Everyone was very inviting, friendly, and laid back. First timer here and that's much appreciated. The instructor was accommodating and asked for our goals and if we had any needs or medical concerns. The studio was taking health precautions and sanitizing equipment after each class. There was plenty of room to spread out and keep adequate distance between everyone. Looking forward to next class!

Invoke yoga is WONDERFUL. It’s my favorite place to be besides my home. The environment is warm and comfortable, the teachers are kind, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic people. I love seeing other regulars and sharing space and energy with them. I can’t recommend invoke or the experience enough. Thank you, Invoke, for being in my life <3

Invoke is amazing. It's not just a yoga studio, it's a yoga family. I started at Invoke years ago to help with some upper back pain. Since then, I have grown so much in my practice and have met some wonderful friends along the way. Highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area and for visitors who are passing through.

Super friendly instructors! I joined the studio after a sports injury and doc told me to stretch, stretch, stretch. I am welcomed every time I go in. Lots of classes to choose from, and instructors encourage everyone to be themselves.

I visited Invoke for the 1st time. Friday evening for a sound bath. Meg Hovious made the entire hour so beautiful that we slept through in relaxation. Meg starts with breathing exercises and getting into the present moment. She then walks through a variety of sounds. This is an all senses test which leaves you focusing on the sounds and drifting off to a light sleep. The ambience and additional items like pillow, blanket make the experience more worthwhile. The studio is a nifty, aesthetically beautiful spot about 2 minutes away from core downtown. Highly recommend!

I’ve been practicing at Invoke for over a year now. I’ve had nothing but the best experiences. Each instructor adds a special touch to their classes while maintaining a comforting consistency I can expect from this wonderful studio. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuine. Feels like home <3

Prenatal Yoga with Tess was seriously a GAME CHANGER for my second pregnancy. I attended nearly every class from week 19 through delivery & sometimes it was the only thing that made me feel like my body could keep going. The first 10 minutes of each class (affectionately called "therapy") was one of my favorite moments each week. Although I am very glad to no longer be pregnant, I am so bummed to no longer be eligible for class with Tess & all the magical pregnant mamas.

Such an amazing place! I had never done yoga before and the hot yoga class by candlelight was the best thing ever. Jole is such an amazing instructor. My skin felt amazing when I left simply from how much I was sweating.

I became a member of Invoke when they first opened over a decade ago, and it instantly became my yoga home. The staff are amazing, everyone is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are the best I have ever encountered. It always seems like I get exactly what I need from them. A few years ago I moved away from Indy, but I make it a point to visit and attend classes every time I am back visiting. Now that there are online classes I am able to attend again from my home and am so excited! If you are looking for a place to practice yoga, pilates, or barre classes, Invoke is it. It is a place to find your physical and mental health without judgement and with tons of support and love. Namaste. The photo was taken on an Invoke trip to Belize.......

I have been going to Invoke for the past few months and cannot say enough good things about the studio and instructors. The studio is very welcoming, the instructors are very knowledgeable. I have been taking Pilates, and yoga and feel positive changes to my body and mind. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore new practices and devoting time to your health.

New to the area and obsessed with this studio, planned to try out lots in the area but I won't be after my experience here. Everything you could ask for, heated/non-heated, mat pilates/core classes, beginner and advanced classes, classes all hours of the day. Love!

I’ve been practicing at Invoke since late 2021 and absolutely love the community. The teachers are so kind and take time to get to know you. Love the benefits you get with the warrior membership. Invoke on Demand is great if you want a quick practice or meditation. Great variety of classes in person as well - heated & non heated and multiple levels.

Going to Invoke Studio has been an amazing experience for the past 3 years. All the teachers are kind, compassionate, and genuinely care about the people that attend their classes. The studio offers many options, which makes it easier to schedule and find times that work best between work and family time.

I loved the Prenatal Yoga classes with Tess throughout my pregnancy! Having that time to focus on my mobility, strength, and endurance to prepare for labor was so impactful. I am confident this class helped make my labor experience smooth. Tess is a wonderful instructor and a practicing doula so her experience and expertise is so helpful. She has created a wonderful community of expecting moms to connect and I am grateful!

Megan Z, Bekah and Yvonne are my favorite instructors I’ve practiced with so far for more athletic and heated practice, great with vinyasa flows, encouraging adjustment of practice to what you need at that time. AB the owner/manager is also very kind. The desk employees are always very nice and employees at invoke are great at including everyone, offering options, and have a great studio.
