The staff is amazing. I sat there for an hour because I needed to fill my bladder, so I saw a lot of people come and go. Some people were very hostile. Others were frustrated. The staff handled it with perfection. The way they showed compassion and the way they explained what happens if you leave during a drug test was great. They weren’t pushy. They weren’t rude. Even when a patient left after being rude, the girls kept working and didn’t even discuss it. So very professional. I almost had an asthma attack in the back and the girl was more worried than I was. I’m used to the asthma, but she asked me what I needed. Did I need water? Did I need my inhaler? She was great. I would go there over any other Concentra.

AJ and Julia were awesome!! They were very thorough and made the wait well worth it!!! Definitely coming here for all of my tests in the future as long as I continue to get great customer service!

Unprofessional and not very courtesy. The wait time was horrible. On the phone taking personal calls. While people wait in agony.

The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Great communication and customer service. The front desk ladies were supportive and walked me through the drug test process. I even got a snack! I was waiting to be seen for a drug test and I really had to use the restroom. They responded quickly so that I could do so in a timely manner and complete my test. I enjoyed the experience so much that I applied for a job there. Although I was not selected for a job, I would still use this location for future purposes.

Wait time was entirely too long. I had to wait 1:30 just to give a simple urine sample. Had a recent visit to a lab corp testing site for exactly the same thing and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Please do away with walk ins. If appointments were scheduled I think this site would be much more efficient.

I want to start off by thanking God for healing and guiding me to excellent professionals throughout my procedure. Concentra urgent care did my return to work physical. The staff at this facility is EXCEPTIONAL! Adriana Alexander was very professional and proficient during the testing and inprocessing. She is also a very hard worker and insured that areas were cleaned prior to and after usage. Dr. Armenoff did a great job at examination. The entire staff worked well together and I felt cared about!

The ladies there were excellent! Very patient and caring with me having to get shots and me having a phobia with them. They made me comfortable and it was quick and with little discomfort! They were awesome!!

The office had little room and no way to plug up phones if they were going to die. Really long wait time. BUT the staff were nice and helpful. The cost of service made up for the shortfalls. Even the Doc conversation help to ease the situation. Without their kindness the rating would have been a 2 or 3.

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was. Very nice and helpful. The process took a very long time. Plan to get there early for only a two hour wait, but if you go in knowing it’s gonna take a while then everything else is great!

Every time I come to this location, which is frequent because I’m a travel nurse, the women here make the experience great. Today, Julia L. helped me complete everything I needed for my new assignment. She was courteous and professional but kept me laughing the whole time. This is by far the best Concentra in Indianapolis and I’ve been to several other locations. I’ve been to other Concentra’s around the country and the staff here are always superior. Thanks again Julia and the girls at the front desk!

ALL of the employees that assisted me were amazing here. The two ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The nurse v was very sweet as well and plane the prefect ppd. The doctor was hilarious, easy to talk to and every kind. He helped me refocus my mind on what was important. I appreciate the staff and the care they gave me.

Dr. Armenoff was very helpful in finally getting my MRI scheduled after multiple attempts to get ahold of my adjustor. The staff is always very friendly and always so helpful!

Horrible experience!! Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Dirty facility. Only reason I came here is because of insurance coverage. I was here well over 4 hours. Spoke with the actual doctor maybe a total of 6 minutes. Felt extremely rushed and didn't even get to tell him all my concerns. Was told multiple times 'I'll be right back' only to be left alone again for 45+ minutes. You couldn't pay me to ever come back here again.

The Doctor was great! The Physical Therapist was great! The front office staff continuously made me wait well beyond my appointment and then couldn't find what they did with my paperwork. The back office stafff sat and discussed their personal business loud enough for me to hear in the examination room. It was very obvious who the professionals were and weren't.

5 stars to the staff & doctor! 1 star to the facility. place is definitely showing lots of signs of age compared to most facilities you visit nowadays. would definitely improve everyones mood and vibe if the place didnt look from 1999. excellent job again to the girls and doc though 👏 i will never forget the massive white square of old paint in room 2 ;)

Quickest physical, TB, and drug test ever... they were about to close and still let me come in as the last appointment for the day... and the staff was friendly and competent.

The clinic was low on staff and extremely busy, but all of the employees kept smiling and updated everyone as time passed. They deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and friendliness.

I had to wait 2hrs. It was busy. The staff was nice and very helpful when I had technical difficulties. It's probably best to come in the morning in order to get out at a decent time.

Was there for a simple dot physical. Was the longest time in any doctors or distist office. 2.5 hours. Normally I have 2 years til next certification, but Dotor only gave me a 1 year cert. when my medical numbers looked identical to last exam.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The Dr was very nice and good at what he did. When I went back for my follow up, they got me in and out very quickly.

It took a very long time (over an hr) to get services (TB test, drug screen) done here that should've taken less than an hour. There were only 3 people ahead of me. When I came back to simply get my TB test read, I was there for an hour. One of the nurses told me on my initial visit that I would be in and out to get it ready.... Well that was untrue. This facility either needs more staff for the amount of business they get or more efficient employees.

I have been to many Concentras and everyone has been good, but this one is the best! The customer service was above and beyond. I actually felt like they were doing everything they could to make the process quick and easy. I hate going places you already don't want to be at and the staff is short and mean. Not here!!!! Y'all rock. From front desk staff to the awesome girl completing my items (she was only working a half day). I don't remember her name but she was the best and I didn't even feel the shots. Thank you all for your help and making the process quick and easy.

I came in here for a physical exam ordered by the company where I am going to work. The appointment was scheduled at 8:30. I arrived late due to a mishap with the management and I still called to let them know that I would arrive anyway. It's almost 12 p.m. and I have to wait for the nurse to finish her break so I can be treated. I'm still here waiting because I don't want to return to this place to waste my day. The positive comments I read have nothing to do with what is happening to me now.
