Management should be embarrassed they let their store get this bad this is horrendous. I refuse to go back.

This place is disgusting, not clean at all. I needed help and I walked up to three different people all of which did not speak English. Witnessed a few customers stealing without trying to hide it. As well as a heavy set woman open a package of those fresh baked cookies, took a bite and said nah I'm good and put it back. You know the ones they have in the front for holidays assorted cookies and cupcakes

Walking in from the Bus Stop on Georgetown Rd. is just downright nasty. If there's snow on the ground, I won't walk in because you just don't know what hazards are beneath that white stuff. More items are locked up than at other Wal-Mart's in the area. They quit selling hard liquor some time ago. Now it's just beer and wine. Other WM's in the area have more than Beer and wine. I suspect they are rearranging the store...tripping over unshelved stock the last couple of visits.

Super long lines omg, paranoid broke self check out machine. I hate was in the self check out trying to do a partial payment pay for half of my product had $80 left. Ask the lady to come over so that I can do my partial payment with Apple Pay only to find out they don’t have Apple Pay and then ask the lady if I can speak with the manager she told me she couldn’t help me and walked off. Someone else came over. I thought I was going to get help didn’t get any help. He only turned off the help like that I turned on Got tied up waiting. I don’t get paid to bring up my own groceries and pay for them as well, and find my own manager in return, I got banned, which I wasn’t mad at because everything’s overpriced. I got to say I did feel as if people came over to me because of the color of my skin Only to think I was stealing. I’ll find a better place to spend my money!

Huge store, with many different items in stock. If you're looking for something a little more unusual than everyday shopping items, and you want to get it ASAP, then this is often the best place to check. (Google shopping search beforehand can often give an idea if this, or another major store, likely has the right item type in stock.)

Yikes! This place is dirty, and the customer service is laughable. Two different people showed no interest in helping a customer with a simple "is this item in stock" question. Walmarts website said they had both items in stock, but I had no luck finding either the Nintendo Switch game and the MicroSD card was listed at 47.99 while it was list at 23.98 online. I showed this to an associate who assurred me the Micro SD cards were different, but they clearly weren't. She just wanted to move on to someone/something else. I was standing in a check out line waiting to check out, and the cashier turned off the light for her aisle after I waited ~15 minutes, not exagerating, to check out one person ahead of me. When I was up to the conveyor belt, she turned off the light and said her aisle was no longer open. I had two items in my cart. TWO! This Walmart needs a serious review of it's employees and it's environment. I rather drive 10 miles away than deal with this place again.

Lines are out of hand, mostly self serve, and then they try to make you wait in line again to check receipts?? Naw, you will have to follow me if you want to look at it because I'm not waiting in a second line after doing their job by ringing up my own order.

Definitely worst Walmart I ever been to. I needed paint, it was locked up. I looked for an employee for isle not one to be found. I had to go to the front. They said they would page someone and no one ever came. Waiting over 15 min I asked for a manger which then proceeded to tell me no one has a key. I will never go to that location ever again.
