5 starts isn't even enough!! I brought my wedding rings to Master Jewelers after a local jeweler did unauthorized work on my rings changing the appearance of my invisible setting. From the time I walked through their door to the end of transaction and everywhere in between the utmost professionalism, knowledge and care was taken to assure me that they would make my cherished wedding rings look amazing. My set had to be totally recreated from scratch, a custom design, which I was very nervous about. Christine stayed in contact with me the entire process. Christine knew what my ring was supposed to look like and what I brought to her was not it. Let me just say when I picked up my rings....WOW. Amazing! My ring is gorgeous!! PERFECTION!! It looks better than the day I got it. I could not have been more pleased!! I cried that first visit when I was told the ring needed to be recreated but had tears of joy when I picked it up. Master Jewelers will forever have our business. I can not say enough good things about these fine folks. Thank you so much Master Jewelers! Going through Master Jewelers was a fantastic experience for engagement ring shopping! My fiancé and I totally recommend it! We loved working with Christine and the other employees. They were supportive, kind, and had excellent costumer service! We loved how patient they were working with us and guiding us through the process.

The best decision we made was to work with Masters Jewelers for our wedding bands. We worked with Arlene and she was outstanding! His ring was rather easy to find, but mine not so much. As I described what I wanted Arlene sketched out a design and that began the process of making a custom wedding ring. After a few renderings where we tweaked the design an alloy model was made for final approval. Today the finished product arrived and I'm thrilled! The ring is everything I wanted. It's a one of a kind, not a cookie cutter piece, and I love the fact it fits my personality. The attention to detail, the constant communication throughout and their service is excellent. I highly recommend Masters. You won't be disappointed.

I took my gold chain here to be repaired. was met with extremely nice and welcoming staff members. I was told my chain was going to be soldered in spots. I was a little concerned by this because I typically use Moyer jeweler in Carmel but chose Master on a referral from a friend, but assumed they knew what they were doing. I said okay…..But …never again I paid $130…. It came back with Silver spots where it was soldered in 5 different places. Looked BAD but I didn’t say anything to the employee because I was frankly embarrassed, my bad that’s on me! When I arrived home to show my wife (was hoping she didn’t notice) instantly did and was very upset with me and demanded I take it back. I did not …. I have worn it for less then a week, and now there are shards or parts of my chain coming apart where they soldered it. I need a completely new chain now. My $600 dollar chain down the drain, because of my stupid decision. Please I would like to save anyone else the time and money. DO NOT use them for jewelry repair.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and I absolutely love it! Fits perfectly, diamonds are beautiful, great quality ring, and he said that everyone he worked with was super helpful during the process. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going here to get our wedding bands :)

I needed to get a pendant fixed so I had asked around of where to go and Master Jewelers wad the most common recommendation. I full heartedly agree when people have said this is such an amazing establishment! They not only fixed my Nantucket Lightship basket pendant but did it faster than originally thought. Thank you for taking such good care of something I love so much but couldn't wear due to it being broken. They fixed it so well that I couldn't tell which part they fixed and what was original.

I stopped in to Masters Jewelers yesterday to have a watch battery replaced. The customer experience was second to none even though it was a simple (for them) watch battery replacement. The employees were as attentive to me and my low cost repair as someone looking to buy an expensive piece of jewelry. I will return for future jewelry purchases. Shop local.

I needed a ring repaired last week and they were recommended by a family member. Super nice people and they fixed my ring. Very happy with the service. I will be back if I need other jewelry repaired or looking to buy something new.

My wife's wedding band was a family piece and after ~80 years the band was wearing thin. Master Jewelers did a great job of restoring it to its original state. They were fast, courteous and affordably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing jewelry repair.

Recently I had one of my wedding sets resized (enlarged). I wasn't sure how the rings would turn out since this was my first time having a ring set enlarged. Once I saw the finished results, I was so pleased. No one would ever know that work was done on the rings. I am glad that I picked Master Jewelers. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable.
