    If you don’t open at 5am, don’t say you open at 5am. So annoying when they light the store and menu board, the hours list that they’re open, but you get there and the doors are locked and nobody replies at the speaker. Waste of time, what an annoying way to start your morning off (at least it is for those of us who get up on time and perform our jobs correctly).

    Horrible service. Ray Krock would rollover in his grave if he knew what McDonald's has become. Employees eating behind the counter and of course no one at the front counter. They force you to use their dirty touch screens and do their work for them. They refuse to even take an order. McDonald's could care less about customer service as long as they take your money. When I reported this horrible customer service, "Reggie" franchise owner refered to his employees as "great" and in total denial of the hideous service. When upper management refuses to admit they have a problem it's no wonder the rest is so pathetic. McDonald's needs to bring back the basic 6 steps of good customer service, and eliminate the forced use of customers doing employees jobs with those touch screens.

    They have employees who treat Hispanic customers like second class. Cashier overcharged me for an additional item that I haven’t ordered and then treated me like garbage when I brought it up to his attention. Refused to help. Shift manager - a Hispanic woman - came to the window and said when she tries to correct them, they treat her poorly. She said she talked numerous times with store manager but she refuses to do anything about it. Broad Ripple McDonalds should not allow their employees to discriminate against Hispanic customers and/or other employees. I will not go back.

    PARENT BEWARE!!!! Please don’t let your children work at this establishment. Last March I let my 15 year old son get a weekend job there . The first weekend he worked there they had him work 2 four shifts off the clock because the GM never put him in the system. After 2 weekends he quit because it was not a nice place to work. He only got his second week pay after they put him in the system. We are fighting with there corporate office for his first week wages. Their boss Ronald asked me why I let my son work for the clock and I need to raise him better so he doesn’t do it again. How was I suppose know they were not Professional. He gas-lighted my wife for asking for his pay and told me I need to raise my child better . A straight A child at Purdue Poly by the way. So now it smalls claim court time . I beg u parents not to visit this location or let your children experience this work ethic.

    This employee has music in her ears, totally ignoring everyone. I’ve waited 30 minutes for food. Lady comes in from drive thru she had waited in total 40 minutes for two cheese burgers and a fry. We all know absolutely no one cares, or this wouldn’t be an on going issue here. I’m not lying when I say, they are literally walking very slow dragging their body with baby steps for each order. Where is management? DOES ANYONE CARE!?!?!?

    Typically have nothing nice to say about this McDonalds and avoid like the plague, but last nights wait for fresh nuggets was well worth it. Hooked me up with sauces, super nice guy taking orders, and same same with the guy handing out food. It made me see this McDonalds in a new light based on my previous experiences. Keep up the good work, will be back.

    As a new employee at this establishment, let me just say management is HORRIBLE. My shift starts at 5am, but management doesn’t get there till whenever they feel like it. The general manager is even worse, had me come in at 5am for orientation but didn’t get started till 10-10:30 after she was already 30 minutes late. Then she told me to come in only for 2 days this week (which I wasn’t upset over) so I missed a day she begins texting me asking why I didn’t show up. WELL I CAN’T SHOW UP IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT DAYS TO COME IN ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT SHE DIDN’T WRITE ME IN FOR THIS WEEKS SCHEDULE. I would post screenshots but I am not going to put her number out here.

    Ordered a double cheese burger plain and a small fry. The double cheese burger I received was cold hard and the cheese was the same, it's like they got my sandwich from the refrigerator and just gave it to me. I asked for a fresh sandwich and the cashier had an attitude. My sandwich was very salty. This has happened before at this location.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve Encountered Literally please do not eat here or work here. The managers are so disrespectful the boss just started coming in and he doesn’t do anything but complain instead of educating people. One of the white managers uses the N* Word faithfully and it bothers the staff you can tell. Another manager always comes to work being unprofessional always Bringing her personal situations to work and taking it out on the staff. Mostly Everyone is messy and unprofessional the Hispanics are always talking in Spanish about others which I find rude. They don’t train anyone and want you to figure it out yourself. It’s unequal some get paid then more which is based upon favoritism instead of based on experience. I really hope in the future this gets shut down because I do not wish this upon anyone to get treated how they treat people.

    Front cashier attendant was very kind, polite and professional. The lobby was extremely clean and food was fresh and delicious. If I could give 10 stars I would. 10/10

    Typical McD food. My gripe is you order via the kiosk and take the table number which says they will deliver the food to your table. but then they don't and since you weren't listening for them to call your table number (since they were to delivery it), the food is cold and then they give you an attitude because have to remake it so you wait even longer. Up your game on the service

    Hate your plastic cups. Can't stand the service. Hate the kiosks for ordering No outdoor eating that fits the vibe of Broad Ripple.

    They are not the nicest. I've had to show my receipt to prove they messed up the order. They need to discontinue table feature. Instead of having you sit, then scream for you to come back up. It's not the cleanest anymore. Something changed at the Broadripple location 3 months ago.

    Manager was so rude service was horrible. Food tasted disgusting if you're going there with your family, do not go very rude to customers. Owner was on the phone and told me to wait and I'm the customer he should be fired. He has no business running and McDonald's or running any business ever, he should be fired.

    The place was very clean, and the food and service were good. I do wish they would offer ketchup with no HFCS. And please don't replace it with invert sugar, which is basically the same thing even though it's made from sugar cane. I know they say, "It's just sugar. Your body doesn't know the difference." I'm diabetic and my glucose meter says they're lying.

    Clean store with nice dining area. The food is the food. Service is good from a few, but a lot of them just don't care or hustle. It took me 15min to get a coffee and hash brown the other day that was already ready for me to pick up, but the guy kept embarking off on other adventures. He also looked very confused when another patron asked for sugar and creamer.

    3 of of 4 times ordered delivered breakfast was shorted large coke. Easy to tell missing by weigh of bag, packing slip on outside of bag to verify correctness before sealing. Called restaurant, mailbox is full again.

    Went for 2 Apple pies, the lady told me to pull to next window and she would bring them to me, I get that businesses get busy, but not 1 person in the store or the drive thru, after about 12 minutes I went back through the drive thru and told the lady and she was like oh sorry..and came back and was like your waiting for your shake right? I will still go there anyway but just thought I'd post..I'm not mad at them 😔

    There was nothing terribly wrong with this McDonald's location, it just wasn't the best one I have been to by far. The staff was a bit impolite and had trouble getting my very simple order correct. They seemed understaffed and the workers they had there after like they had more important things to be doing. I do not recommend this location but it would do in a pinch.

    McDonalds is nice and clean and the service was great👍🏻. However through quarter pounder they made me didn't look anything like the picture, and had barely any condiments on it. It was okay just not great.

    Used their reasonably clean men's bathroom 🚽; purchased a $1.00 large drink. Both fine; nothing unexpected for a typical McDonald's.

    Just got my first fast food I've eaten in 20 years or so. Cooked in lots of kitchens since 1975 and enjoy preparing good food at home or something special and dependable from any of 8 or 12 favorite spots from Mass Ave. to Fountain Square and in between. But I absolutely remember the good taste of a White Castle or a Whopper or a Filet-O-Fish. The three fish sandwiches I picked up at the drive thru in BR around 4:15 this afternoon had with out a doubt been under the heat lamp for 30 minutes or more. I was able to bite through the bun but I know that McDonald's management doesn't approve of the product that I received at the drive thru just now.😔
