Great experience with Dr. I came here because I felt my PCP had dropped the ball. They fixed me right up there was no waiting. Very thorough doctors. Very nice facility. Friendly kind compassionate. Did I say there was no wait on a Saturday? Yes!

I came in having cramps and bleeding after a positive pregnancy test a few weeks ago. I was worried I was having complications, and I wanted answers (which my OBGYN said to go to the ER or urgent care). Instead, the doctor told me I would either “keep it or lose it.” He then asked my age and said I could have more babies because I was young enough, both extremely insensitive comments to a woman who is going through what feels like a miscarriage. I waited over an hour and a half in total to find out information I already knew (I’m pregnant) and got no answers on whether what was happening was normal or not. It was a waste of time and money, and the only positive was the medical assistant who was understanding and gave us information on going to the ER (which I should have just started here in the first place).

Fast service. I came in after not feeling well. Lady’s at the front were nice and it was an easy process to check in. Then was taken to exam room. Hopeful for a quick turn around to get antibiotics and on the road to recovery. The doctor was very nice and caring.

Online appointment system worked well. The doctor who take care of me was efficient and answered my questions. I was so sick from strep I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful to him and the staff. Feel much better after one day.

I have never had such a great experience with an Urgent Care or doctors office! I took my 2.5 year old son to this location this past week because I knew something was going on with him. We didn’t have an appointment and we got in immediately, then my son refused to let anyone take his temp or check his throat but the nurses and doctors were extremely understanding about that. They were able to get him the medicine he needed and we were out of there in no more than 45 minutes. He was acting like himself again in no more than 24 hours. Thank you so much Carol, Linda, Rachael and Sanjeev! We will never go to any other Urgent Care because of how amazing you all are. Thanks again!

Waiting time was long do to staff shortage on the day of my visit. But once I was seen it went fast and efficient. The medical assisten and Nurse practitioner where excellent. The receptionist is exceptional. She kept her head and was calm and did what she could as many of the patience were becoming increasingly iratated at the long wait.

Thank you to the BG staff for a great and prompt experience. Went in today super last minute and was taken care by Adela she was very pleasant and answered all my questions and made sure my daughter and I were comfortable while we waiting in the room for my visit. Elizabeth did a wonderful job helping me today and made sure I was at ease every step of the way. Thank you so much !

I came into this facility for a second option I felt like the medical advice at another urgent care was very poor . Within 5-10 minutes of mrs. Caitlyn examining me she informed me I didn’t have strep or a sinus infection but that I have a tonsil abscess. I had never heard of this in my life . Caitlin did a phenomenal job with me . She was efficient and very prudent . She informed me what I had going on was life threatening and I needed to go the emergency room . I’m really glad I came here and got the best care I could possibly get .

Waited an hour and charged over 100.00 (we have good insurance too) just to be told go to the hospital, what a joke!! The doctor was not very confident with her answers with my son finger that was infected. Totally waste of money but most of all it was waste of our time! I will most definitely share my poor experience with all my clients at my salon, my family and friends! My girlfriend asked the doctor how they justify the fee when no service was done and only in the room for a couple minutes.. the doctor replied, it’s a consultation fee. Omg you have to laugh!!!! Just save your time and go to your real doctor or ER!

I went online to make an appointment Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. There was practically no wait time before I was called back. The staff took excellent, prompt care of me and I was on my way within 45 minutes. I’m from out of town and nervous about getting services. But this was the perfect place for me to be seen.

The on-line registration made for a seamless check-in. All the employees were friendly and attentive. I felt they answered 100% of my questions. I would def visit this location on Emerson Avenue again and recommend it whenever I’m given a chance.

I stopped in yesterday for some medical attention, and the staff was incredible with getting my information, to doing my vitals and seeing me after that. Very professional staff. I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Natalia is wonderful. Xray tech Rachel is also amazing. Those are very receptive to your needs as the patient. Dr. Natalia went out of her way to find a short boot to fit my foot versus the one all the way up to the knee. I really appreciated that.

Needed a last minute sports physical for my 17 year old son on a Sunday at 6pm. They squeezed us in and even stayed a little late to complete our visit. All staff super friendly and helpful. Dr was very nice and relatable as she also has football players in her family, and had a nice chat with my son about that. In and out in under an hour. Really saved our hide since it was at the 11th hour to get it turned in by the next day

I went there on a Saturday morning and had no wait at all. The check in lady was very nice and had a friendly, caring attitude. The triage lady was exactly the same. The Doctor who treated me was caring, humorous and spot on. Meds were sent right to my pharmacy and were ready for pick up before I went home. The people were my favorite part. Every one of them had a smile and a good attitude. Great customer service from beginning to end. I'll use them again if needed and have recommended them to others.

I walked into the location on Emerson Avenue in Indianapolis with a migraine and I felt awful. They told me I had about a 2-hour wait and I was brought in after about 45 minutes into a room. I was treated with kindness and respect. Great regard that I wasn't feeling well by the nurse. When Dr Sanjaii (spelling?) came in he treated me with total respect and regard. Completely understanding and very educated on what my problem was. I was treated quickly and had a problem getting my prescriptions filled because I had just moved here. They were very accommodating and got my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy quickly. The best experience I have had ever going to an urgent care in all of my years.

Had to cancel an appointment with my primary during bad weather. My daughter suggested quick visit here as walk-in. Perfect. I was there first thing on Saturday morning so did not have to be worked in. NP was great as was her team. Very patient with my hearing problem and helping with my medical issue. Would go again with urgent type need.

Absolutely great experience took my 7 year old autistic son! The staff starting at the sign in window was very friendly and very patient. When grabbing vitals on my son she interacted with my 2 year old & her baby doll. The PCT that came in also was also very great! Very friendly social able and good with my son! Dr. Andrews was very friendly and with him being a parent himself prescribed my son a medication that wouldn’t taste gross but still fry the job done!! Amazing staff and visit! My son said “BEST doctor ever!” And the two year old copied.

Called to ask if they have someone in for X-rays. The lady said yes. I said okay. I’m on my way last time I came none was there although your website said otherwise and I wasted my time as well as gas. I get to the office and she then says. We aren’t doing walk ins you have to make an appointment. I said why didn’t the person on the phone say that? No answer there. I got online and there is no appointment for HOURS. I don’t have the time for that. Also there will be no reimbursement on the gas I wasted. The window clearly says walk in care. This facility seems like it doesn’t want to be of service. Why not just close down.

We were seen right away and were very pleased with the care we received. My daughter got sick while there and they were so sweet and understanding! They took the time to listen to my daughter’s symptoms and even made sure they prescribed an antibiotic that was available at the 24 hour pharmacy nearby. They were just very sweet and caring toward my sick child!

Love this place. Staff are quick and friendly. They do amazing with my two year old son. He is normally scared of doctors and nurses but they always do a good job making him feel comfortable. We have always received quality care here.

Front office was very helpful and respectful I love the environment. But an MA in the Back office that did my TB skin test didn’t place it in my forearm correctly. Coming from a former MA, I administered tons of Tb skin tests and never made a patient rest arm on a chair and place it. There wasn’t a “bubble” in my forearm, The injection was deeper than it should have been. Other than that, My visit was pretty smooth.

My first visit to WellNow was productive and satisfying. I was suffering with a respiratory infection that made my throat very irritated from mucus drainage and excessive coughing. Dr. Sanjeev was compassionate and knowledgeable. He quickly identified it was viral, not bacterial. He prescribed appropriate medications to relieve my discomfort while the stubborn virus ran its course. The facility was modern & clean, unlike some of the other urgent care facilities in my area. The staff was welcoming and efficient. I was able to make an appointment online, rather than wait through a “first come, first served” waiting room. This will be my “go to” in the future!!😀

I had a great experience here! After rushing to an IU Urgent Care Center and being turned away due to wait times, I was frustrated on top of not feeling well. I called this place to see if I could get in thinking they would probably turn me away also, but Jasmine was so helpful and pleasant on the phone and said I could still be seen. She ended up being the person to check me in also, and was just as nice and efficient in person. I was taken back within 20 minutes of checking in and the nurse (I apologize, I cannot remember her name!) took my vitals and administered the test I needed. I then saw the nurse practitioner, Erin, and she gave me my results, went over treatment, and sent me on my way. I was out the door within 45 minutes of arriving. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated getting my problem taken care of quickly. Thank you again!

The staff was kind, and understanding, the rooms were clean and sanitized. The nurse showed compassion and care when speaking to me, and the dr was concerned and caring and took into account that I knew my body better and listened to what I felt I needed as well as what his professional thoughts were. He did as I asked and paid close attention to me , my concerns, and that of my husbands as well. he gave me an antibiotic that started helping immediately that evening and has me feeling so much better and getting better everyday. He didn’t over react and he didn’t under react, he was careful and extremely Courteous even when i was vomiting in the trash can in the room. I’m grateful he was there and so patient and open to my needs as well as his professional opinion.thank you.

I didn’t realize they were requiring appointments, so I brought my three year old in at 6 and the provider ended up accommodating us and adding on to her schedule to see us! The staff was amazing with my daughter. They gave her snacks and a little toy. Best clinic experience I’ve had! The PA was so patient with her during the exam and everything was great. Would absolutely recommend !!
