This hotel is fairly new, and very nicely put together. It’s pet friendly and my wife and dog and I stayed there. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean but our bathroom had a TON of stray hairs. Straight hairs from someone’s head, all in the towels, the washcloths and all over the floor. Stuff like that grosses us out. Other than that, it was a great experience. The staff was kind and accommodating. They did have a free breakfast but i didn’t partake as the food looked very picked over when I got there. Definitely would stay again.

I wish I could leave a negative rating. My stay would have been amazing if it wasn’t for a rude front desk employee. Zack was rude and refused to apologize for making an assumption. The issue was escalated and law enforcement was called. He refused to allow me to talk to management and refused to apologize I have never been treated this poorly or embarrassed. I will definitely be switching to HILTONS from now on. I am a Titanium member and can’t believe Marriott Corp would choose to treat customers in this manner.

Arrived on a Saturday and had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready. Received a text when our room was ready. The room was spacious and clean. I slept very comfortably, pillows were soft and fluffy. Loved the fruit infused water and breakfast buffet. Staff was courteous and gave out bottled water when requested. Was able to print boarding passes from Lobby computer.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while our home was being renovated. It was fine and the suite with bedroom was pretty family friendly! I really appreciated the kitchen for washing baby bottles but it was extremely poorly stocked, like only 3 glasses to drink from and a couple of mismatched plates. I don’t expect to be able to host a dinner party but I think a full set of dishes for 4 is to be expected. The free breakfast was very nice though and the beds were comfortable, so we were satisfied.

Cleanest and friendliest Residence Inn I've ever stayed at. Spacious rooms with new appliances, comfy couch and large flat screen. The gym is massive for a hotel, pool is large too. Beautiful lake to walk around and get some fresh air. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hotel in the area!

Me and my grandbabies absolutely loved our weekend getaway with these guys at the Residence Inn Keystone! From my check in with Lydia to the maintenance guy Taj who helped me in the hallway and the pool room, the ladies at breakfast. It was great and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

Loved everything about this hotel other than the bed being a bit too firm for my liking. If you like a firmer mattress, this hotel would be great for you!

First, this hotel is new and very nice on the surface. However, I don’t think the management has fully considered the comfort or needs of their guests. Housekeeping only cleans your room after you’ve stayed 4 nights. This is fine except they do not provide you with the items that you might need to maintain your room like a dish cloth to clean the kitchen table and counters, a broom to sweep, or even enough soap for the dishwasher. On top of that we were greeted with a dirty towel and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. They also don’t provide lotion but have these bottles in the shower for body soap that they don’t refill. I also don’t think the design of the shower is very good. There is no full door so water makes the floor very slippery and wet. There is an indoor pool (kind of small) and lots of outdoor seating options. There is also a nice walking path around the lake in the nearby business park. Overall, our stay was good but I can see that this place might go downhill really fast. By the way, the picture is of the broom they use to sweep when they clean. You can guess there are lots of crumbs left behind once they’re done.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Beautiful building. Amazing rooms. Cleanest pool I've ever seen. And an absolutely wonderful staff. Big thanks to Charles; he made my kids feel special right at arrival. We'll be staying again soon!

Very nice hotel. Fantastic staff. Amazing breakfast. Extremly Beautiful rooms. Perfect beds, great walk in shower, lovely little kitchen area. Perfect 3 night stay. I would only make ONE change, the toilet paper holder is a joke. No 1 cares about design friendly toilet paper holders. The angled bar doesn't work to keep the paper on. Agitating!!

Clean! Friendly! Convenient location! My only complaint is the water pressure in shower was horrible! The pillows were so flat. But overall, very nice stay. Would stay again!

Friendly atmosphere and quiet, if I could ignore the dog barking at every hotel guest.
