The
caramel
macchiato
was
yummy.
Good
job.
Did
one
thing
right.
The
management
and
service
of
this
Starbucks
is
terrible.
If
I
could
give
0
stars
I
would.
First,
they
do
not
accept
any
of
the
meal
vouchers
that
the
airport/Delta
provides.
Being
in
an
airport,
there’s
also
a
long
line
-
which
I
get.
The
issue
is
that
they
had
about
5
staff
in
front
and
were
unable
to
get
out
orders
and
communicate
issues.
People
would
wait
for
5-10,
15-20
minutes
only
to
find
out
they
are
out
of
something
in
their
order.
At
9:30
AM.
I
waited
15
minutes
on
a
cake
pop
and
I
didn’t
get
it.
The
cashier
told
me
it
“is
being
made”
when
I
ordered,
however
he
and
the
staff
never
bothered
to
let
me
know
what
was
happening
with
it,
even
after
we
respectfully
asked
about
it
after
waiting
10
and
15
minutes.
I
still
don’t
know
what
was
going
on
-
if
they
had
any
cake
pops,
if
they
were
being
made
from
scratch,
or
what.
I
tried
to
just
change
to
one
available
cake
pop
that
was
cheaper
price
or
just
get
a
refund
…
and
despite
having
5
staff
out
front
they
responded
with
“we
would
need
to
call
a
manager
to
help.”
This
Starbucks
management
is
terrible.
Employees
were
nice
if
you
spoke
to
them,
but
non
communicative
and
no
one
seemed
to
understand
what
was
going
on.
One
of
the
employees
explicitly
told
me,
“I
don’t
know
what’s
going
on
over
there”
and
waved
it
off.
I
am
baffled
on
everything
that
happened
with
my
order
and
other
people’s
that
I
was
witnessing,
while
they
had
5
or
more
employees
there.
