    If there was an option for negative stars I would. Owners would not refund after we literally looked into the room and said no way. Threaten to kick us out. Made excuses as to why he would not refund us. Threatened to call cops and said he would have people “take care of us” if we didn’t stand outside because he felt “threatened” when we said we wanted our money back. I’ve stayed all over the world and this is the worst place AND SERVICE I’ve ever seen in my life.

    We were overcharged for the room, when we got to the room it was not at all what we expect as it was dingy and not in good shape. The cleanliness was poor and when we expressed our concerns with the front desk man he got extremely agitated and began yelling. The customer service was very poor as well as the quality, will not recommend to anyone.

    They just informed hundreds of people that they don’t have a room after booking weeks ago and confirming. They claimed it was a glitch in the system, but really they learned how much money they would miss out on if you booked a room for 1 night vs. someone booking for 3 nights. How is it that they can get away with canceling your room for someone with a longer stay who booked long after you did??? It’s unprofessional and despicable. I’m so glad I’m not staying there!

    If I could give it 0 star I would. My family and I were stay for one night only. We got a room at the front desk and gave I gave my card information. In the morning when it was time to check out the man in the front desk informed me there was a 3 day stay minimum and I would get charge for all 3 days. I tried to argue I was not informed of this the day before but he stated it was hotel policy and I was lying. He was rude, no customer service attitude what so ever. Room were also dirty. Please don’t stay here.

    Not safe here! The front desk representative was drunk and he somehow gave my phone number to someone he didn’t want to rent a room. The guy offer me to pay half of my room so he could use it for 2 hours. Yes it’s crazy but true. I left after the call can he did not want to refund my stay. Don’t stay here.

    I ask the Manager/Owner/front desk person for a room key and if they complimentary coffee. The man who lives there starting giving me a hassle and tell me to stop complaining. WOW I have video if you want to see it

    I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We were in town working for the Indy 500 and the man at the front desk convinced us that we had reservation there and that he knew our employer. Once I realize we were at the wrong place we left and tried to get it resolved. We were charged for all 3 nights and cussed out multiple times by the man at the front desk. Not to mention the rooms are absolutely filthy. He stated on the phone that we were “pretty girls” coming from out of town and we were taken advantage of.

    I was given water from front desk but it was already open.... Very expensive for a below par room. Just a all around weird vibe. I wouldn't stay here again, I'd rather sleep in my car

    STAY AWAY!!!!! These folks are crooks... they took $382.00 from us after trying to cancel a reservation... said "No Refunds" even after trying to cancel within 12 hours of the booking.

    Avoid! I called the front desk 7/3/2022 at 7am. Just to see if they had a weekly rate for customers. The man who answered had an accent & cussed me out just for asking. Is it possible to rate ZERO STARS..if so I would.

    Have to say that as we pulled up, we had our spirits lifted somewhat; we had read some reviews and weren't expecting much (should say that procuring of our room was fairly last-minute, and on a big football weekend). Outward appearance didn't do the room much justice; the room was very dated, but clean...simply in need of quite a bit of work. Too much to talk about here; just in need of alot of TLC. Bottom line: we have experienced worse hotel stays.
