    Love this location, always get my order perfect and they are always happy to make a pup cup for my dog, Starbucks is his favorite and we've had great experiences here! The baristas are the best and all deserve raises! Finn gives the Pup Cup a 13/10

    Quality is consistent with this Starbucks. Their parking situation is rather ruff and I believe that is why only Starbucks has been successful in this plaza. The staff inside was very pleasant and immediately greeted me with a smile. I’d recommend doing a mobile order in most cases but if you can order inside as the layout is nice. Ps make sure you have Starbucks rewards it’s so worth it!

    6/4/23 5ish pm.Took forever even though only one car in front of me. Must been a new employee. She charged me $13 something and didn't give me receipt. Tried to hand me 2 completely different drinks. Repeated order again 2 venti pink drinks. Not in size ordered. Asked if these drinks were same price since smaller, she said yes. Uggghh. Go back to S.Emerson Ave next time.

    Once upon a time this location was my go to. But not anymore. The past several times they have been consistently, EXTREMELY BEHIND on orders. I gave them grace, because most Starbucks get busy, but it is BAD! Even with the time they take, they still are unnecessarily erroneous. Instead of professionally correcting issues, this particular group of baristas will standby and proudly back their mess ups and not care. (Not even for the sake of pretend.) I personally have been, and also seen how both customers and delivery people, have been patronized loudly, and chastised over thee entire lobby. Again, proud, snarky, condescending. Lacking basic manners. Customer service work can be hard, I know. But the willful repeated rudeness apparently comes free on the side. I’m personally blacklisting this location. I have been to, I believe 7 other locations on the near South-side, and ALL are FAR SUPERIOR in EVERY aspect. Save yourself the struggle. Go a few minutes down the road in any direction.

    My boyfriend and I go to this starbucks often but today we had the worst interaction with an employee. We hand the cashier $100 bill, her coworker brings change and they proceed to give us $60+ in quarters and dimes. We ask for the $100 back and we will pay with smaller bills. The guys says he cant open the drawer and repeats multiple times that “money is money” regardless of how. I am fully aware that money is money but no-one wants to carry that much change. He accepts to return the $100 and I ask to scan my points again because they didn’t go through the first time. He says he can’t do it because he’s already doing too much by giving us back the $100. Overall a weird situation and if they would’ve informed us they didn’t have change other than coins this could’ve been avoided.

    Rude Early in the morning 🙄 Order Trenta pink drink with no Ice and they give me two Grande Cup and Said they don’t have Trenta size with rude azz voice !!! But like Ask first if it’s okay with the two Grande Size 🙄🙄 Never Again this location !!!

    I waited in line for over 20 mins, this is AFTER being cut in line because their drive thru area is so messed up. Then when I finally get my order, it's wrong. I refused to go back and try to have it fixed and wait another 20+ mins 😔

    These folks have to make difficult drinks and deal with difficult people. I can't imagine how stressful that must be. Despite that, they are ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING! Thank you for putting up our addiction.

    Lindsey, is amazing! She is on top of everything, shouting out names of orders she's currently working on, making sure people are well taken care of. Very efficient, I am impressed every time I go into the packed store to get my order out quickly. She refers to everyone as friend and I love that. Makes the experience more inviting.
