be
fair
I
ordered
a
steak
7
days
ago
and
it
was
perfect.
Today
it
was
terrible.
It
had
very
light
grill
marks
and
it
was
over
cooked
on
one
end
and
by
the
bone
was
rare.
It
was
like
it
was
baked
and
didn’t
have
seasoning.
I
want
even
going
to
say
anything
but
the
prior
steak
was
excellent
and
wanted
to
give
feedback
because
something
was
obviously
missed.
I
showed
a
photo
of
the
pervious
steak
for
comparison.
The
manager
admitted
there
was
something
missed.
They
took
half
off
the
steak
price.
Which
in
a
way
made
me
annoyed.
I
wasn’t
going
to
say
anything
at
all
at
first
so
I
ate
some
of
the
steak
which
I
regretted
and
the
managers
response
was
“well
sir
you
did
eat
a
lot
of
the
steak”.
Which
I
laughed
because
they
were
going
to
make
me
a
whole
new
steak
so
I
asked
for
them
to
just
that
the
steak
off
the
bill
and
I
was
told
again
the
I
ate
“
a
lot
of
the
steak”.
This
is
funny
only
because
I
didn’t
even
ask
for
anything
off
the
bill
but
was
told
it
was
cooked
incorrectly
and
wanted
to
take
the
rest
of
the
steak
back
to
their
crew
to
show
them.
Then
offered
only
half
off
the
steak
not
the
bill.
This
to
me
wasn’t
taking
care
of
the
consumer
which
I’m
sure
some
will
disagree
with
me
but
again
I
didn’t
ask
for
anything
but
the
steak
was
basically
inedible.
The
manager
admitted
is
wasn’t
cooked
right
and
the
server
offered
to
make
a
whole
new
steak.
It
doesn’t
make
a
ton
of
sense
to
me
I
guess.
I
won’t
eat
there
again
based
to
the
response
from
the
manager.
The
server
was
great.
The
baked
potato
and
salad
was
very
good.
I’ll
add
a
photo
of
the
weirdly
cooked
steak
and
the
one
that
was
very
good.
They
were
unbelievably
different
experiences.
