Had to pick a friend up from here. This is a run down motel. I'm sure there were bugs - didn't stay long enough to find out nor did I really want to. It didn't feel the safest. It wasn't clean. Definitely do NOT recommend! There are other places that are cleaner and I'm sure about the same or cheaper.

I got to say I went there to pick a friend up cuz she's staying and it is very cheap. I myself I can't judge but they do need to do something about remodeling this is 2022 . Ps. I'll stay there soon so I can rate the location and their service and the hotel rooms.

The rooms were filthy the TV didn't work one of the lamps didn't work an outlet didn't work the tub was gross the knobs on the tub didn't match people up all night I ended up having to go to a rest stop to get an hour and a half sleep and come back shower and leave the only thing I got back was my key deposit. Do not go there!

The manager and her husband are quick to solve any issue that may arise. The prices can't be beat. So close to the Indy 500 I wish I lived here not just visiting fiance up the street.

Very friendly, helpful, but needs to treat every guests the same far as motel accommodations. For instance all rooms should have microwave & mini refrigerator, but they don't.

Definitely not the best hotel in the city but you get what you pay for.

The lady was nice! Made it clear they had NO HOT WATER OR HEAT! 😳 Ok take it anyway! She said $65.00 😳😳🤣😡🤣🤣 Wow No Discount At ALL!

Outside and inside have been painted. (At least in my room and building) There is a flat screen TV and cable in the room. I wasn't offered a room with a mini fridge or microwave but I had asked for one upon booking in. They placed me in a room with the fridge, and then brought me a microwave 20 minutes later. Staff was friendly, and helpful when I needed extra soap/toilet paper. I would recommend this motel over the gateway...
