Multi story mall in the middle of the city. Many vacant store fronts (it appears to be about half empty). We went on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded. There are a few decent restaurants, but no big box department stores. It has a theatre, arcade, and mostly small shops. You have to pay $7 to park for 2 hours, so we will not return to shop here. I will be surprised if this mall survives the decade. They need to reimagine this space. (Perhaps some office space, apartments, or a farmers market could revitalize this lovely facility). The Greenwood Park Mall is significantly nicer with many more businesses and parking is free. I don't recommend the Circle Centre Mall.

I remember when the downtown mall was ALWAYS crowded. It was the place to be. We went recently and...oh. It was around 12-1 on a Saturday. No stores were open, the ones that were...small and cluttered. A few "popular" stores like Finish Line, Nirvana, and Forever 21. It was COLD. There was no heat, we walked around shivering. The BEST part about the whole Circle Center Mall is the arcade on top. We had so much fun. We did a virtual reality game for the first time...soooo cool..The next time we go to the mall downtown, will be to go to the arcade.

Good stop while exploring downtown Indy. Still a pretty thriving mall given how malls are doing. Walked all the levels to see what was lol in there. Actually pretty nice to soak up the air conditioning in there since it was a 90 degree day. Did make a purchase at the souvenir store.

The biggest mall I've ever been too. It covers all of downtown and has a plethora of inclosed walkways that connects everything downtown together. Enjoy!!!

Big mall. Make sure to plan out some of your shopping money for those parking garages. Is there one connected directly to it? I don't know, because I had to walk through a bank one time, then cross the street. Anyways, they have cool places, and all a mall needs from me is variety. One place that stood out to me was this mini golf place, which was also in like a neon setting but it was fun. With good prices too. I don't know what it was called but..it'll be just about the only one in there I think.

The Circle Center Mall is a solid 5-star shopping destination in the heart of the city. With a diverse range of stores and dining options, it caters to a variety of tastes. The central location makes it easily accessible, and the mall's layout is generally user-friendly. While it may not boast the most extensive selection, the mix of retailers and amenities provides a satisfying shopping experience. A good choice for those looking to spend a day exploring downtown with a decent selection of shops and eateries.

Completely ghetto ghost town. I was here in the 90's before downtown Indy collapsed. Now it's depressing and shocking to wander thru this shell of a has-been mall. Borderline scary, really. For a place that used to be a vibrant place to shop, it's disturbing to see it has crumbled into a vacant, rundown, empty horror movie set. Avoid. Don't be the last one put when they close the doors and let it finish the self-destruction sequence.

We went to the arcade we also went to hooters downtown. Pretty good evening. The arcade was fun. You buy so many credits and they load it on a card. We got the 200 for 20 bucks. Not to shabby.

Haven't been downtown to the mall in ages. Went specifically to the SHE Store lots of reasonably priced one of a kind items. Lively environment with a dj and drinks.

Clean, nice mall but not as many store as there used to be which is expected. I got my steps in and the kids had fun looking around. Great spot downtown and they still have the movie theater which was cool.

Very pretty structurally but of course ALOT of the stores are shut down. it's very sad. It was also disappointing how there were a couple escalators not working.

This mall seems like it was once happening, but is just so,so now? There were quite a few stores with no business in them. Very few customers between 4:30 - 6:30pm on a Friday. Stores seemed small compared to other mall locations I've been to. All in all, just okay.

Fantastic steaks, mashed redskin potatoes. The service was fantastic and they gave us a free dessert. Our server Doug was great. Highly recommend this restaurant

It's a little sleepy in this mall but I actually don't mind that! We were there on a Sunday and enjoyed the trickle of people there. The little art garden was unique. We went to Tjmax and I was surprised how nice the store was. I wish there was one like it near me. There weren't many restaurants open to eat. I'm not used to that because there's plenty of food places open on Sundays.

I think I like this mall better than I do the other one. It was just something about the way it was designed so as always I will be coming back.

Closes at 7pm was informed by security that a lot of the store are closed through the week or close around 5pm. Bathrooms can be smelled from 100 feet absolutely disgusting I think I might have been the only person to have actually pee in the urinal and not on the floor. Also please not there are only urinals in the men's room due to homeless barricaded in toilets just an FYI. This is a big week for college basketball too so way to go management for showing the country that are failing city government, roads and places to go are all functioning at the same level!!! The highlight of my experience was walking out and cheap parking.

This shopping center is located right in the center of downtown Indianapolis. Circle city inspired the design of of this circular multilevel building. Enjoy the limitless views of the city while shopping. Limit your shopping to the stores that are there while enjoying the art placed on several empty stores. Good luck parking! Have fun consuming 🤗

Very pretty mall, full of sunshine. About the only store really worth going into is the games store. We picked up some Yahtzee dice and score sheets.

What a beautiful building but so empty and so much wasted space inside. Indy needs to kick it up a notch and take appreciation of our beautiful city!

Hadn't been here in years! Definitely not as many stores as there used to be. Most of the stores I visited had poor customer service. Everyone seemed annoyed to be working. Several fast-food options available.

We had not been to the downtown mall in a long time. It has changed alot. It's still nice but there is so much that is just empty. The arcade is nice. They need more in here to make it a destination though.

Four story indoor mall. Many small restaurants (mostly on 3rd floor), although you'll likely pay more here than somewhere a few miles away from the city's "centre." (What's with the British Commonwealth English spelling? IDK.) Also mall stores for clothes, games, gifts, collectibles, etc.

I was in town for a five day day seminar and figured it would be nice to get a little tourist shopping in but I found was just completely below standards I’ve been to this mall years ago and it was great lots of great shopping but now it’s just a haven for homeless and strung out individuals and disrespectful & troublesome teenagers I checked into my hotel around 4:30 and made the short walk to mall as I was browsing I noticed almost all the stores where pretty much closed so I decided to check out finish line for a new pair of sneakers or at least check out their inventory but instead the employees were rushing me through the store when I arrived the man stated they were closing in 30 mins at this time it was barely 5 pm by the time I got halfway down the shoe was he stated they were closing in 3 mins so that was very disappointing out of the entire experience at this mall the nicest people were the ones in the convenience store by the escalator they made me appreciated for shopping there which was only a few drinks and a bag of chips so overall circle center mall was a huge let down 👎🏾

I got followed by a homeless man through the entire mall- I'm a girl I was trying to walk as fast as I could to find a security guard and there wasn't one I was panicking I ran downstairs to find more people. Do not go alone they will walk up and try to sit by you. And then when you try to leave they will follow. 1 time I worked at 5guys and I got off my 10pm shift I was waiting on Uber & I screamed for someone because a man was trying to get close to me. 2 attempts not safe downtown. Not to mention the alley near me.

We attended the Wes Montgomery 100th Birthday celebration 3/4/23 . The Arts Garden is 2nd to none for weddings, corp. or private events. The most unique architecture is almost like a glass greenhouse. There is a balcony and private catering, and it is connected to the embassy suites hotel as well as the Circle Center Mall.

We went here on Sunday and everyone was friendly and there was hardly any customers so it was nice to wander around. Got some good bargains. They even have a virtual reality you can do there and I was amazed to see a vending machine of eyelashes lol. And my daughter was happy to find rainbow Converse

This is a pretty neat place to go if you have some free time in Indy. The vertical layout of the mall was different, and in a good way. Looking up at all the shops on the 3 floors above you from the ground was pretty cool. Plus they have a movie theater on the top floor. How cool is that?

We only used the parking garage on this visit and it was very convenient to the restaurant we were going to. We have shopped at this mall dozens of times over the years and really enjoy it overall. They have your typical mall chain stores, a theater and local area stores, and of course a food court with other food places throughout. It's a great place to shop as well as parking for other restaurants and downtown attractions.

Shopped at H&M for a winter coat for my daughter. She found something nice at a reasonable price. Staff was courteous. I wanted to shop for some other garments however the store I would have liked to patron (Torrid) was closed. I may return within the next couple weeks.

Circle center mall is always on our list of places to stop. Living in Wisconsin and being from Indy it's always fun to shop at local stores with Indiana themed clothes and sports teams. The food court has lots of options for food and the store workers are usually always pretty friendly.

This mall is really cool. It has a ton of stores, sports stores, clothing stores, you name it it there. Food court is excellent, and the way it extends over the streets of downtown indianapolis is awesome. Highly recommend everyone checking this mall out. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the arcade place in the mall it's called Tilt Studio and it's really cool. If your in indianapolis GO!!!

A really great place to eat at when you are in the area, the restrooms 🚻 were very well maintained the food prices were very reasonable and the dinning are was clean 👌. It was a very good experience for my family and friends and myself.

Easy enough to navigate, beautiful interior, nice food options, and a great location in the downtown area make this a good place to hang out. There's a slight lack of shopping options, but to be fair there's many stores inside that have everything you'd be looking for anyways. The arcade is very fun and a highlight of the mall in my opinion, fun to hang out with friends and play arcade games together. Also fun to go to the theater and see the newest films. Overall a pretty fun place and a definite place to visit if you're in indy.

Great place, unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of shops compared to normal. I'm assuming that's due to covid, but it does really limit what you can do here.
