PRE-BOOKING
TRICKERY,
POOR
CUSTOMER
SERVICE,
and
ARROGANT-INSULTING
STAFF:-
Our
Dreadful
Experience.
1)
We
booked
Gold
3
months
ago
by
paying
50
thousand
INR(initially
and
50k
more
later
when
contacted
over
the
phone)
and
were
promised
to
sell
us
gold
at
the
then
price
when
we
need
it.
But
last
week,
when
we
went
there
to
purchase
gold
they
resorted
to
the
nitty
gritties
in
the
"terms
and
conditions
"
and
denied
us
the
deal.
They
claimed
that
we
were
supposed
to
pay
50k
more
and
because
we
didn't,
the
deal
is
off!
Ok,
so
we
then
read
the
terms
and
conditions,
and
that
point
is
actually
there.
However,
the
issue
is
that
they
are
supposed
to
MAKE
THE
CUSTOMER
AWARE
of
this
fact
at
the
time
of
booking.
But
THEY
DIDN'T.
If
the
deal
is
supposed
to
be
invalid
if
we
didn't
pay
the
monthly
amount,
they
should
make
the
customer
aware
of
this
fact
in
the
beginning
itself.
This
is
the
MOST
IMPORTANT
criterion
and
they
just
assumed
that
the
customer
will
learn
about
this
from
the
terms
and
conditions?
They
are
of
course
legally
right
but
morally
wrong.
They
tricked
us
without
letting
us
know
the
most
important
detail
regarding
this
deal.
I
mean
who
will
read
the
whole
terms
and
conditions?

Ok,
so
they
intentionally(or
otherwise)didn't
let
us
know
about
this
detail
and
we
did
the
mistake
of
trusting
them,
and
as
a
result,
we
didn't
read
the
terms
and
conditions.
There
is
mistake
on
our
part
too.
We
shouldn't
have
trusted
the
person
who
explained
the
terms
to
us
and
should
have
read
the
minute
details
ourselves.
But
then
when
we
finally
went
there
to
discuss
this
issue,
we
were
met
with
PATHETIC
customer
service
or
shall
I
say
the
lack
of
customer
care.
The
person
in
charge
INSULTED
us
and
waved
us
off
as
if
he
didn't
care
a
bit
about
the
16
lakhs
worth
of
purchase
we
were
about
to
make.
So
this
is
my
genuine
request
to
all
who
are
planning
to
visit
this
place
-
AVOID
IF
YOU
CAN.
But
if
you
are
so
inclined
to
buy
from
here,
go
through
every
minute
detail
on
every
paper
that
they
might
give
you.
Go
through
even
the
tissue
papers
there
because
they
will
trick
you
based
on
the
microscopic
details
that
they
have
added
in
some
of
those
papers.
Because
at
the
end
of
the
day
the
loss
will
be
yours
and
they
will
be
"legally
"
right,
although
ethically
they
are
WRONG.
If
someone
from
the
management
is
reading
this,
please
know
that
customer
service
is
the
backbone
of
every
business.
You
are
supposed
to
make
the
customer
aware
of
all
the
dimensions
of
a
purchase
deal.
And
in
case
there
is
a
misunderstanding,
you
should
communicate
with
respect.
Insulting,
belittling,
and
traumatizing
the
customer
should
not
be
the
way
forward.
You
lost
some
valuable
customers
due
to
the
ARROGANT
behavior
of
your
staff.
