I don't normally have a problem with this starbucks, and normally love coming here but today when i went through the drive thru, the worker who was working the drive thru was very rude, and had a very bad attitude towards me. i ordered a coffee cake and after my second bite into my coffee cake there was a piece of soggy cardboard. i am disgusted with the experience i had here today and don't see myself returning anytime soon.

I don’t know what this locations deal is the employees more often than not have a bad attitude and are passive aggressive.

Very normal Starbucks. Efficient enough to get through a ton of orders. No complaints. Easy in and out location.

This is a phenomenal place, excellent coffee, met the wife here for a quick snack with the kids. Friendly staff, quick service, everything you desire out of a fast Starbucks stop

VERY rude. The lady at the drive through had rung me up for the wrong drink and said i had to be charged again if i wanted a second drink. But took the drink that was messed up, and i asked for the drink i ordered not an additional one. Then when i asked just for a refund she got very upset about that.

the larger black woman working morning shift really had an attitude with me and when i told her it was my birthday she told me i just needed to scan my barcode at check out to get a free drink. well i did just that and i ended up having to pay for my drink on my birthday which was extremely disappointing. then on top of that she didn’t even input my extra sweet cream request on my drink.

Love hitting this Starbucks! Always friendly through drive-through, and I order on the app, so it's usually super quick. -The speaker on the drive-through needs to be checked. It's quite loud. -As clear point of entry into the drive-through is needed. The current set up involves potential entry straight in OR by turning left to join the line. -App note: Why isn't cream cheese on the menu? If I get a bagel, I have to order the credit cheese when I come through the line. It's just sort of janky and doesn't make a ton of sense.

This is a super busy store and do they ever get it done! Even with all that pressure, special formulas do not give them pause. Special call out to the now curly haired leader keeping attitudes positive. Only mark down was they were out of pumpkin spice at 9 am on a Friday.

Love this location! They are open until 9pm and I need the extra hour sometimes. :) This evening, I stopped by for my b-day cold brew and two employees went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday. So nice of them! This level of customer service is why St.bucks is a cut above!!!

We stopped in after and appointment and my daughter always wants to try drinks she finds. Courtney went above and beyond and was so kind and polite extremely patient. The drink was confusing but she stayed patient and helped us order it! WAY TO GO COURTNEY!! Phenomenal customer service.

Worst customer service out of basically all Starbucks in Indianapolis, didn’t want to scan my app for points!! And suggested me to change my drink out of unwanted advice!!

In the several times I have been here the drinks are not good. There is a bitter taste to them as if the coffee is old or burnt. Very disappointing for how expensive they are. I will not be stopping at this location in the future.

The staff is fun and friendly, the place is always clean and they are quick to fill orders. One of the better Starbucks in the area

Been to this Starbucks multiple time. Very convenient area for how close it is to my house. Always have gotten my drinks or food messed up. Order some food one time and got charged for all of it but was given items I didn’t even order. Another time I ordered a drink and asked for it stirred twice while at the speaker box and it wasn’t stirred once. All the mocha was sitting at the bottom. Just today I was ordering and I waited 15 minted for my drinks. No one was in the cafe but me and another customer. One of the girls who was getting on shift was making a drink for her boyfriend who was sitting in the cafe. She out loud said she filled the cup to high to where it overflowed and the decided to take a sip out of the cup while behind the counter. Disgusting. And to do that in front of a customer? All the while the frappes I ordered without coffee, I watched the barista make with the coffee bases. I am a shift supervisor at a Starbucks and know proper behind the counter etiquette . Very disappointed and disgusted.

Ordered and Quoted for a 3 shot Venti Latte. At window, asked for amount for a 3 shot Venti, window rep saw the short cup latte. Seeing the mistake, she asked for a corrected drink. It took a just a moment. I ended up with a drink with added milk only to fill a Venti size cup. No additional espresso shot. I had expensive milk this morning.

Angel was so absolutely fantastic!! Beyond personable, professionalism at the top level, and welcoming to EVERYONE who walked in the door. Quick with the computer and getting orders in accurately. And all the baristas behind the counter were 100% at the top of their game! This just immediately topped my list of favorite Starbucks stores!!

This Starbucks is great! They're fast, my order is always correct, and the staff are friendly and good at what they do. The location is easy to get to, and I've only been through the drive-thru on off hours, but I've never had to wait. Thanks for being there!
