Took our Mini Doxie in for vomiting and bloody stools. The Vet and Tech were concerned and showed great compassion to our situation. After a 24 hour admittance to the hospital we took Marley home with a bag full of medications and special food. Within 48 hours he showed great improvement and is doing well now. Both of the Vets that saw him explained everything that was going on with him and what we needed to do to keep our senior boy happy and healthy. The Tech has contacted us since our visit to check on his progress. We have our own Vet for routine visits closer to home. If we are ever in need of an Emergency Vet (hopefully not) we will return here.

Our regular vet office couldn’t get us in and our sweet old miniature schnauzer boy was suffering in his last day of his life. Treasure Coast Animal clinic was so caring, professional, and compassionate when helping to end our fur babies suffering. Losing our sweet fur baby is one of the hardest things ever- but I’m so grateful that this caring clinic and professionals were there to help us and our boy. My heart is beyond broken and a big piece of me is missing, but I am so glad our boy is no longer suffering.

I wanted to say thank you to TCAE. We came in Sunday as an emergency. Our sweet boy Harley was having trouble breathing. Thank you to Dr. Cail, Lindsey and the rest of the staff for your attentiveness, caring and compassion. We are so grateful for all of you. My past experience a few years ago was not a great one, but due to the urgency of our situation on Sunday I made the decision to come to TCAE. Unfortunately Harley’s situation was not a fixable one, we would be losing him regardless of our choice of treatment. Dr. Cail was up front, honest, calm, compassionate, and explained things and let us ask questions we needed to ask. I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us to let our sweet boy pass to the other side in a calm, peaceful, respectful and pain free manor. - Michelle Gable

Fantastic Vet! We arrived in town @1:30 am to visit family, and within 5 minutes we noticed our pup had something really weird going on with his eyes, and it was awful. We found this amazing ER vet, jumped back in the car, and took him immediately. We were seen quickly, and the assistant and doctor took such great care of our pup, they were kind, compassionate and VERY FAIRLY PRICED! Our pup was given an antibiotic and we were sent out on our way with home care instructions. We were expected a hefty bill, and we never got one, we couldn’t believe the good deal. We were so impressed with the quality of care we received and the cost of the visit, we wish we lived here because this would for sure be our new vet. We couldn’t sing enough praises for this place. I would definitely come here for routine care. Thank you so much, you are AWESOME! You should come here, you won’t regret it.

Thankful for credit cards and the doctors of this emergency vet hospital. We almost lost our precious 1 year old British lab to Lepto. If it wasnt for the fast acting staff and doctors at Treasure Coast we would have. When our playful pup just laid in bed we called to ask for advice since it was Saturday and our regular vet was closed. They convinced us to come in and lucky for Duke we did. He stayed for three days hooked up to IVs and getting tested. We were able to visit him which made us less worried. Hopefully we never need a vet ER again. But, we know a great one if we ever do. Thank you so much.

I was pleasantly surprised. We took our two dogs and cat for yearly exams and vaccines. I’m deducting one star because they won’t let you inside with your animals. I hope that changes. However, the vet tech LaValle was amazing with our dogs. I worry because many people are afraid of shepherds and that makes our dogs nervous. But LaValle handled them with ease. One dog happily trotted away with him. We were shocked. That is worth it’s weight in gold. He’s a treasure — a vet tech like that is hard to find. The vet was super nice and carefully explained one issue with one of my dogs. Oh hell, I’m putting the star back. It was a good experience. Yes we waiting longer than we expected but it’s also an emergency hospital and some pets in distress came in — and obviously they took precedence. I do hope they change the rules soon to allow people on with their pets though.

I took my dog there friday night, the staff knew I was coming in with my dog who could not walk, when we got there I went in and explained the situation, and the VET Angela Cail made a comment about she will not be carrying my dog in to the building she was so rude about it and I explained that my husband was trying to get our dog out of the truck and hopefully to make him walk in to the building. Once inside the building the stuff except the young boy who was at the from office were rude and unprofessional they tried to sedate my dog to the point that my dog was super stress and was not happy, the nurse said rude comments about my dog to my husband and the entire time she was in the room with us she was super RUDE to us and my dog to the point that we decided to leave. We were there for 2 hours and in those 2 hours that we were in there the Vet who supposed to be an animal helper never came to us or asked about our dog, but they did take our $100.00 for the Antisedan that never work on my dog. If you love your pets don't take them to this place.

My dog was at the end of his life and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to humanely euthanize him. The staff was caring and empathetic. They made our boy's final moments one of love and peace. They took care of everything so we could go home and grieve. To my great surprise and joy, they sent us a condolence card with his four paw prints and his nose print. They even made a claw print of his paw. I will treasure these forever. These wonderful people have my deepest thanks and the love of my family. I would trust any future pets to their care. Thank you so much for looking after Tolkien.

We called them at 9:30pm and explained our situation and that we are coming from Ft. Pierce. We arrived at about 10:15 at 10:30 somone finally came to the door and said the vat was not there and would be back after 12am. But we could to to the clinic in Melbourne. I was there with a dog in a lot of pain. And they knew I was coming. Why didn't they say anything to me about the Vet not being there before I drove all that distance

Thank you for being absolutely amazing with our German Shepherd and our family. Our girl had emergency surgery and was transported here for an over night observation and they did great with her. They did everything to work with the cost. Great experience!!

I was given the wrong address by the employee who was working. The location was 10 times further than other Pet ER's near me. My baby died on the way there. The young lady who was there that night acted as if I was an interruption to her evening. I know that when I had called before and since, the day employee is sweet, kind and very empathetic!

Amazing emergency animal hospital, a great resource for all of us here on the treasure coast! It's never a good thing when you need an emergency hospital however, if you wind up at one, it's an extra special benefit, if it's a nice as this one! Not only is it architecturally pleasing, it's incredibly clean, well-lit and up to date with the latest medical technologies and equipment! My beloved male Maltese, Lucky-Puppy suffered from congestive heart failure, we brought him here in cardiac failure, we were frantic and were met by the most calming and compassionate Veterinary Technician, Trish. Trish is not only most competent and experienced, she is greatly empathetic and compassionate in her approach. The doctor, Dr. Cail was direct, succinct in explaining exactly where we were in the course of options available to treat Lucky and was very understanding as to our needs as well as what was in the best interest of Lucky. I greatly appreciated her honesty and her empathy - she was a great listener too! We were able to make an informed decision in the middle of the night, after being in a frantic situation- we attest this to the excellent and competent care we received. Thank you Dr. Angela Cail and Trish for helping us to make an impossibly difficult decision and taking such great care of our Lucky-Puppy!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming to us when we came in! The lobby and property is very well set up to access despite road work being present. Overall a very nice set up. The reason for the star loss is simple. The vet was motivated to make money. She made a call for us to get cheaper help, which was decent, but still made me borrow $65 from my 15 year old to tell me this information. When she learned how bankrupt my family was, I feel she should have referred us to the Humane Society first and simply told us she can’t help us if we don’t have money instead of collecting the visiting fee. I don’t even make $65 a day and I saw this practice make over $750 in the hour I was there. I had over 10 dogs to care for and have to accept donations just to feed them and I was practically begging everyone to spay this rescued animal so we don’t get yet another litter of puppies! When I adopted her, she was pregnant already and I didn’t know. I spent over $12,000 rescuing a whole litter of giant Mastiffs that I didn’t plan or know about. I just feel like this vet could care a little more about the people who rescue and rehab animals. Because most of the time, we don’t get paid.

I am absolutely glad I went here.... My 16 old pug had a seizure at 4 am and it wouldn't stop.... I knew it was time to let her go and the woman that helped us (Trish) was absolutely wonderful... She knew I was hurting and was gentle and caring about the whole thing although they wouldn't let me be with her she brought her back out so I could say goodbye.... Very thoughtful.

Did excellent job with my Greyhound surgery. Ari is healing quickly and is back to his old self. Highly recommend based on our experience.

I gave 5 stars simply because they deserve it. The assistant to the Dr was very gracious and welcoming when we arrived. You could tell she cared about our puppy. A huge shoutout to Dr. Cail for being great as well. At that time at night, she was not in a hurry, she took a lot of time with us, explained what was going on, made a call to our primary vet to question meds, she prescribed medications and took the time to explain how to administer, she explained the care we had to do at home to get him healed up quickly. Dr. Cail is very thorough, compassionate and very personable. You can tell she loves animals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
