So I come to this store pretty often since my Kids school is close. I ordered my food and drinks of course I hear my name “Nena your back again” I looked up and said yes lol I come here often just through drive through but it’s always so packed so I’ve been coming in more. The lady in the red-orange hat made my ENTIRE day just by remembering me. It’s just the small things I hope she enjoys her $20 tip just for being friendly & making me smile 😊

I normally don't review large chains like this, but what happened today made me feel the need to write a review. It's a Starbucks. The coffee was great and I got it quick. That's not what made their service amazing today. I went in, got my drink, and did a little work. I come outside. My car is dead. I go inside to see if someone had cables etc. The sweetest barista offered to help me. He let me use his portable battery jumper thing and was out there with me trying to help. I've never had such amazing kindness shown to me by a business. Drink was great, but they have amazing humans working there too. William, I hope something amazing happens to you and you get back all that good karma you just put out there.

Coffee was great. But I used the drive-up to avoid "smelling like I had been to a coffee shop."

Horrible customer service I always go for my morning coffee every Friday at 9am and never expected the amount of rudeness out of a barista I kindly asked out of curiosity if they were offering something for national coffee day since I’m a Starbuck member to then be sassed at lol

Pastries are my ministry from here. The service is fast and friendly no matter which location I visit. I'm just upset they don't have the apple croissants anymore, BUT that also means I need to get to baking.

The holidays are my favorite times to go to Starbucks although I go everyday. I really miss the eggnog latte so since they've stopped serving it I usually go with the creme brulee and sadly it didn't taste as good this year. I dined in because I was having some work done at home and wanted to get some work done. The tables were pretty dirty and I had to wipe it off myself. That's not the experience I'm used to in a Starbucks. The employees were standing around talking to each other so they had plenty of time to clean.

Nothing like paying $6 for half a cup of whip cream. Literally the first and last time going to this location and it’s the closest to my house. They tapped a napkin around the cup with my order sticker so I couldn’t see at the window.

Every time I go to this store they end up being closed. I work differently near it. Or they don’t even take a 20 bill Has happened 10 or more times. I will for now on be using Dunkin! Sit n spin Starbucks! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

Have always had a great experience but when you get so excited for you grande and you get a tall you are very sad

I want to start with the fact that I always tip. I always tip minimum 20%. However, I will be changing my tipping method going forward after this morning. If they ask you if you want to tip at the window… specify how much before saying yes because girl will give herself a 34.96% tip without asking how much. It’s a $5.72 drink. She didn’t even let me say how much I’d like to tip or tell me how much it was going to be. She said “wanna tip?” And as soon as I said yes, it was beep and done. Normally love this location. This has never happened before. I won’t be tipping at the window anymore. Sad part is, I’m naturally inclined to pick the highest tip offered. But not giving me the option as to how much I’m tipping just discourages me from blindly doing it again. 35%?!?!?!?!?!

Service was perfect. Had one small glitch but overall they were responsive, had great attitudes, and were really fast. I would absolutely go back to this location.

Love the discount apps that give you incentive to play an redeem. So I did just that. I got a free bakery item, (iced lemon loaf) de'lic. An a Carmel Frapp with all the extra drizzles. The food was great an the service couldn't ask for better. They more than happy to oblige with the extra dips drizzles an whipps. Just b sure to get it to go. The trash cans where overflowing an table-tops seem to have been forgotten, cause either one got sumthing sticky or spilt upon it

This Starbucks Cafe Alway's Seem's To Seduce Me Into Returning To This Wonderful Place When Passing Through The Town. The Staff Here Are Without A Doubt One Of The Absolute BEST Starbucks Staff Crew In This Area Of Indy. ✌️😁✌️ They're Always Friendly &Respectful To All Of Their Customer's.Very Hard Working&They're Great At Doing Their Job's By Providing For Their Starbucks Fanatic Snack Hungery Customer's On A Daily Basis. For Those Whom Are Like Me Looking For A Comfortable Place For Relaxation After Having A Long Exhausting Traveling Trip/Or After College Classes With Hope Of Finding A Good WiFi Connection While Relaxing &Enjoying Your Favorite Beverage/Latte,Look No Further.. Because This Cafe Has A Really Great High Speed WiFi Connection.
