Medium + steak way under cooked. Steak came out warm but sides still steamy. First time I couldn’t stomach a 16oz ribeye steak. I don’t casually write bad reviews or good reviews, but this piece of steak is definitely dried up and old. Can tell my color of the steak and oily shine film on top. Anyone who has cooked steak for 10+ years can tell bad meat apart from fresh meat. Server have been ignoring our table from the moment our order was placed. Would recommend going to a farther location for better food and service. Server took care of the white visitors real well but not minorities.

Fairly disappointed with this Texas Roadhouse, the beer was not nearly as cold as the Avon Texas Roadhouse. My 6oz sirloin was cooked to a rare when it was supposed to be medium rare(not to big of a deal). I also think that my chicken was undercooked but I can’t say for sure. The flavor was great and the waitress did a good job, especially considering it was her first day. If you’re looking to go to a Texas Roadhouse, I would choose a different location. 3 stars mainly for Moriah, the waitress that does everything she can to ensure your visit is as good as possible, if not for her I’d say just go somewhere else for the money spent.

I love this place! Me and my family come here every time after having a long day. Service is always really good. We always meet familiar people. My concern is how silverware are always not properly cleaned and how often our order gets wrong. Last time, I ordered corn as an side and they got it mixed with rice.

I'm NEVER disappointed when I come here!! They have the best customer service and the best food. Thank you ***UPDATED*** 7 months ago when I originally made this post, I received the best customer service and the food was great. BUT as of today, I can honestly say I'm very disappointed. Customer service definitely fell off our waitress was MIA, I had to ask the host to check to see if our food was ready. Food was horrible and you could tell that they didn't care about making sure it was cooked correctly. The only thing that was good was the blue crush lemonade and I could go anywhere for that. But sad to say I definitely won't be back, it was not a good experience. FYI (FOOD PICS WAS FROM 7 MONTHS AGO)

Enjoyed dinner here, food was hot and fresh, service was fast and friendly. The rolls were delicious per normal. The Caeser salad had great flavor with almost too much dressing. The ribs were falling off the bone and had decent BBQ flavor and the loaded baked potato was cooked to perfection. Overall this exceeded the quality I expected and from what I remembered from years ago. Will be back to try again in the future.

The food was Great and my waiter Jessica was Amazing. I went for my daughter bday and they made her feel special. Definitely recommended

To be fair I ordered a steak 7 days ago and it was perfect. Today it was terrible. It had very light grill marks and it was over cooked on one end and by the bone was rare. It was like it was baked and didn’t have seasoning. I want even going to say anything but the prior steak was excellent and wanted to give feedback because something was obviously missed. I showed a photo of the pervious steak for comparison. The manager admitted there was something missed. They took half off the steak price. Which in a way made me annoyed. I wasn’t going to say anything at all at first so I ate some of the steak which I regretted and the managers response was “well sir you did eat a lot of the steak”. Which I laughed because they were going to make me a whole new steak so I asked for them to just that the steak off the bill and I was told again the I ate “ a lot of the steak”. This is funny only because I didn’t even ask for anything off the bill but was told it was cooked incorrectly and wanted to take the rest of the steak back to their crew to show them. Then offered only half off the steak not the bill. This to me wasn’t taking care of the consumer which I’m sure some will disagree with me but again I didn’t ask for anything but the steak was basically inedible. The manager admitted is wasn’t cooked right and the server offered to make a whole new steak. It doesn’t make a ton of sense to me I guess. I won’t eat there again based to the response from the manager. The server was great. The baked potato and salad was very good. I’ll add a photo of the weirdly cooked steak and the one that was very good. They were unbelievably different experiences.

Great Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Sam was an outstanding server with excellent customer service skills. This location is easy to find using Google Maps. It is located on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The restaurant is very clean and the food came out exactly as ordered. There is plenty of free parking in their large lot. Excellent service.

It's a NO for me. Great atmosphere and the steak looks really good. I got Dirty silverware. Underwhelming Mac, and frostbitten fish-great batter tho. The bartender disregards requests and uses what suits her instead. Service was ok. When I greeted the waiter and asked how he was, he remarked that he would be better in a while once his shift ended--all while wearing the uniform that says " I LOVE my job.

Texas Roadhouse is always a great place to eat! My wife and I were in need of a date night, and there was no other choice. We had the Ribeye steak and blooming onion. You can not forget about the bread! The restaurant was extremely busy so I didn't receive the service that I prefer from our waitress but I understood. When she was available, she was helpful and had an upbeat attitude. The food was fantastic, the restaurant was lively! We helped sing happy birthday to a few people. We will definitely be back next time we have a date night!

Everyone was nice and helpful. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us several times even though they were very busy. He refilled our drinks before we needed them refilled and got our to go containers very quickly. We had a very nice time. Lots of people around us seemed to be having a great time too. The food was great and even better the next day. 😋

So I ordered the snake bites and a cactus water. 🤢🤮 The snake bites taste salty! I know they are typically very rich because of the cream cheese but taste like they added salt. The cactus water was watered down. They shouldn't offer this drink with ice since it has club soda in it. It taste like NOTHING! I requested strawberry syrup to add flavor and it worked. The steak was cooked perfectly and potatoe was awesome. So I learned never order anything other than steak and water from Texas Road house

I had the 10oz Dallas Filet with all the fixins and it was perfect. Our server was very cordial and professional.

I've been here before but was more impressed this time. The server was very attentive and friendly. As always, probably get the best food for the money you pay here. I almost can't do it at the house for cheaper. My only issue with this visit was how my steak was cooked. It was a little overcooked, but it was still juicy enough to enjoy. I'd recommend that if you get a smaller steak to ask for it a little less done than you normally would for a bigger one. Other than that, the ribs were great, and the appetizers were on point. I wouldn't hesitate going back.

The food is great was a little unhappy with the amount of fries I got with my order but overall it tasted amazing as always love the rolls and cinnamon butter as well

I know you all are short handed but a 45 min wait for salad and having to get the servers attention over and over and then her having to make them herself.... our steaks came out and then so did the salads that she forgot to tell them not to make . The food was very tasty but the wait and the additude is not worth a second trip sorry 😳

I love that it’s a really big restaurant and they have a lot of tables, so it’s always not too difficult to get a table during weekends. We ordered steak and kabobs. Really tasty. Not sure why they stop providing peanuts but cinnamon buns are still available while waiting for the food. Recommended for people love proteins!

Had my favorite meal on the menu- boneless ribeye cooked to perfection, baked sweet potatoe and steam vegetables 😋 and my Sangria Margarita with a kicker of 1800... omgoodness 😍 great way to start a mini vacation 😀 😎
