Pros: (1) Fairly fast service (there was no line) Cons: (1) I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe, and they apparently rung it up as a Chocolate Cookie Mocha Frappe. But hey, I’m flexible (2) Some of the employees seem new/inexperienced - the employee in the register was on their cell phone, and one of the employees said their name and gave them a head nod towards my direction, which then resulted in that employee being slightly flustered while I was ordering (probably the cause for con #1). That employee then went in to drop a glass glass I believe, which broke.

The caramel macchiato was yummy. Good job. Did one thing right. The management and service of this Starbucks is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. First, they do not accept any of the meal vouchers that the airport/Delta provides. Being in an airport, there’s also a long line - which I get. The issue is that they had about 5 staff in front and were unable to get out orders and communicate issues. People would wait for 5-10, 15-20 minutes only to find out they are out of something in their order. At 9:30 AM. I waited 15 minutes on a cake pop and I didn’t get it. The cashier told me it “is being made” when I ordered, however he and the staff never bothered to let me know what was happening with it, even after we respectfully asked about it after waiting 10 and 15 minutes. I still don’t know what was going on - if they had any cake pops, if they were being made from scratch, or what. I tried to just change to one available cake pop that was cheaper price or just get a refund … and despite having 5 staff out front they responded with “we would need to call a manager to help.” This Starbucks management is terrible. Employees were nice if you spoke to them, but non communicative and no one seemed to understand what was going on. One of the employees explicitly told me, “I don’t know what’s going on over there” and waved it off. I am baffled on everything that happened with my order and other people’s that I was witnessing, while they had 5 or more employees there.

If you order any drink with no ice. They are going to give you half empty glass. The airport prices are more expensive than regular Starbucks. In addition, if you ask for a regular drink, they put too much ice. I am going to stop spending $100 dollars a week at this place.

Both drinks were wrong. Thankfully they got remade. I understand mistakes happen but what left a sour taste was the 4 baristas making smart remarks amongst themselves behind the counter as they were remaking my drinks thinking I couldn’t hear them. Baristas were less than friendly today 4/30 at 2:30pm.

It's Starbucks in an airport. That's all I can say. There are no frills or excitement about this place. Prepare to be robbed by the shops because you are literally at their mercy of price gouging. Happy Travels. I wish our plane didn't break down

Absolutely loved this place. Right at our resort and I could order from our room and it was ready by the time I got down there. The baristas were warm and friendly and very accommodating!

Good service healthy food

Terrible service, staff were rude, on their phones not paying attention, and no regard for customer service. I paid for my drink and it was never made. They said they were not able to refund me. Waste of my time and money. Don’t go here, they will end up making you late for your flight because they’re not in a hurry and not paying attention.

I visited this location on my way of town for a work trip… It was early and I needed a little pick me up. I did a mobile order and waited in line. There was a lady that yelled out my name and said “There ain’t no frappes right now!” … I said “Could you give me a second to look?” .. She said “Yeah..” … I looked for a FEW seconds before she said “Come on I’m ready..” … Not only did I not get what I wanted but the atmosphere and demeanor of this lady was just incredibly disrespectful! A little bit on kindness goes a long way. That’s it. I’ve called the phone number online several times and left voicemails but no one has contacted me back….

Every single employee working 11 25 were bad mouthing their customers. None of them friendly or helpful. 10 employees yet none of them care to speak to or help customers.

Unfortunately the customer service at this location was not up to par with other stores. Female Barista was rude and belittling when asked a question about a premade mobile order.

The customer service is always amazing when I work (Ari) knows my drinks that I order on a daily she is a sweetheart and her attitude is A+ rating every time I visit
