Fraud: my sandwich looked nothing like the advertised photo. They gave me a SMALL amount of sauce for the signature club sandwich (on an oversized chicken patty). They had clean bathrooms though .

I just love the Blue Zalad! This salad has the perfect pairing of buffalo and blue cheese, plentiful chicken and bits of blue cheese crumbles in every bite. I live nearly 5 hours from the closest Zaxby's so when I visit this salad is a must, along with with a kid's tender meal so I can have a bit of a sampler platter. The crinkle fries were hot and I enjoyed them with mayo. The tenders were hot, fresh and perfectly seasoned with their house breading, I prefer them plain but they do come with Zaxby's sauce on the side. My meal was complete with a refreshing sweet tea. I had plenty so there were leftovers. I would recommend eating the salad fresh as the buffalo sauce makes it a bit soggy for later, the tenders can definitely be enjoyed cold or warm.

I love Zaxby’s Chicken Sandwiches… the chicken is so white, juicy and delicious. The Zax Sauce that comes on it is so good too and with ranch, yum! If you are hungry for a chicken sandwich, I definitely recommend this Zaxbys! Building inside was very nice and well kept as well!

Our first visit to a Zaxbys. My family loved it! The employees were very friendly and gave suggestions on what to order. The food was ready very quickly. Everything was delicious. This location has a drive thru. It is a bit hard to find-the building is very nondescript.

Service was adequate, but that's where the good things end. The food really wasn't very good. I ordered the tenders mean with a brownie. The meal comes with Cole slaw, a slice of Texas toast, fries, and the tenders. The slaw was bleak and tasteless, the fries were not seasoned at all and very starchy-tasting, the tenders were ok, but pretty greasy, and the toast was inedible. I imagine that this sort of food has an audience, but I'm not a part of it.

Was on a business trip and ended here for lunch. Excellent customer service. They were patient and had a great sense of humor. Great staff. Food was delicious.

I recently re-tried Zaxby's. I initially tried it when it first opened and didn't care for it. The food was much better this time around. I think when I tried it the first time it may have suffered from being newly opened and the food just wasn't cooked right. I got the zak pak ( I think that's what it's called) three chicken strips, fries and a drink (#1). The strips were a tad small and thin but they were good and I really enjoyed the fries--very crispy and crinkle cut--my favorite. I got the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Very good, full of chocolate. Overall, I'll add this restaurant to my rotation. If you're looking for a decent chicken meal, this would be a good choice. Oh, and my son liked his chicken sandwich

Honestly, I really do like this place. However, I wish they would really cook the chicken a bit crisper. Love the coleslaw, though!

Food was good this time, but it's hit and miss with this location.

I would like to be fair in the review as we did ask for things several times which can be frustrating. Thst being said the staff member who we worked with the most seemed to get overly frustrated over seemingly simple requests. Ex. We ordered a family meal, we asked for plates. Ex. In the past when eating there we had to specify which sauces we would like, he stated he would give us sauces and there was no reason for us to inquire about them or ask for them. (There was a need as we had to go back and ask for sauces we didn't receive). The food was decent seemed it could have been more fresh but it didn't taste badly.

Took the Cajun club sandwich off the menu. Very disappointing. Also requested extra seasoning to put on my fries- got a little cup with less than the equivalent of one salt packet. Staff are rude. Always used to look forward to visiting an area that had a Zaxby’s. Guess its time to find somewhere else.

The food was delicious but we had to wait 20 minutes when there was only one other person that was dinning inside also. The fries were warm at best but the chicken was piping hot.

Update: Now You only get one sauce for 5 tenders. Continue ripping people off. Ordered two 5 finger combos, no coleslaw extra fries, no salt instead. We got 4 fingers in both. Then we didn't get the extra fries. So I drove back around the order window, lady was nice, and she verified they messed up. Another lady came out and gave me the fingers and said the manager said I got 8 oz of fries, and I could only get the fingers. What? You messed up my order, and I can't even get extra fries for inconvenience. Look at the fries I got. Seriously. That is 8 oz. $22 dollars for two meals, and this is what I got? Change out your manager asap. Also, fries are always undercooked and soggy.

The fries are always a disappointment. The reason to pick Zaxby's over the competition is seasoned fries. I order mine with extra seasoning. They arrive with almost no seasoning, and they're kind of sad and limp.

1st time hearing about and trying the food at this place and it's better than what I've been told. Along with staff. And the atmosphere was incredible. Very busy also at certain times so get there early.

Man the chicken was kind of hard and small and the bun was less than ideal. The toast was only toasted on one side and not hot. Zaxby’s is good when fresh but this visit it did not taste good or fresh.

There aren't any Zaxby's locations by us so this is the first time my wife and have been here. We both got the signature chicken sandwich and it was really good, as good as any other fast food chain's. The price was competitive and we didn't have to wait too long for our food.

I think they have a new crew and they are terrible. I come here just about once a week at least, the last couple of visits have not been very good. The orders have been wrong every time. The manager is rude and wanted to charge me for her employees mistake. The last trip I asked for extra seasoning and they gave me none at all. Not even on the fries. This is the second time the fries have not been seasoned. I love Zax but they need to get it together. I have several co workers who have stopped going because of all their recent mistakes and rudeness.

Have come to conclusion that Corporate must be dictating each Zaxby's location water down their drinks to increase profit. Their soft drinks are like drinking colored water. I now take my own drink with me when I dine at any Zaxby's.

Was so good I just started eating. Didn't even bother with pictures! Had the chicken fingers, I have my fry's without salt. Just too much for me.

Some of the best chicken I have had in a long time. Tenders were out of this world. Fried pickles were amazing as well.

This restaurant is all hype. The food is just drenched with salt. The fries look plain Jane sprinkled with a lil bit of seasoning. Honestly you can make better fries and chicken at home.

Food was good. They were out of all pops and didn't tell us till after we checked out. All we had was lemonade or ice t. It happens but be professional and tell your customers before they purchase drinks/food.

The food was terrible. It was food that had been sitting out for hours. The bread had soaked up all the sauce on the chicken sandwich an was very soggy. $45? Come on do better. At least have some pride in making food i know its fast food but jesus this was awhful. Cant even return it because it was doordash an it was because of them because they got the food to me pretty fast an they got 5 stars but not you. Do better!

Order taker was friendly and cordial. We had take out, it was still hot when we arrived home. The flavor of the chicken and coleslaw was exceptional. Fries were seasoned perfect. A big plus is the choice of cold drinks as well. Recommend to any chicken lover!!!

Great and quick service! Our family had a good, well priced meal. The place was clean and the easy to find seating. Staff were really friendly.

Loaded salads are the best. I wish I'd had passed on the bbq garlic chicken nuggets. Nothing more than hard nuggets with a ton of sauce with fries. The salads were very good 👍🏽

First time ever having Zaxby's, restaurant was very clean, staff was nice and very helpful. Ordered regular chicken fingers "I'm Basic" they were hot, fresh and were delicious.
