We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Was originally checked in at 3:30am by Kim and she was so kind and fun. She made check in seamless and easy. Gave us our room information and let us know the hot water and cold water is sometimes swapped, nice helpful tid bit. Got up to our room and went right to sleep after a long days drive. My family was then awaken by staff banging on our door telling us to get out of the room we were not supposed to be there. I went to the door and told her Kim checked up in last night and we had two days. She said no we didn’t and go go to the front desk. I asked her to hold on one minute and she responded I don’t need to do anything go to the front desk and walked away. I then called the front desk and Quinten answered. I told him what was going on and that the staff was rude and he responded with, that’s neither here nor there you aren’t supposed to be here. I then went to the front desk to speak with them in person and again was told we weren’t supposed to be here. The reservation was made and paid for 2 nights, so I didn’t understand them being so adamant I wasn’t supposed to be there. I told him that the way they were handing this situation was rude and unprofessional and he said you aren’t even supposed to be here so you shouldn’t be complaining. After 5 minutes Quinten realized that they had made an error in the system and put me in room 302 instead of the room I was in 303. Simple and easy clerical error on their end which should have easily been fixed. We were then given new keys and went about our trip. That night after swimming my family went to take a shower only to find out there was no hot water. Unfortunately, Quinten was the staff available so we chose instead of being belittled and disregarded we would just find a new hotel the next day. The next morning before check out we went down for the complimentary breakfast and the woman who was running it was amazing. She was so sweet, attentive and was so busy but still communicating and pleasing guests. Would not stay at this hotel again simply because of Quinten and the lady who does door knocking on weekends. They were rude, unhelpful and careless.

We have stayed here once since my sister-in-law needs a handicap room and this Holiday Inn is very close to ACT’s retirement community. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance and the outlet mall is also within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the outdoor pool is well maintained. This hotel is good for an overnight or for its location but there are better options in Vero.

I was actually impressed with this hotel and our stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed in a double bed room for four nights. My only slight issue was that you have to keep the A/C on 68 or else the rooms begin to feel a little damp/humid. The breakfast options were decent varied from day to day options such as pastries, pancakes, French toast, biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurts, milk, juices, toast, bagels and oatmeal. Will stay again in the future. Location wasn’t too far from the beach.

My new favorite hotel chain! Sheets were good quality. Dove brand skin care products in large bottles. Pool was nice temperature (luck of the draw). Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. I loved the chaise lounge in the King bed room!

Front desk was not very welcoming ..did not acknowledge I'm a Gold Member...did NOT go through the NO smoking paperwork signing step...nothing. Just handed me my card keys. Didn't want to be bothered, it seemed.

Conveniently located. Maintenance guy on the spot. Johnny on the spot. Great personality. The whole staff was nice. Conveniently located near the beaches 30 minutes away. In between Port St. Lucie and Cape Canaveral. The only thing is that the breakfasts were the same every morning. But, they had breakfast and did the job. Pool is clean.

We stayed 4 days. House keeping only made our beds. 1 day took all towels and left no clean ones. Never vacuum our floors or cleaned sink etc. The breakfast was good. Probably won't stay again

We enjoyed our stay here. We come back every year on our way to the Keys. Chris and Kimberly were awesome. They got us checked in a hurry and we’re polite and professional. They deserve a promotion or a raise.

Just wanted to let everyone know that when you stay at this location or beachside, the room will be listed for 139.00 although they will charge you 189.00 without your approval! It happened to me and my wife at both locations. We even got charged twice that amount for two days stay when there was only one. They will tell you that you will have to speak to the manager who just so happens to never be working! It’s a racket. This is what these locations do!! So, if you must stay, don’t use a card.

You can't go wrong with this Holiday Inn! Right off of State Road 60 and Interstate 95! Cracker Barrel and Outlet Mall in the same complex! The hotel is EXTREMELY clean, the manager is an absolute doll, and the breakfast is outstanding! They really do make you feel at home here, and I'm Blessed I've made the decision to stay here.

I've NEVER made a review about anything, so this is a first ... The bed here is the absolute worst bed I have EVER slept in, in a hotel. Ever. So broken down. I've never had an issue at a Holiday Inn Express before, not once. AND hair in bathroom tub... I will be asking for a refund, also something I have NEVER done. They also need to get their elevator serviced .... Sounds like it's about to break. Don't stay here!

If you value your health, don’t stay here. Not even the staff can stand to enter the rooms due to the toxic stench of cleaning chemicals. Honestly, the grossest place I’ve been in years.

This Holiday Inn Express at Vero Beach, Florida is a really decorative and clean hotel. I really liked the rooms and the service. The service is super friendly and polite. The hotel room I stayed at was very clean! The one thing I don't like about this hotel is that the location is a little bit off. You have to get off Florida Route 60 to this road leading into a mall, and then turn left to be on a road with the hotels. Overall, a pretty nice place. I love the hot breakfast too!

The room had bugs, hair left in the shower from previous guests, and the room has an unclean odor. I spoke with Quentin at the front desk and he gave me contact information for the manager to reportcomplaints. I emailed the manager and they replied back that they are out of the office on vacation or something. No compensation or some type of refund/credit for the conditions of the room. I have video and pictures of the visible issues.

My daughter and I unexpectedly ended up here after our car battery died at a toll plaza station on our way home from the Keys and we used up the afternoon waiting for a replacement. Out of exhaustion, we found the closest hotel and booked it a 9pm. This hotel was the perfect choice. Friendly desk worker, extremely clean and comfortable room and amazing hot and free breakfast. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries after a long hard day.

We had two rooms on two different floors. Both smelled humid. One had trash and dirty wash cloths. The other had a dead roach and the bathroom trash can on the sink counter. Breakfast was a half hour late. Extremely disappointed. Especially for $200.00 each room.

Speaking from the road warrior perspective (Lifetime Diamond at Hilton, Spire Elite at IHG, Lifetime Gold at Starwood) - you would not find a better run hotel. Clean, efficient, comfortable rooms - everything worked, all was where it was supposed to be - there really were just no issues with this hotel. I arrived a day early after a long day of travel...the nighttime manager clicked a few buttons to ensure I was checked in A-OK - after that - I realized what an amazing difference you can have between an average hotel - and a great hotel. This is a great hotel. Excellent management and a staff you'll miss when you will leave. 5-Stars...if I could leave more stars I would! I would recommend this hotel to anyone - anytime...if you are headed to Vero Beach? This is where you want to stay. Fin.
