PRE-BOOKING TRICKERY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and ARROGANT-INSULTING STAFF:- Our Dreadful Experience. 1) We booked Gold 3 months ago by paying 50 thousand INR(initially and 50k more later when contacted over the phone) and were promised to sell us gold at the then price when we need it. But last week, when we went there to purchase gold they resorted to the nitty gritties in the "terms and conditions " and denied us the deal. They claimed that we were supposed to pay 50k more and because we didn't, the deal is off! Ok, so we then read the terms and conditions, and that point is actually there. However, the issue is that they are supposed to MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE of this fact at the time of booking. But THEY DIDN'T. If the deal is supposed to be invalid if we didn't pay the monthly amount, they should make the customer aware of this fact in the beginning itself. This is the MOST IMPORTANT criterion and they just assumed that the customer will learn about this from the terms and conditions? They are of course legally right but morally wrong. They tricked us without letting us know the most important detail regarding this deal. I mean who will read the whole terms and conditions? 2) Ok, so they intentionally(or otherwise)didn't let us know about this detail and we did the mistake of trusting them, and as a result, we didn't read the terms and conditions. There is mistake on our part too. We shouldn't have trusted the person who explained the terms to us and should have read the minute details ourselves. But then when we finally went there to discuss this issue, we were met with PATHETIC customer service or shall I say the lack of customer care. The person in charge INSULTED us and waved us off as if he didn't care a bit about the 16 lakhs worth of purchase we were about to make. So this is my genuine request to all who are planning to visit this place - AVOID IF YOU CAN. But if you are so inclined to buy from here, go through every minute detail on every paper that they might give you. Go through even the tissue papers there because they will trick you based on the microscopic details that they have added in some of those papers. Because at the end of the day the loss will be yours and they will be "legally " right, although ethically they are WRONG. If someone from the management is reading this, please know that customer service is the backbone of every business. You are supposed to make the customer aware of all the dimensions of a purchase deal. And in case there is a misunderstanding, you should communicate with respect. Insulting, belittling, and traumatizing the customer should not be the way forward. You lost some valuable customers due to the ARROGANT behavior of your staff.

I visited the store last day and I was very impressed by their service and quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they showed me a variety of options for my budget and preferences. The store has a good selection of well-made and elegant jewelery. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. The store has a basement parking lot, spacious enough even during peak hours.

We had a very pleasant experience at this store and the sales person explained everything well, he is very very good at his job. Employee like Arjun makes customer experience way better. Overall we had good experience and only thing i felt bit difficult is there only one cashier and that makes people wait for long time, especially if the current customer has any payment problems then rest of everyone needs to wait long. We could have left the store 15 minutes early if there is another cashier available.

First experience lasts longer. Yesterday we visited the shop.We had a grand welcome by Miss Parvathy. She was with us like a family member till we left the store, helping us clearing our doubts. The store has excellent collection of jewellery. Mr vishak sales person of the shop helped us to know the investment plans at Malabar. One should invest for good returns here. One should surely visit the store for excellent shopping experience.

Abraham was very professional and was very keen and took the time to show us various designs before we came into a conclusion on which product to buy. I also had some gold, which I wanted to sell to buy new designs(which malabar gold has a lot of options) for the wife. I dont think we find it difficult to get a jewller here .. but the attitude wqs so bad we spent 10 minutes .. no one have attended us .. we expressed the concern and they dont seem to care very bad shopping experience And I dont think there is much to do with the copy pasted response you give here .. there is no need to contact me to fix this - Fix it at your firm - copy pasting your contact details wont fix it . I spoke with my firends in hydrebad they said they had similar issues in their hyd outlets as well - change your culture copy pasting is not the solution
