I placed an order for pick up yesterday for curb side pick up. I’m taking care of my very sick granddaughter. I got a notification that my order was delayed and that I should check back for further notice or to call the store. Absolutely no one will pick up the phone in the order department or in the customer service department. I’ve called multiple times yesterday and this morning. I’m completely aware that customer service is something that Walmart is not known for, but one would think that answering the phone would be a basic necessity. I would rate the store without any stars but it’s not an option.

Wow, I’ve been some Nasty places.. but this place should be shut down immediately.. ALL of the meat was brown, including the chicken! We left our cart and went across the street to Publix. Save the food poisoning and don’t but any meat from this place..🤢🤢🤮🤮

Crowded, no handicapped parking spots, cash registers not staffed, self checkout lines are 10-15 min to get out, a Zoo! Prices are similar to Amazon. Why drive here, deal with all these people, and function as an unpaid cashier. I went just for Quest Labs in the store. If I never go again it will be a year too soon

I have visited more than once sadly, this is one of the worst Walmart stores I ever been in. The layout is very different from most every other store I have seen across the country. The aisles are very difficult to move through with all the pallets of projects not put up on shelves yet and the same pallets seem to never be addressed. The shelves nearby are only partially filled with huge gaps of missing items. Maybe there's a box of whatever is missing on a pallet on the floor??? I have been tempted to look and simply open a box! The store is dirty. How could anyone try to clean it in that chaos? We have sadly found little that we drove an hour from Lake Wales to buy. Wasting expensive diesel and a lot of time. Overall Vero Beach is really a much nicer place than Lake Wales for shopping but NOT at Walmart.

As I can see on here it seems that the pickup department calls the shots at this Walmart. It is clear that this Walmart does not care about customer service. I have called over 6 separate times and they never answer the phone! Even when I arrive to pick up my order they don't answer the phone either and you have to wait over 25 minutes every time for someone to come out. It is very frustrating. They have also decided not to follow the processes of all other Walmart pickups. I have been to the Walmarts from West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Okeechobee, to Vero Beach and this is by far the WORST customer service I have consistently encountered. They decide to not text you updates on your order or even delay your order or cancel it! Someone in corporate needs to do something about this!

Employees are not knowledgeable,m. Every time I politely ask a question to any Walmart employee it is answered with rudeness or no answer. No smile, no “how can I help you” or “thank you for shopping at Walmart”. 9/10 times they act like it’s an inconvenience to help you or even be at work. They are hanging in their phone instead of working. What happened to training employees to be happy, smiling, being courteous to guests shopping in their store? It has greatly changed and I probably will stop shopping there. There are other stores in town.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at! The manager obviously does not know how to organize this store. There are pallets everywhere, the isles are blocked, Customer Service staff can be rude, there are a few employees that are helpful and politer.. I have changed the Walmart store I shop at to the Sebastian store where it's very clean well staffed, very polite, the isles are clear of pallets most of the time and the caliber of people in the store. How can two stores have a night and day difference! Headquarters wake up and make a visit to the VERO BEACH store, it's PITIFUL! I didn't even want to give one star!

Worse place to shop staff rude not helpful. Second time come into this store and they charge me for stuff that I should have not been charge for with the my payment. Stand at costumer service station and been standing here for a good 15 minutes to wait until a manager to come when finally does show tells me that I can't purchase it that way so now all is being return back

The staff is great and very helpful. The only problem, which is a common thread in the status of today, not enough people show up to work or want to work. This is not the employees fault in the least. The ones that show up to work from management down to cart wranglers, are great people and actually care about their customers and customer service. The problem is with our society in general; too much welfare and not enough hard work. This is one of the best Walmart staff nationwide I have had the pleasure of being a customer.

There’s a manager with RED curly hair, Spanish I believe with horrible customer service. I explain to her that I felt uncomfortable because somebody was watching me through self check out. Her response was that’s what they’re supposed to do? if I wanted to steal that’s what I’m going to do , I should be able to come to Walmart without me feeling uncomfortable it’s Walmart. The way she carried the herself was very unprofessional. The manager gave me an attitude because I expressing her how I felt and said her saying I’m sorry you felt like that she tells me they’re supposed to watch us?

Employees are always on their phones and chatting amongst each other. When they do speak to you, they're either incompetent, rude or both. Forget that time saving a pick-up order, no one answers the phone and you have to go in to hunt someone down. I actually received a call from a staff member because of my last view. Instead of an apology she was making excuses for the lazy employees. They're always out of something and the have a sketchy parking lot. Avoid this dreadful place.

This Walmart is trash. The employees working in the “customer service” department are extremely rude, which really comes as no surprise when the management team is just as rude and unprofessional. Very unhelpful. And mothers, do not go to this Walmart if you are looking to exchange your babies diapers to a larger size as they will not allow it. Every time I come to this Walmart I have a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive up to Brevard County.

It's easier to get in your car and drive all the way there and see if Walmart has what you're calling about... Absolutely the worst customer service.. and not just one Walmart store.. From Fort Pierce all the way to West Palm Beach.. either they don't answer the phone or put you on F'U hold.. because they are your only choice.. As a customer We are the reason you have that job.. make a customer feel good.. they're your paycheck..

Has what you need. Friendly staff, but very busy. They also are sold out of steaks things on the deli very quickly on the weekends so be prepared to pick over. Also, just fi mnd what you are after yourself... you are bothering someone if you ever ask for help with anything.

I was so happy to see the perfume case was removed and now the perfumes and colognes sit on the shelf 😁 best thing they have done in a long time! I guess the Walmart staff got just as tired of having to come unlock that case (when they did bother to show up) as the customers did waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the case for a $20 perfume. 🤣🤣

The store was fairly well stocked. Cash register personnel were friendly and efficient at getting us through the line.

Fast and easy check out with plenty of scanners available. Unlike NJ all the plastic bags are right there for your needs.

Felt like a very disorganized Walmart. I believe it is an older Walmart and not a modern super walmart as the separation between the food section and goods section is relatively nonexistent. Parking lot was a bit messy with trash all over.

Asking staff for help finding something was like interrupting their personal conversation. No interest in helping me. So hard to locate what I needed and no one really cared about helping me. But, the young lady at the self check out was super nice!

Placed an order for pick up and it was fast an got everything I needed. Also as far as walmart super centers go this is one of the better ones. They acually still sell rifles and shotguns and usually have a good selection of ammo and great prices too.

One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to! If it’s not closing one side of the building extremely early so that half of the handicap spots are pointless. To never having anything stocked and what is looks like a hurricane came through the store. On top of that every interaction with an employee is always met with rude faces and smart remarks. They all seem unhappy to be there and could care less about helping anyone!

Worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. I guess because they are the only one in the area they feel they can treat PAYING CUSTOMERS as rude as they want. It's like they enjoy it, one of the benefits their job knowing there's nothing you can do. Their management doesn't seem to care that they are giving the good name of WALMART a bad reputation.

It was ok 😃. Wear your running shoes. It was clean & cold. The groceries isles were not stocked up, but they were working on it! Lots of toy clearance in the west side of the store. Restrooms are located on the east side of the store. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are good, but not as good as the other grocery stores. It's very busy at times and it's hard to find a parking spot up front. The Walmart store on 20th Street is always crowded and I really don't like going there to shop. On the other hand, when everything is all in one store, then I am glad to have the Super Walmart there, especially at the holidays.

As usual, it was a madhouse… however, since the selection is large and always fully stocked , I totally endure the fact I feel like it’s visiting hours at the local asylum. I do enjoy the runway fashion show with all the latest trends from the wide variety of people we have in our town. Do go on a Sunday for extra kicks and giggles. ;) (they also never complain about my bringing my little fur baby in with me, despite the fact she barks and jumps at the elderly folks)

Terrible..rotten strawberries...many packages....also why am I now a cashier? I wanted go to cashier checkout...nope in the middle of Friday...no cashiers and employees answering phones at self checkout..I had trouble...hence why I didn't want to do self checkout...and left a bag of groceries. So...Walmart you don't have cashiers (save money) customers make mistakes ..you're ready to arrest...but a customer leaves a bag...oh well...customer loses...another gain for Walmart. I won't be going ...unless I have to...like emergency...

Opens at 6 am but dressing rooms don’t open till 9am… even though there’s a woman there working the dressing room booth. Ridiculous. Not sure if this is a post-Covid precaution but it’s lazy. If the store is open, you should be able to try on merchandise. Off to spend our money at target

Vero Beach Walmart had a lot of different backyard games conveniently located in the front of the store. Found everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This is a really a great super store we're they have it all .. from food to clothing and electronics..but far from being friendly to the customer.. they should learn a lot from public shopping market

I showed up on time for my pickup order... At the pickup time I got a notification that there is a two hour delay... I wouldn't be upset, but it seems to be a normal thing as the last few pickups have been backed up with taking forever... It seems to me like they are over booking their appointments slots and they get further and further behind as the day goes on... 👀🤔

Is this a joke ? Yes ! Everytime I come here for a pickup order there’s 1 per psi working and 75-100 cars waiting !!! Even if it’s for Uber! 1 employee ! This is prime example of the cons of “woke hiring “. And not having enough employees to keep the store running. The manager or lack there of, of this establishment should be fired and blacklisted

At the quick check out at Walmart today. Having trouble with the scanner and the person there would not come over a check it. To see what was wrong with it. She basically said take them out of the basket and scan on the table scanner. And then she replied that's your job.
