I am so blessed that I found this office after YEARS of terrible experiences at other dentist, I have finally found a dentist office & staff that care about their patients! From Carrie at the front desk ( she’s amazing!) to the dentist Michelle (love her) & all the staff I have met so far they are wonderful! They are truly caring people & I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!! Thanks for how welcoming you made me feel & All you do. I will recommend to everyone!

I am continually impressed with this office and the service they provide. I recently had my first procedure and they explained everything to me as they went and I felt comfortable and reassured when needed. I especially appreciate the front office staff member Carrie for letting me know what to expect with any billing I've already received and how she was going to follow up with me on further statements. The billing process has eluded me in the past at other places and knowing she is going to help with that process from the start is very reassuring.

I feel like family there. They really treat me good and I never feel rushed or hurried even if I have a lot of questions. They are so gentle and my teeth never hurt after routine cleanings which has been my experience with other dentists. I'm so glad I found them. Highly recommend!

My crown came off last night & Carrie got me right in today! Dr Lumsdon is so gentle & easy to talk to. Definitely recommending this office to all my friends and family.

My wife and I love going to Choice Dental! The hygienists and staff are all so friendly. Dr Lumsdon is the best! She is always so kind and takes great care of us!

After 15yrs of patronage with Dr. Lumsdon, my wife and I have had enough and are walking away. Dr. Lumsdon and her hygienists are pleasant. Her current administrative staff on the other hand are lacking professionalism and experience. They continually charge a $5-6 monthly billing fee for late payment even when the insurance (co-pay) hasn't been completed. We are very diligent with our payments and have made monthly calls to their office to ensure that we are all tracking the payment status. What we hear over the phone is very different from what we witness in person. Unlike the previous years, these last 2 years have been challenging and stressful. Attempting to work with them, weather it be for services required (understandable) or inaccurate billing statements (unacceptable) is too troublesome. My wife always bites her tongue when dealing with them, I myself requested to speak with Dr. Lumsdon and they didn't like that. They went into self defensive mode in an attempt cover and defend their previous statements. Basic impression I received from them, was that my wife lied to me; she is unable to listen; as well as she doesn't like to pay our bills promptly; and that they are not in the wrong. Be wary of their practices.

I’ve been coming here for severals years the service is top notch and the staff is super friendly and everyone is always very nice and very professional when it comes to your teeth they always make sure your comfortable whenever you’re getting your teeth cleaned or whatever service your getting from them they’re always very professional and very caring of your needs! I would recommend this place over any other dentist office!
