Terrible customer service. They really don't care whether you buy from them or not. We went in to buy wedding jewellery but seeing their customer service we walked out. Their gold collection is also not great. Not worth the effort or visit of going there.

My family are forever customers of Bhima Gold. I went to the Thiruvalla location with my mom and sister recently and the customer service and satisfaction was amazing. Special shout out to SREEJITH & RAMESH for great patience and sincere suggestions. Not only was the reps great, the MANAGER AUGUSTINE CHACKO was extremely helpful. Very neat and tidy and staffs are very kindful and professional. As a normal customer I could feel that they don't hide anything, everything is visible to customer ( may be there are things to be hidden as far as business is concerned). Looking at their dealings I am a happy customer.

Not recommended. They don't have much collections and variety. They advertise one thing and put in place another. Went to buy an ear ring for baby. Only a few ear rings were available. There service rate means pani kuli and all is really high. Went during the period of their anniversary and throughout they put banners that the pani kuli service rate is 50%. But for me they gave reduction of 30%, saying you have to purchase more than a specified amount. No disclaimer is provided anywhere. Really not advisable. Can be mentioned as cheating

Worst customer service ever experienced in any branded shops in Kerala. The sales person took 3.5 hours to complete an exchange of a chain. He was very slow, irritating, sarcastic and not interested in helping customers. This person ruined half of our day by spending too much time with every single step. We could not see anyone paying attention to services from a supervisory level. We would never go back there. I see similar reviews from other customers and disappointed that there have been no steps taken to address these issues.

There is also a branch of Bhima Jewels in Thiruvalla. Although it looks small from the outside, it is not a very comfortable show on the inside. However, they have made limited use of the facilities. Parking facilities are also arranged. Bhima Jewelery branch in Thiruvalla is generally a good gold trading company.
