but sale staff is rude and unethical behaviour towards customer. It is accepted that there is waiting on weekdays but there is no token system for waiting. No proper management. The gents sales men are just roaming here & there and if you ask they said that wait for 5 min. It was about 45 min we waited. One of tha sàles man replied it is Saturday. My question is if so then why more staff can't be deputed to serve people. It is total waste of time. I would like to suggest to visit another shops around where you will treated as customer and serviced well by sales man.

Today i went to Dilsukhnagar branch for purchasing Silver item at 8 p.m, but there is no sufficient staff, they told you be wait for some time and price also higher than Google search price, still some time waiting no one bother it. And I surprised am i in gold shop or in D-mart. Even though in D-mart we can get solution and went without empty hands. Here there is no proper respond after waiting and I back without purchasing.

Worst experience I have joined in a scheme and purchased a necklace but very few options and staff was also not that great. The worst part is even after purchasing in good amount no Diwali gift from store when I asked for it staff said it was distributed among staff itself. Literally I have bad experience with this branch.

Kudos to the lack of customer service. Was here hardly 1-hour ago and while I was inside, no one paid any heed to ask whats needed. When I sat near the place that has Gold Chains, the person on the opposite end simply said that it will take approximately 30 minutes for me to get someone to show something. When I asked why, he literally said “because thats how it works here”. Needless to say, I got up and left… i had come with the intention to purchase 4-5 different items but I sure as hell will not be giving any business to these snobby artists who call themselves as jewelers. Now, as I draft this, I see that lack of customer service is a repeated complaint… and whoever handles the reviews simply asks the customers to send an email despite reading the reviews… lol. When you can see the review here, why not take an action and rectify the problem…

Pathetic customer service. I visited the showroom on 18 June 2022 to make a purchase and had such horrible experience. I have been a patron and had extremely amazing customer service in 2 of the Bengaluru showrooms (Marathahalli and Bannerghatta). Here in this branch, no one bothered to receive us or ask what we needed. After a bit, we just settled down and an arrogant woman attended us; who was obviously not interested in doing her job or whatsoever. Despite, I finished my selection and asked her for a quotation. I finally walked out without purchasing just because of her arrogance. She just behaved as if we were there for some freebies she was offering. The management should know whom they are hiring. She is unfit to be in such a customer facing job. Get well soon lady. Duh!

This branch has got some awesome designs and great people working for it too. Appreciate the patience Mr Sanjeev has and also the exceptional help he extends, besides him being very busy, he makes the entire process of buying jewellery hassle free and very easy. One goes back to the same shop again when the staff make the process, an experience worth revisiting.

I visited this store to buy 2 gold chain for my kids. Wastage for gold they mentioned was 13.5%. I would like to first thank sales executives here for suggesting me to visit lalitha jewellery mart in somajiguda and also i thank them for informing me that wastage will be less in lalitha and they have also agreed that they don't know the reason for it. As per their suggestion i visited lalitha jewellery and was really surprised. I got the same chain for 7.8% wastage and also gold price was less in lalitha. I almost saved 18K rupees. Thank you malabar for your recommendation.
