Extremely clean and up to date. Quiet even though there's a free way outside. Beautiful hotel. Best prices in the area for a king suite. Great coffee in the lobby. 20+ places to eat less than a mile away.

The rooms are clean and modern and the location is great. However, room 105 should be booked as the very last option. The noise from the lobby funnel's straight down the hall, and the administration off door opens and closes all night. All conversations from the front desk can be heard clearly as if they are in the room.

The location was great and easy to get to Keystone Mall and restaurants. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hot breakfast was great to have instead of a typical cereal breakfast at other hotels. The pool was nice, the water was a little cool for my liking but it didn't bother my kiddos at all. I do wish there would have been a hot tub. Otherwise, the overall stay was great and we will definitely return!

The room, the service, breakfast, and area in Indy are phenomenal! Upon walking in late in the evening, we were greeted with such great hospitality. The size of the room was bigger than expected and really enjoyed the hot breakfast that is provided with your stay. I would have provided 5 stars but explain why I gave it a 4 star review. When deciding on a place to stay for our family weekend get-a-way, we knew we wanted one with a heated pool so our family could enjoy a few hours of swimming now that summer is over. When we entered the pool, the water was freezing we stayed only 5 minutes. The second day we tried the pool, we only stayed for about 30 minutes because that is how long my 10 year old was able to stay in the cold water. We were going to stay at a neighboring hotel with a hot tub, but my husband said the heated pool would be fine. So you can understand our disappointment there when our plans for the pool didn't work out. I hope that in the future, the situation can be fixed and other families can enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.

I enjoy staying here, except I forgot my comb. The sign in the room says relax and complimentary. They charged me 3 dollars.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn started off as a nice family vacation that soon turned south. 2 days before we were all supposed to leave, we had a medical emergency that required an extended stay. The staff at the Hampton Inn, especially Ms. Danielle Cole, worked with my family to continue to have arrangements and rooms for us as we scrambled to extend our hotel stay. Even though there was a busy baseball weekend, they were able to find accommodations and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and took one less thing off our plate to worry about. We cannot thank the staff enough!

My weekend stay was very disturbing and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe after catching few foreign men in the pool area recording my children and another family that was not there with us. Supervisor was unable to do anything, Police were called to make reports and I asked multiple times for a room change due to the guys being on the same floor as me and my children and that was unable to be accommodated as well. Staff was very understanding on listening about our issues, but nothing was resolved. I feel the least that could have been done was change our room me and my children was very uncomfortable the whole weekend.

I have stayed at this location a total of over three weeks in total this year due to family deaths. The first time was okay for the most part, minus a person at the front desk asking us to go up and down to check multiple key cards to find out what we had told them was wrong in the first place, to door itself was dead and needed to be recharged. To which we had to wait 20 min to get back into our room, mind you this was after breakfast and we didn’t even have our wallets. Second time was for a two week stay, we had our two dogs and for the most part that stay went okay, we didn’t spend much time there. Staff at this point was very nice, enjoyed our dogs and recognized us. This third time was enough to make us NEVER come back. The two OLDER ( and I say that because when they just asked for my ID to buy a night cap and i didn’t have it on me, they said “it’s not because you look young, we just have to”) woman who work the front desk are rude, slow, and don’t do their jobs. Sticky floor that they tried to clean up with dry Kleenex, sighed at my grieving partner when he asked them to grab him something, and all around just DUMB. Consistently blamed the rest of the staff for things not being done that seemed to be their job??? This is the only bad review I have ever left online, I try to always leave positive responses, but this place needs to figure out it’s staff problem. I have worked customer service my entire life and I know how hard and annoying people can be, but to get consistent terrible service when we have paid thousands of dollars to this place is insane. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back even though the location is perfect. Rooms are always clean and they allow dogs, great if you don’t want to be treated with respect.

Great room! They gave me a handicapped room because of my lengthy stay. The front desk clerks were pleasant and the room was always clean as requested.

I just can't justify paying the downtown prices just for a place to lay my head and get a decent breakfast. When I'm in the Indy area I don't mind driving 20 minutes or so to get to my downtown destinations. This Hampton appeared like it was new. Easy to get to. Quiet suburban area. Close to so many food and shopping choices nearby. Front desk staff was on point.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and new looking. Customer service top notch at desk and with maintenance when we had a problem with our door. Good breakfast and nice snack area. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is great. Room was huge, clean and well appointed. Free Breakfast was awesome and exercise room was very nice. Love the free coffee all day and the treats for gold members. Definitely recommend this place for an enjoyable stay.

This stay was outstanding. Kudos to staff, especially Princess, who assisted us with problem we had. She went above and beyond to resolve it. Cleanliness is impeccable, granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We had 2 rooms as there were 8 of us, 2 of which were babies. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great experience!!

My stay was great. The staff always had a smile, great attitudes, and were communicable and full of info (day and evening). The Inn was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was simple/easy, but tasty. My only poke would be an on site restaurant.

Service and room is always 10/10 I’ve stayed here multiple times. Location is 10/10 for me as well. It’s right behind my favorite mall.

Great location. TV in rooms outdated with cable no app availability. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant was very helpful.

Great hotel, especially for business hotel. Room is comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast is included and it changes daily (eggs, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit). Everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with this hotel. It's nestled in a quiet corner - far enough away from I465 and the mall to avoid the noise and the traffic. However, you can walk to the mall if you like! The hotel still seems new as everything was functioning well and looking pristine. The room was perfectly cleaned, spacious (even the standard room has space), and well configured. There are plenty of outlets and USB connections for charging devices. Staff was quick to help with the batteries died in the remote control. It has a really nice sized pool though we did not go into it.

Checked into room after hectic day, and TV was not working correctly. Had to pack up again and move to another room (8pm) with a nosier AC unit. Manager stated he would comp me some points. That NEVER happened. Went to breakfast next morning and it was inedible. Just threw it in the trash. Got some coffee and there was not any cream. The breakfast person said they do not have any. Will not be staying here again.

We were scheduled to be in Indianapolis for a wedding. We had reservations at another hotel. The day before, our beloved dog got sick -- nothing serious. But treatment was just enough of a hassle (medication, special food, etc.) that we didn't want to saddle a dog sitter with it. Lucky the Hampton Inn allows pets so we were able to take him with us. He did really well in the room and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It could've been a very stressful weekend. We were very pleased!

This is my 5th time staying at this location. I love staying here. The hotel is immaculate and the outside patio area is amazing. It is conveniently located to a (1) mile path around a lake I use for running. I will stay there again.

This is the fanciest Hampton I have stayed at. There was a group of young, newly hired professionals staying during the week who were loud last into the night and took up quite a bit of the breakfast area in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was great!

It was cool. Stayed their during our family reunion. They were very accommodating to our family. Had an irate family in the room next door. The hotel resolved the situation quickly. There was no more noise.

Great location and beautiful facility, but if you actually want to sleep stay someplace else. The walls are paper thin - I can clearly hear the conversation two doors down - and the doors are spring loaded to slam shut, and they certainly do, all night long. In 4 nights I haven't slept more than 5 hours once. They have no rooms that are quiet - I asked upon check in and was supposedly given one, and went back the next morning to ask to be moved and was told this is the best there is.

It’s a pleasant place with the polite customer service that accommodate your needs with ability to early check-in. New design and specious rooms, that have all the needed appliances, even extra couch. Excellent, extended bathroom with the shower cabin let’s you in through the barn door. As a bonus, you get an open site view over the parking lot with no one steering at your windows.

This is our go-to hotel in Indy. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, large sand clean pool with plenty of deck space, really cool fire pit outside, comfortable beds, hot buffet breakfast. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!
