Rude receptionist, but quality medical care from nurse and doctor who saw me in office. No complaints on my treatment, the nurse was a sweet young Asian lady and the doctor was kind and explained me through my worries and obvious distress/pain from the infection. I asked for a single work note for the following Monday from the receptionist because my cat bit me hard and I work hard labor, I couldnā€™t even pick up my deodorant stick properly this morning from the pain and swelling. Receptionist told me no the doctor wouldnā€™t clear it I should be fine to work and didnā€™t need one but I could get accommodations. So I then asked her for a letter for accommodations because having the documentation for work is important, she said no and coldly insisted me I was okay to leave. Their lobby room was practically empty and not busy. Iā€™ve gotten a work note from a blown out ear from my plugs before, I know I could have gotten some kind of note. The way she spoke to me was incredibly rude and although my treatment was good, this is now the second time Iā€™ve had issues with this medical provider company but at a different Indiana location. I will go to St. Vincent instead for urgent care needs from now on. No issues from doctor or nurse again, thankful for them being patient with me. Just frustrated that the receptionist couldnā€™t take an extra minute to type up an official letter for my work just saying that I need appropriate work accommodations and how I was promptly dismissed since she deemed it unnecessary for me. You have to get documentation from a medical provider to properly get those medical accommodations?? Itā€™s common sense. Lazy and negligent. Really disappointed.

Stopped by because I live out of state and was visiting home when I noticed some medical issues Iā€™ve had a long history of and my primary care physician from the area wouldnā€™t help me. The reception was friendly and swift and I was in a room quickly. Alexis did a wonderful job checking me in and getting vitals and a history and was extremely kind and understanding. Monica was much the same. They both listened to my description of my issues and actually believed me and my ability to know my body (not something I cannot say about many other medical offices). Amazing experience, 10/10 recommend if youā€™re in need of urgent care.

Upon reviewing my clinical summary I found major discrepancies between the diagnosis of the visit and the section which details the reason for my visit that day. I have only been to the facility on two separate dates. It became obvious to me that a "copy & paste" had been used to pull symptoms from the previous visit into the current visit. The staff was very friendly and I appreciate being seen quickly. However my clinical summary is very inaccurate, which is concerning .

The staff were all super kind and helpful when I was having COVID symptoms. The appointment booking is really easy online, wait times are short, and check in/billing is a snap with Solv app. This is my fav Immediacare location.

So I went to Indiana immediate care. They ran my insurance wrong then billed me a year later $250 for a covid test. I called to fix the problem and they said to go ahead an pay it and call the manager. I call the manager admits they have had problems with billing and will call me next week. A month passes I call back with insurance on the line they say they will fix the problem. No refund when I call again they say it has been to long to refund. I think they are con artists. The place should be shut down.

Kind and professional, easy check in, short wait. X-rays were completed in-house and then assessed while we waited, so I was able to get answers then and there. The facility was pleasant and seemed well-maintained.

Iā€™ve been here a few times for random reasons (covid tests, acute bronchitis, etc.) and one particular doctor shouldnā€™t be in this profession. Terrible bedside manner, rude, told me he could order an X-ray and when I said yes, didnā€™t proceed with it (empty threat?) and was angry with me when I told him I would go advocate for myself somewhere else. The rude attitude became worse when he thought I would just accept his god tier opinion. If you donā€™t feel comfortable prescribing medicine, thatā€™s fine, and I will then go somewhere where someone will listen to my concerns. Just like you donā€™t feel comfortable on your end, I donā€™t feel comfortable on my end receiving your non-existent care. And thatā€™s when he threatened to order and X-ray (like did he think that would scare me or I couldnā€™t afford it? I have no idea) and when I agreed and said ā€œYes, letā€™s do itā€ he didnā€™t and then said he didnā€™t feel comfortable prescribing something that ā€œmay happen in the futureā€ and then got even more angry when I told him again, I will advocate for myself somewhere else to someone who will care. Itā€™s 9am on a Sunday, have a little empathy. Iā€™m trying to stay away from overrun emergency rooms. If you just want to be a jerk and have no bedside manner, go work for yourself and not with the public. Seems like other reviewers have the same issue with this guy.

I like this location but I love a few of their staff members there. Usually it takes 3 nurses to get all the vitals for my son but there is one nurse there that he will sit there for and let her do absolutely everything for and when he comes in and She is working and she hears him screaming at the top of his lungs she comes in and he goes to her and crawls up in her lap and lets her do all the vitals on him and what takes 20 mins for other nurses takes her 2 mins to get everything done and all the nurses know their relationship that when he comes in they go get her and have her do it all or they FaceTime her so they can do it all. I always have to text her before going in to make sure sheā€™s there and if not sheā€™s prepared to answer a video call from me or a nurse.

We had a completely wasted trip. In person, everyone seemed very professional. We understand that all facilities have different policies. What we were upset about is that we were told one thing when we were there, but when we called to follow up, we were essentially told we were lying, and something totally different was told to us. When we asked to speak to either the provider or director directly, we were told that no one else would speak to us. Then, the messenger, who told us several times he wasn't a provider proceeded to lecture us about treatments, and genetics. When I questioned if he was a doctor, he essentially laughed at me, then told me that no one else would speak to me, and that was it. It was my mistake not to go to an IU Health urgent care, and expect the same level of service. Will definitely not be going back there even if I'm desperate. Update: even after talking to the director, the charge was not reversed when she said she would.

Got there right when they opened and I didnā€™t have to wait very long to be seen. The staff were all friendly and really tried to help figure out what was going on with me. They ran every test they could and were even able to prescribe me some meds. Iā€™m glad I went.

Staff was very rude and when explaining why we were there the nurse/aid/medical assistant rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional as was the doctor.

This was probably one of my best experience at a medical office. She really listened to me and was extremely kind. I would highly recommend Indiana immediate Care.

I have had to stop by here twice during hours that my normal dr is closed. The staff here has taken such great care of me both times! Today, I had a slight reaction after getting a shot and that little 20 min episode was a bit scary. However, the compassion and support I received from the staff helped tremendously. At todayā€™s visit I received help from Kelly, Tiffany, Deana, and Alexis. I appreciate all of you ladies so much, thank you for giving me a little extra love today and some extra Starbursts too! šŸ˜‰ I also want to give a little shout out to Bre, the receptionist, she is always so kind and helpful! PSā€¦ Happy Nurses Week! I hope you all do something fun for yourselves, you deserve it! ā¤ļø

My son had a sports injury and they were very thorough and were able to take X-rays and examine all right there in the office. Gave us a copy of the X-ray and away we went. Convenient and Kind. Thanks.

This place gets 2 stars because my experience was kind of of a live hate situation.. went in for personal reasons ended up needing labs done had 2 call for 6 days straight, now mind you the 3rd day I had to go back and redo my labs because they got "contaminated" so did that waited 2 days heard nothing finally I called they said got the results just can't read them so here I am feeling worse with no results almost a week have passed smh... the nurses and doctor were friendly and kind and very helpful.. but getting results when you are not feeling good is bad for business do not go here go to the ER!!

I've been here twice but will never go back. The first time everyone seemed professional and good at their work. Second time very unprofessional. I hear multiple people trying to go through my records which seems odd. They give me a shot and tell me to wait in the room for observation for side effects. I wait 30 mins or so no one comes to check on me. I got tired of waiting so I left the room to find out I AM THE ONLY ONE IN THE BUILDING. The parking lot that had 7 or 8 cars only had mine and I was locked in the building. They make me worry that I may have not gotten the correct shot now. To anyone that wants to know it seems the weekend staff is the unprofessional ones.

My husband and I came here a twice. Today was our second. The first time we came here they took 30+ min to see us and took 10 min to speak to us before discharging us. Today it took them an hour to see us and they only spoke to us for 30 second before discharging us . Before any of that i would just like to say , the nurse and staff and everyone there seem very unprofessional and seem like they donā€™t really want to do their job . itā€™s not easy iā€™m sure but it was not worth it at all . visiting that place is like asking a friend to check if i look sick or not and theyā€™ll just tell me to take tylenol and thatā€™s that . they donā€™t seem to care about their client and very unprofessional in general. theyā€™re money hungry just like the other reviewer said. itā€™s not worth the price to pay with or without insurance. after not being seen for 44 min we asked if we can get a refund and if we could leave they refused because they said ā€œweā€™re half way through the appointment ā€œ . and that they try to let people go in and hour within an hour . when it became an hour thatā€™s when the doctor finally saw us and spoke to us for 30 second look at my eye and as she was walking out she was talking to us about things and rushing away and what not . iā€™m never coming back iā€™m sorry . maybe not coming back will give you guys extra time for other patients . itā€™s not worth it at all for my experience and i regret it so much . i also went there for allergy and they didnā€™t help us with that at all and only for my eyes . but itā€™s fine just wonā€™t come back . thank you for the experience hope you guys improve .

Thought this place would be great since I could set up an appointment and not have to have my ride sit for hours. I set up an appointment online and sent over all my info. They waited until I got a ride to drive me all the way there to tell me they couldn't see me due to a balance from 2017 that had been turned over to collections. One, why not call and tell me that after I confirmed the appointment 3 hpurs ago. Two, it's already been turned over to collections. Won't ever be going back here even if I get the debt paid off.

Your experience is going to depend on which provider you see. Overall the facility is clean & the front desk staff are really nice. Some providers are amazing and really listen to you but others refuse to listen and just spew off their own beliefs. I also like that itā€™s usually pretty quick to get in and out.

Pleasant staff. Slow moving people in and out. Waited a long time in the waiting room. When I finally was seen, everything went smoothly.

I took my toddler to this location on 11/17 due to his glands being swollen. I approached the front desk to give a brief description of what was going on, and was asked how old my son was - I said almost 3 and the receptionist went to the back to talk to, Iā€™m assuming a doctor, and came back and told me my son couldnā€™t be seen and recommended going to a hospital. I went to Community South, was seen and my son was diagnosed with pharyngitis. I told the doctor about my experience at immediate care and asked if it was common for urgent care locations to turn away toddlers, and was told no, that MedCheck would have been able to give the same diagnosis as the ER. I was in a state of panic for my kid, as he was in a lot of pain, so I didnā€™t want to keep driving around for my kid to not be seen, but it is frustrating that the amount of money Iā€™ll end up spending doubled because this place turned my kid away without even seeing him.

Went in for respiratory symptoms and sore throat. Was seen by a PA. She did not listen to my lungs nor did she look at my throat. Kept asking me what I had taken for a sinus infection that I had more than 5 years ago. Also they do not require patients to wear masks which I find very disturbing especially for a health care facility. When I questioned the PA about this she told me the Covid epidemic was over and they leave it up to patient to decide if they want to wear it. Really? Very disappointed in visit and will not be returning. Will not advise anyone else to go either.
