From the day we first walked in to look at engagement rings and wedding bands, to deciding what we wanted, ordering, resizing, cleaning, etc - Frank and his staff have been so helpful through it all. Frank was patient with us while we decided what we initially wanted and has been just as kind when we have been in for resizing and cleanings. It’s clear that he values the work he does both in the items that he offers, but also in the customer service he provides. He really makes our happiness the priority each time we are in and it is much appreciated. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We always have a great experience at Spaulding Jewelers. They have repaired my chains in the past so when my cross pendant broke, we knew just where to take it. It looks brand new. They have a very nice selection of fine jewelry too.

I walked in Spalding Jewelry around 12:30pm on a Thursday afternoon, & received a call to pick up my ring & wedding band about 2 hours later! I had my ring & wedding band sized up one size. I had previously called a Kay’s Jewelers & they recommended me to Spalding Jewelry due to the fact that Kay’s does not resize sterling silver rings, but Spalding does! Great customer service. Fast, friendly, and fair priced.

Members of my family have gone to Frank Mascari at Spalding for generations. The service he provides and the quality items are just amazing! He provides great jewelry at VERY reasonable prices. I think our family will go here for many more generations.

I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster. Went in to have my ring re-tipped (re-pronged) and it was not done to my satisfaction so they told me to bring it back in and they agreed with me that it needed re-done. They did the right thing and re-tipped it a second time but within hours 2 of the new prongs broke. So, I took it back in and they gave me some options. They went forward with a whole new option to rebuild the entire setting, and did so without my consent, and sent me a video of the final product. In the video the ring looked okay and honestly at that point I just wanted my ring back. My husband picked up the ring and when I got home, I was devastated to see it in person. My engagement ring and wedding band are literally the only pieces of jewelry that I wear and the only material objects that I own with sentimental value. My ring is ruined as it is right now, I can’t wear it because I cry every time I look at it. Zoom in on the pics to see how uneven the prongs are and how crooked the diamonds are. It pains me to write this because the people at Spaulding are very kind! I really do think they have integrity and tried to do the right thing. This might be a fluke situation but it’s my honest experience and I’m not sure when or if I’ll ever wear this ring again. I think they are probably a great place to purchase from and fairly priced, but I’d shop around for repairs. If I was giving stars for kindness, I’d give them 5 but I have to review based on the work done.

The center setting of my wedding ring had four stones and we updated it to a solitaire. Frankie found us the best stone and he replaced a few other stones that had fallen out over the years. It is absolutely gorgeous! Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars is crazy! Reading the review of the guy that complained about being asked to move his car because he was blocking the entrance just blows my mind! This is a small business with a small parking lot. Love the craftsmanship of Spalding Jewelry. Both Frank & Beth are knowledgeable, trustworthy & kind. All their repairs and design work is completed in house by them. They designed a beautiful anniversary ring for me to fit my wedding set for our 25th with a beautiful diamond for each 5 years. They also repaired my favorite sapphire ring replacing a lost stone and prongs so I can enjoy it years to come. Beth assisted my husband in selecting a beautiful necklace for Christmas.

I and my family have worked with Spalding Jewelry for nearly 20 years. I have had repairs done, custom pieces created and bought gifts here. Frank is very kind and creates a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to ask all the questions I have and feel comfortable and confident when having items repaired or buying something new. I love the quality and he is always very fair with pricing. Turn around is very fast I only had to leave my wedding ring for two days to be sized. I highly recommend them and it is the only place I’ll go to with my family heirlooms. I love supporting local Mom and Pop shops. The customer service is excellent and I’m very happy with their work.
