    Super unique looking Starbucks, I just wish the customer service was better and every coffee I ordered from this place has tasted very bad!

    I have been to this location multiple times since they moved buildings and they are incredibly slow every time. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt when the new location first opened but it's been months now and they still have not got it together. I am not exaggerating when I say if there is someone in front of you in the drive thru it will take 15 minutes minimum. They have also gotten my husband's order wrong every time. He will order a tea latte and it will just be tea.

    I was really excited for this new location to open because I was a daily customer for the old store. The service and quality of the drinks are hit or miss. Unfortunately a miss most of the time for both. One time out of so many I finally spoke up about how the drink was wrong and with a smile they said they could remake it BUT while telling the barista to remake the drink both the cashier and the barista were rolling their eyes and giving each other the look like "are you serious". First, I'm paying a little over 7.00 (daily)for this cup of coffee and for the last two years I normally just take the coffee and never ask for a remake or complain (just hope the next one is better or close) so for those two ladies to behave that way and openly act like that in front of me like I couldn't see them definitely helped to make the decision to go out of my way to another shop. I could almost understand if I was being rude but I was very polite about it. Do better Starbucks, manage and train you're people for customer service at this location. On the flip side, the new location that I've been going to for the past week has been phenomenal! Every employee that I have encountered has been very polite and I don't mind that they do not have a drive through or the occasional wait because my drink is always consistent and what I ordered!

    Nice new location, outdoor covered patio, just 1 mile from. Downtown Indianapolis. Great place to stop before getting all the way in to the metropolis.

    I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. My colleague and I were here for a week and visited this location. We were working close by and often get the same tea. We made them aware that the tea did not taste the same and the worker stated that we were wrong and proceeded to tell us to wait a few minute and sip on it and if not right to get a credit for next time. We are here on business and stated we don’t live here. The tea was not tasting right and missing something she later admitted they ran out of peach tranquility tea and gave me a refund but could not give back the 20 min of time of trying to insult my intelligence and have me settle for something that was not right and showed no regards for my time and really didn’t want to get my order right. It’s sad and I am very disappointed and next time here on business I will not go to this location ever again. Instead of stating they were unable to accommodate my order don’t try and give me something else and lie and take my money.

    If you go into a store 30 minutes after it opens and the bathrooms are disgusting. You can assume that they were not cleaned last night. Thus you can assume that other cleaning duties in the store do not get attention either. The serve drinks, food, and a smile. Bathrooms with a pin code lock to prevent vandalism or public restrooms, yet those restrooms for the "customer" are gross to use and the sinks are grimy. Clean the restrooms! The employees have to use them also so that just means they don't care.

    Favorite spot to get reading or work done. The wood aesthetic is very inviting and calming. The customer service is amazing the baristas are phenomenal. Come here for a great relaxing time or enjoy a recommendation of a delicious beverage.

    Love this new location! The seating and working space is the best and there is a decent parking lot. Great friendly service as well!

    This is a new location and has two lanes for drive thru. The employees were really nice and made my order quickly. Friendly at the window and my order was almost done when I got to the window. I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and another drunk with two sandwiches. I was sad they were out of cookies, but it's understandable because they are really good. Will definitely stop at this location when I'm around that area.

    OMG all! This brand new Starbucks is brilliant! They have a lot of both inside and outside seating. I believe the outside is covered. I really like the vibe this store has. Even if you have to get a code for the bathroom. I had a perfectly delicious Mocha Cookie Crumble! I felt like I was in Starbucks heaven! You need to experience it for yourself!

    Ordered a drink and ordered extra strawberry and dragon fruit with lite ice. They made it all wrong and instead of him remaking it he dumped the order into another cup ! When I asked about it they refused to add extra though I paid for it. I’m a frequent at Starbucks but this has been by far the worst service! I will never visit this location again!

    Love this Starbucks! I live nearby and every single time I've came to this one I've had a great customer service experience and never had an issue with my drinks or food. Today an employee was super nice to me in the drive-thru, she had short medium brown hair, I don't know her name, but she made my day by being so sweet :)

    Unfortunately a miss most of the time. I ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up. The estimated wait time stated at 6pm. I ordered it 2-3mins before. It was only a trenta refresher. Just water and no strawberries.I pulled up at 6:03pm and the first thing barista said after getting my name, “For future reference if you’re going to order on the app give us 10mins to prepare it.” I just stared at the screen because to me it’s just….. a refresher. I guess I just should’ve did drive thru. I just didn’t like how she said it. I understand the app can delay. But if that app stated “estimated pick up time” and I waited a few minutes after the order, it just came off rude.

    Customer service is not good. I came in for a pickup that was already supposed to be done, stood there waiting until I decided not being asked anything about what I was there for for that time was too long and moved on to the cash register so I could tell someone I was there. The MANAGER approaches me only to rudely tell me where I’m supposed to be waiting as if I don’t know, and I explained it wasn’t there so I was letting them know and she cut me off to tell me that meant it wasn’t ready. Well, funny thing is it was ready the whole time! They just didn’t put it in the bag and where I could reach it. So I saw a drink and assumed it was likely this drink I had been staring at the whole time I was there, and surprise! It was. I do not recommend this placf

    I ordered via Uber Eats, but the service was fairly quick. The Bacon Gouda Sandwich was tasty. However, the Ice Passion Tea Lemonade could use some sugar! It was tart & tangy & I didn't enjoy it as much.

    This Starbucks is always super busy (rightfully so for the location) but the workers always seem to have a super positive attitude about it. The remodel has made it a lot easier to access. If you haven't been back since it reopened, this is a HUGE improvement for customers and staff. I don't usually tend to choose Starbucks for coffee (just to try and support smaller businesses) but as a convenience, this is a great location and the food and drinks are always great! Usually, I keep it pretty classic (vanilla latte) but the chocolate cream cold brew was delicious today and I do fancy an oat milk shaken espresso from time to time (and a chocolate cake pop-everytime).
