Walked into our room on the second night and it smelled like sewage. the smell was coming from the shower drain. i called to see if they could do anything and they said they were fully booked and would call back after to talked to someone. never got a call back. the walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything the people next door are saying. also definitely didn’t clean well bc the remote, handles on doors and on lights all had stuff on them that i wiped of myself with sanitizing wipes and it came off black and brown. also toilet bowl was definitely not cleaned. Beds are sort of comfortable but not a great nights sleep either nights we’ve been here so far…we have 2 more nights to go.

Not so bad for an holiday inn but please note that this hotel is close to the airport and not downtown and if you want to have fun activities downtown is about 20mins. Breakfast arrangements in the morning needs to be communicated better to customers that it is a sit-down and serve option. Overall the place is nice if you wanna be close to the airport

Excellent facility- and the fries and burgers in the restaurant were excellent. Our server this past Friday night was awesome! We got us some delicious drinks that were $11 top shelf Long Island ice tea- with strawberry flavors. Only negative is that there is not. Hot tub and there is not a Complimentary breakfast. Staff was great

For the price point, this hotel met my expectations, but did not exceed them. I love the outdoor patio with the oversize fireplace. The indoor fireplace with seeds nearby provided ample ambience. The room was clean in every corner with a walk-in shower and Dove brand necessities. The bed was very comfortable. There is an oversized desk with a good size drawer. The best feature is cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the coffee supplies were not refreshed at 9 AM when I went there to get coffee. I was there for a and see what I convention, and the buffet ran out of turkey. There are only two USB ports in the room. That is not enough if two people are bringing their devices.

Very nice experience. The concierge staff were professional and friendly. They give a complimentary bottle of water per guest, and they had fresh coffee at 4:30am before i got on the shuttle. Will definitely stay with them again.

Stayed here for a weekend with my family. The rooms were incredible; comfy beds, clean, and quiet at night time. The waitress at Burger Theory that we had for breakfast was amazing, very friendly, and great service. Unfortunately, we had a not so good experience with our waitress for dinner. She was unfriendly, and did not have many manors at all. Would have been 5 stars instead of 4 if the service was better at dinner.

I pick my granddaughter up and take her back every school break and summer break for her dad and step mom in another state. I fly a lot. This place has always done whatever they could and it’s always been a good experience and clean. The food is great. Because of southwest recently canceling thousands of flights our second half got cancelled and I had to rebook us on one of the only ones back on a red eye on Delta. We got in to the hotel at noon and they quickly got my granddaughter and I into a room after a very long night. If for some reason I can’t book a room here I go to it’s sister hotel the Hampton Inn. But this is my preferred place. The shuttles run early which is nice with early flights and the shuttle drivers are great! Highly recommend.

Very nice room, today and clean. Got small fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine so that was great. Gym and pool are are next to one another and are spacious. Front desk personnel very professional and helpful!

Hot tub didn't work. Told us we would not be charged for it but still were. Also our alarm clock didn't work. Told front desk and they said they would bring us a new one but never did. Bed and pillows were hard. Definitely would not recommend fidbbringreplsaid they would bring a

Well kept property with clean public spaces and most importantly clean rooms. The check in process was quick. The location has a sundries shop as well as a Burger Theory restaurant on site. No major issues found at all.

Perfection. Pure happy employees who will go out of there way to ensure a warm environment. The is a full restaurant inside call burger theory. Delicious i recommend the breakfast burger and fries. Enjoy!!

On two different occasions my room was not very clean upon arrival. Beds are not very comfortable either. Burger theory is a joke. They have a very limited menu for breakfast and lunch. Nothing has been very good there either. Fairly disappointed on almost a month there in 4 different stays. I will be looking for different accommodations when in Indianapolis.

Not the friendliest Staff, in fact a little rude. I have been to a lot of IHG hotels and this one rates pretty low. Restaurant at the hotel is over priced. Food is so so at best; onion rings were like rocks. For the price they charged customers should expect so much better than what they get. Coffee was cold. no sugar available. If you don't know any better. This hotel woulld be fine. But if you're a seasoned travel you may want to book another hotel.

We had a nice stay at this hotel over the weekend. We picked this location due to having the restaurant inside & it was a great choice, the food was yummy and the service was great. Football was on all weekend without having to ask. Rooms were clean and safe. Biggest qualm is they only had 1 elevator running the entire weekend and there was a big conference being hosted in addition to a colts home game (front desk said it was sold out) - so sometimes it took awhile to get around. I climbed 5 flights of stairs more than once, so something to keep in mind if you rely on elevators. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Traveling solo and arriving late at night. Property was well lit, easy to find. The check in was fast, efficient. Room was super clean. Dove bathing products an added bonus. Highly recommend for an airport hotel experience.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttles every 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bar and grill was packed so I'm glad we didn't need to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. My only issue is that the bathroom has no ventilation so it steams up easily and takes forever to clear .
