The physical therapy side is fantastic. Specifically Travis Young. He has taught me so much and was very crucial to my recovery. He is very good at his job and seems to enjoy it. Even with a high case load at times, he is very good at working an entire room of patients without ever neglecting anyone. Thanks for the excellent care, Travis!

The ladies here are amazing and hardworking! To be honest at first I was like oh no this is not a great place. However, it was so busy and the ladies were working so hard to get everyone. I waited longer than others but it wasn’t their fault! It was the company who sent me who didn’t send in the paperwork. Once the notice was received I was immediately taken to the back and the back workers were amazing in and out. Happy place with music and the workers singing loving their jobs. Fantastic work!

The receptionist’s were very pleasant and professional. The first physician that handled my eye examination, height, weight etc. deserves a raise in pay! The Specialist is no doubt a master of her craft! My only gripe is the assumption of me needing further evaluation due to past experiences. It felt like my determination was profit driven rather than concern.

I have visited many Concentras in my lifetime, and I will say this by far is the best one I have ever been to. The staff was phenomenal, professional, and extremely quick did not waste time. :) and there was one staff member in particular that just brightened my day. Qourtney! From the first interaction to the appearance to me leaving she was perfect the whole way. Thank you for a great experience!

I just want to say how wonderful my experience going to take my drug test at this location. Courtney rally changed my bad day around with her kindness. Along with Tinkssince of humor they really reminded me that there is still good people in this world. Thank you ladies

There was a wait but the two ladies that helped me were amazing! I showed up when my time for my test was almost up but she helped me extend get got my taken care of! Here they do go above and beyond for their service!

I came to this location for a TB Test, Drug test, & physical. When I came they claimed it was a 3 hour wait so I signed in and opted to wait in my car. They called me back inside after a hour and a half. The results for the TB test have to be done two days later. They informed me that I would walk in and be taken to the back. My appointment for the reading was given to me at 12:10pm. I thought it was regular etiquette to arrive on time so I showed up at 12:05pm. The lady asked what time my appointment was and I told her 12:10, she told me I was early and made me wait. I was seen at 12:30. The reading took 1 second. Everyone was friendly. The place smelled very nice. The lady with the black hair, bangs and glasses was super nice and informative. Pictures of the waiting room are provided. Ms. Lillie and Ms. Kendra made my drug screen and TB test an AMAZING experience. I had a lot of problems getting everything done on time. They made me feel cared about and respected. THANK YOU! Ms. Lillie is so beautiful!

I was referred here to see the hand specialist Dr. Chavis. The wait is always 2 or 3 hours even with an appointment. They over book his schedule which makes it hard on his nurse. I get that she is super busy but she never calls you back even when she says she will. Then gets annoyed when you call her to check in on things. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt I work in healthcare as well but we never make our patients wait this long and waste their time. The ladies at the front desk as pretty nice. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

The atmosphere is extremely ghetto. Each worker is goes out of their way to out inappropriate Each other. Purposely being rude. The young lead nurse was the worst one. As I was leaving she started Yelling at a person waiting in front of everyone. Got louder and said her employee is getting yelled at next cause she is at fault... on a good note I was there in May and it was not like this at all

When I came the lead manager with the bright pink shirt and reddish pants came and let me in after waiting 10 minutes . There was a meeting going on but word of advice don’t put the sign on the computer put it on the door so we know. The manager came and just swung the door open. No directions or nothing but I could tell she was annoyed and went back to whenever she was. I explained to the other staff that I hope she didn’t work there and once I found out she did I didn’t want her to do any of the things I needed. When I found out she was the manager I almost passed out because there are standards you are supposed to uphold yourself as a MANAGER! And what are you showing the employees ? The other staff were amazing and were helpful.

Every employee at every stage of my walk-in appointment was helpful and very professional! They may you feel welcome. Acknowledged the wait so there were no surprises! Appreciated the honesty and recognition of my time.

I brought my family in for their TB Testing, a nice gentleman payed for my family's test. We were very greatfull. The staff was very nice and patient they worked with us The service was fast and smooth we were done without even knowing. Altho the office was packed they got the job done fast. We would like to thank the staff for a job greatly done. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Good experience from start to finish usual wait time, paperwork. One of the Nurses kept calling me "Love" that felt nice for a change .Overall, everyone was helpful, professional, on point with service & nice looking women help too 👍💯😍.. This place is like any other health services, you wait time very with all proper personal information intake including any work employment information when needed. If you prepared, it not so bad, so don't b*tch when you making extra for them to do.

All of the workers I interacted with were nice. I did have to wait a little bit. Once I got called back it went quickly. When I left and was almost home I noticed they gave me papers that weren't mine. I was seen for a physical, FIT test, and drug screen. I did have to turn around and get my papers. I know it was an honest mistake. They resolved it quickly and apologized.

Went here to get a urine screen for a new job. Waited for over an hour. After I handed the lady the urine cup she proceeded to tell me it wasn't enough urine. Annoying but I told her ok I'll just come back I don't want to wait again. The lady got loud pretty much demanding that I stay telling me how she was going to call the employer. She made a big deal and couldn't understand why I didn't want to stay until I was able to provide more urine.This was not a court ordered test or anything. I should be free to come back when I had the time. Long story short I would never go back here she was very unprofessional. Did not have this issue at the southeast location.

I previously went to a different company. For my D.O.T. Physical. They sent me to 2 different locations & still couldn't get the job done! We ALL know how important it is to turn this in, before it EXPIRES! Concentra said "Come in, but w/out appt. You'll have a long wait." I didn't care I was desperate. Concentra squeezed me in. Got me done. Thank you for being so professional and caring ❤. I will always recommend you.

I'm the type of person like to read into things about places and reviews before I go there or try whatever it may be... With that being said I'm not from Indianapolis but I had to go to this place for a pre-screening drug test and I had a choice whether to visit their facility or another the website tells me they do walk in's so any place you go to you know do walk in's depending on the part of the day it's going to be a wait regardless that's the gamble you take. But all the ladies that I came in contact with at the facility were very professional very sweet very nice, and welcoming, reminded me of dealing with the people from where I come from. She told me from the beginning when I walked in the door it might be a 45 minute wait because there were several people in front of me, I understood and sat down and waited my 45 minutes it took maybe an hour but once they got to me I was in and out. I gave them five stars because they are very professional very sweet and very nice and if I ever had to go there again for any reason I most definitely would!

The staff were fantastic. Heather was cheerful and funny, despite the very full waiting room. I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon and had to wait over an hour. I'd recommend making an appointment if you don't want to wait.
