🫤 Came in with severe coughing and sinus issues, and was seen quickly. I was told that by the male doctor that it was a simple Upper Respiratory Infection and could return to work basically immediately. I was a tad surprised by that, because I've been hacking my guts up nonstop, and coughing so much... People often mention doctor, care, told, male, work, time, wanted, pain,

Came in with severe coughing and sinus issues, and was seen quickly. I was told that by the male doctor that it was a simple Upper Respiratory Infection and could return to work basically immediately. I was a tad surprised by that, because I've been hacking my guts up nonstop, and coughing so much that tears were coming out of my eyes. I work a very physical job, and told him as much as well. The doctor stated he could set up a doctor's note stating I could return to work tomorrow. But when the nurse came in, she suggested I get plenty of rest and try to take it easy. I voiced my confusion of this, because I was told I could return to work tomorrow. Also, i work overnights, and was a tad concerned about how my boss might take the note. She said she'd talk to the doctor and see if anything could be done. The male doctor then opens the door, and while standing in the hallway, begins to openly and loudly berate me in front of several staff and whoever else was nearby. Basically openly accusing me of fishing for sick days from him, not being open with him, changing my story, etc. All from the hallway, shouting all of this it into the room I was waiting in.....for all to hear. To say he was clearly irritated, annoyed, and wanted everyone to know it was an understatement. I more just wanted to clarify me working overnights, and was just...surprised with how miserable I felt, and how horribly I was hacking to the point of tears that I just wanted to ask him if it would be alright to literally just miss one day. He then told me, loudly and annoyed, from the hallway, that seven days is the absolute max he's ever given anyone.....again, trying to make it seem to the staff and anyone else listening, that I was fishing for as much sick time off as I could or something. I just felt humiliated and embarrassed by my visit is all and i never want to go back to this place. I don't think I did anything overly agregious. I literally just asked the nurse about the doctor's note when she told me it was advised I take it easy and get as much rest as possible. I never raised my voice, I don't think I indicated in anyway that I was trying to be insulting or anything. But the male doctor clearly took it that way and wanted the whole immediate care to it.... The speed of being seen was excellent and the nurse I spoke to when i was first taken to the care room was quite professional and nice. But....I've never had a doctor kinda....flip out on me like that from the hallway, so everyone could hear my business. Personally, I just feel like the doctor felt like I was questioning him and fishing for sick days from work, and he maybe jumped the gun when he revisited me all guns blazing in front of everyone. But.....I've never seen a doctor do that before....and humiliate a patient in front of everyone around them. Openly voicing the information for all to hear. At least not without the patient freaking out first to get a rise out of the doctor.... I left definitely feeling humiliated and embarrassed. Which I think was maybe the male doctor's goal.

I came in the other day with a swollen black eye that came out of no where! I got there an was immediately taken back! Tammy was my nurse that day! Wow she was so great! Very personal with me. I'm in Healthcare as well so that's so important to me! She made me feel incredibly safe and welcome. It's nice being seen by people who care to get to know you on a personal level the way she did! And the doctor was amazing as well! I can't remember her name off the top of my head but she was a taller white lady with long brown hair! She was equally amazing. They couldn't help me that day but allowed me to leave with some pain relief which was what I was struggling with the most. Thanks Immediate Care for awesome work! It did not go unnoticed! ❤️

I went to this establishment last week for the care of my son he was having stomach pain and the pain was on his side as well. All we received was a conversation of what could be going on and a couple pushes on his stomach. There was no urine taken and there X-ray machine was down I guess. we was sent on our way. My son was in so much pain I took him to Riley hospital where they actually took a urine sample and found out what the problem was to why he was having pain. I feel like if they would've took a urine sample it would've helped. And my son could've got the care he needed.

I visited them today. I had a very bad experience with them. The nurse' behavior was impolite. She asked the question and didn't wait to reply. While I was replying, she lift her arm and look to her watch without caring about what I'm saying. The male doctor was nervous and he wanted to speak without listening. He refused to make test of d-dimer and told me that during all my previous 13 years experience he didn't see patient complaining from her left side of body. And told that the test will take 5-6 days to see the results although when I did it in another place the results appear after one hour.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always liked it but the past couple times I’ve felt very brushed off and the male dr bothered me. I asked him to come back so I could ask some clarifying questions and his body language and tone made it seem like he was annoyed. He didn’t even look at my baby or the rash on his skin, and stated so surely that he knew what it was, and it’s not that I didn’t believe him, but I wanted to clarify, and he acted like it was annoying. Crossed legs crossed arms, short, one word responses. Just didn’t appreciate it, seemed very dismissive of my concerns.

My 7th month year old son and I received some wonderful service and care today as well as from the previous two times when I came in to get tested for covid from Tammy Bruner. She took her time explained each step and was very warm and compassionate with my son and he really took to her. If we need to come back for our sniffles and anything else, I rather see her. Thank you Tammy for your excellent care 😊

While traveling through Indianapolis the need arose for medical assistance. I walked in at 9 AM and waited a grand total of 60 seconds before being helped. After filing out the obligatory forms I was summoned to go to an exam room and was seen promptly by the PA. She was very informed after reading the notes the nurse entered into the system. Long story short, I was in and outta there quickly! Bravo to the entire staff!! Highly recommend as my experience was great!!!

Absolutely horrible, I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes, was prescribed 2 things. He never sent this to the pharmacy, I called and spoke with them they said it was sent over. Only 1 item was sent, I had to call back, was told I could not speak with anyone but the person on the phone and was hung up on. This is not just a typical business they deal with health and I was not taken seriously, this is being reported to my lawyer so I’m not worried just want people to be advised

Confused why they tell you 1.5 hour wait when there’s 4 MAs and two people ahead of you. What about that is immediate? Also for the lady at the front desk to tell people she’s on a 15 minute break, so have a seat…what has happened to this place? She starts her 15 minutes every time someone comes in I guess. Next day update: can’t get anyone to change my daughter’s prescription. Been trying all day, they tell me oh it will get taken care of by the end of the day….okay. Well I had to call around to even find a pharmacy with amoxicillin and what if they’re out by the time it’s transferred? They don’t care.

I came in with COVID systems and had a positive test. When I asked for some medication I was told "it has to run it's course". I went in because I was feeling awful, did not need them to be so unsympathetic. I know there are medications like Paxlovid, but I was nothing offered.

I have always received great care at Indiana Immediate Care on Girls School road. They are professional, highly competent and compassionate providers. This is my go-to place when my doctor is not available. I highly recommend it!

My 77 year old mother came to the immediate care because she KNEW that she had a UTI because she took a home test and it was positive. She had severe back pain. The male doctor asked her what she was taking for it and she over the counter medicine. He did not give her an antibiotic to clear up the UTI. She had to go to the Er two days later. She will not be returning.

I love this little clinic. It’s now my go to place for when the family doctor can’t get my kids in. Scheduling online is super easy with flexible hours to choose from and online check in means we don’t have to wait long to be seen once we arrive! We are always in and out of there within an hour plus the nurses and doctors are super friendly it’s just a nice place in general.

Come to this location over the past 10 years or so. And it seems all was well, until the last time. From a positive Covid 19, the doctor sends me out of there with instructions to take Mucinex. Well, I guess that wasn't the remedy for the Covid that I had because I ended up going elsewhere where... was provided an inhaler, some prescription cough syrup and steroid. Be careful how you mistreat these illnesses. Could call someone their life.

Best urgent care. I send everyone here. I’m always in and out. But the most important thing is that they always take care of me and really get down to it. They did the same for my dad and now sister. 100/10. I will never forget I went to the ER for a throat infection 4 times in one month waited hours and they never fixed it. Felt like my death bed. I come here and boom. A week later I’m like brand new. I go here cause I also have bad allergies and my skin is so sensitive and I’m always taken care of.Thank you!
