My friend and I come here all the time and the service is typically good, but today they gave me the tiniest, wimpiest, skinniest, itty-bittiest chicken tenders imaginable. An employee threw the sauce we asked for at the table instead of handing it to us, and my chicken nugget had a HAIRBALL attached to it. On top of that, I came here for the milkshake they have been advertising, one measly little milkshake. BUT NO. Milkshake machine broken….. can't make this stuff up. Also it's wintertime and freezing inside the dining room and it took me half an hour to get a replacement for the nuggets.

My husband gets breakfast here often, and at first, the chicken minis were perfect. But the last few times, they've looked like this... a big mess. You can barely tell if you got all ten unless you count the chicken, and you'll end up needing a utensil if you actually want to consume this, because the bread just crumbles in your hands.I don't know if they're in a rush or what, but they need to stop serving this menu item in this state.

Man I love chick fil a! But y’all gotta do better than this. It’s a constant deal at most locations but this one particular has been the worst. Nothing is cheap these days, I don’t mind paying when I get my moneys worth. I can’t remember the last time I got a full fry container.

They gave me the most pathetic ice cream cone I've ever received from a restaurant. My life, it looked like they had made it for a 5 year old. And it was only about 2 inches taller than the cone for a $69. When I can get one, that's 5 inches above the cone a quick trip for 99 cents.

I've been wanting to do a review of Chick-fil-A for quite some time. Obviously their food and service put them head and shoulders above the rest of the "fast food industry". Even now, when every other restaurant is having an abysmal time finding "anyone" who wants to work for them. Every Chick-fil-A that I've eaten at has always had a full compliment of staff members. The worker's are exceedingly polite, charismatic, courteous and young. Whenever you hear other CEO's complaining about horrible staffing issues and lazy people who don't want to work. I'd be inclined to send them a video of any Chick-fil-A in the country. Hmmm... maybe it's not the workers?. More than likely, it's the rest of the fastfood industry as a whole. They've got the service industry down to a science. Only their science is just plain old fashioned common sense. Whether the inside of the restaurant is standing room only and multiple drive thru lines are wrapped around the building's and surrounding areas, your wait will not be long. And your customer service experience will be second to none. Ford is credited with creating the efficiency of the assembly line. And the Cathy family has no peers in the fast food industry, when it comes to the food, staffing and customer service experience. This is the most efficient drive through around. And this location is even more efficient than it's peers. It also has covered ordering areas so you aren't in the rain. The service at every location is amazing and the delicious chicken is always consistent and amazingly delicious. It may be my favorite chicken joint when you consider chik fil a sauce

Chick-fil-A you know and love. The service was good and the drive thru seemed much more busy than the dining room.

Both wife and I ordered grilled items. (Grilled chick club, and grilled nuggets. However we received the fried version. I even ordered by menu number from display board and still got the wrong item(s). We decided to eat what was brought out us as we were pushed for time. Accuracy is of paramount importance.

We go here every week, but yesterday wasn't a good day. The big pieces of chicken seemed under cooked. My 15 year old daughter mentioned it first. She asked if some of the nuggets seemed rubbery. My bigger ones were the same way. This is the first time this has ever happened, so hopefully it was just a fluke. One issue that has been repeating though for a few weeks is the funny taste of the tea. It tastes & smells like it contains a touch of bleach. It hasn't always been this way, but started about a month ago. Next week I plan on getting something besides tea. It is possible it is the ice & not the tea, so we will see. My daughter loves Chick-fila, so she is hoping these problems go away so we don't have to find a new place to eat each week.

The chicken sandwiches are great. French fries need improvement. It's too much salt. Also need to allow customers to refill their drinks to compete with other fast foods like McDonald's and Burger King etc

My favorite fast food breakfast by far. Chicken burrito meal with a Dr Pepper is where it’s at! Never can beat the fast and friendly service you receive first thing on your way into work as well! Do yourself and favor and treat yourself to breakfast at chick-fil-a tomorrow!

The staff was awesome...had a few issues with a free chicken sandwich, but Manger took care of it. I absolutely 💯 ♥ love Chick-fil-A. I hope to work for them someday. As long as they are closed on Sunday. Give God the Glory, and rest!

All my family likes Chick-fil-a. But such a strange place especially on this address. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, because they gave my order to another car, then I could not stand it because I was late for the class and asked for my money back. As a result, while waiting for the receipt, they brought me my order with an apology, but in the end it was incomplete!!!!!

I had been stopping by this Chick-fil-A location for about 2 months on my way from Walmart. I would always order the Marketplace salad with no strawberries and no blue cheese. I did ask if I could have extra blueberries since no strawberries and was told "no". When I got home and opened the salads, I was disappointed. I usually have a full salad. The salads barely had any chicken, apples or blueberries. I paid almost $ 20.00 for 2 salads, and this was not acceptable, at all. I did call back and spoke with a manager who offered me a "care salad". I wanted a refund d/t I do not plan on coming back to that location ever again.

We were visiting this restaurant today, the person who was serving us, after we orderd, he didn't even say my pleasure or have a good day like it was before. So we payed cash, the lady was same thing. We went to pick up our food the OTHER lady didn't say have a good day or my pleasure. None of them said anything or they werent welcoming. I think why people like chick fil a is because people are serving you and being respectful and welcoming but it's not like that anymore. It's all about the customer service!!

The best Cobb salad with nuggets that I ever tasted. This branch has the biggest and tasty. I recommend to drink the Watermelon mint with lemonade. Was amazing!!!

They made me feel like an inconvenience today. They usually are slammed, but most usually are too, and still don't do that. Also, the order wasn't correct...and the hash browns came mostly empty and mushed? Pic below. Lastly each time I have been to the play place with kids it's disgusting in there. They only wipe some of the surfaces and it's not st all like others I have been to.

This is the first location that we have visited that didn't give drinks when you order at the counter. They bring with the food. That is fine but I believe this slows them down. Food and drinks took 14 minutes to be delivered and although they said they were busy, there was barely anyone in line at the counter. Our food was luke warm, like it had been sitting.

Everyone was so nice and the manager was fantastic he was so nice. He was just doing everything for anyone and just talking. Made my day. He was joking and smiling and it was like this was great service!!! I'd definitely be back. Mine and my husband's 4 year anniversary is today and just coming here made it better! 😊

Me and my guys stop there almost every morning lately because all the other restaurants are failing, chik fil a always stays busy. Great business model, your folk are happy, and your product is good. Always fast as well to keep up with the demand.

Four people got four different items and 2 of the four people mention that the food was so hot it burned their mouth. That is a great sign when you order fast food. The food was delivered promptly with everything we asked for. Sauces and orders were correct. It was a delightful experience and will continue to get Chick fil a in the future.

Amazing service and great food. Their drive through efficiency is stellar. I see some bad reviews. Uh, nobody and no business is perfect. They serve thousands per day, of coarse its not always going to be perfect. Show me a place that is. I rarely get friendly and respectful service from McDonalds. And their food is barely eatable. There is zero comparison between the two establishments.

The service is good and drive thru is fast but when I got home and I was eating my fries, I noticed a hair in them :/ I had to stop eating them honestly, it’s not safe. I don’t mean to be rude.

I am usually down for Chick-fil-A no matter what but this is more than disturbing- the sandwich we ordered had sandy texture- pulled it apart and we’ll the lettuce wasn’t even washed and we’ll - this is just unsanitary and completely unsettling.

I’m so disappointed!! Once again’ I love chic fil a especially this area I work right around the corner which is great! Everyone is super nice however this is the second time my food has been cold! I’ve never experienced that I got an order I believe last week or the week before and my food was cold and I received outta date chic fila sauce which I have a picture of I was extremely shocked because I’ve never been let down with this place. I got my food today and once again it’s cold I got a lot of sauce which I love but food was cold I’m very disappointed. I’ll attach a phot of the sauce I received last week that’s a whole different color and I almost threw up when tasting it.
