The place was nice including the people except the spine doctor, who was insistent that my back pain was, in his opinion, non existent, even though I know what I'm experiencing is very real. He might as well have said I was some kind of liar. When I opposed his opinion, he shut me down and pretty much argued the fact. What could I do at that point? Never have I been so humiliated in my life.. He being a very young doctor, needs to practice his bed side manner and listen to his patients a little more. He discharged me from being seen there anymore, without a second thought. I am very dissatisfied.

In my past, I have had some not so great experiences with customer service. But these women are awesome, to say the least. I had some issues, but they over exceeded my expectations on making my visit stress-free and very fast and efficient. Both of these women deserve a 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating alone in great customer service. 👍👍💯

The medical assistant float that I had was really good very nice very professional. front Desk medical assistant was also nice. I was there to get my DOT physical and drug screening. It was average wait time the doctor that I had I believe his name was also Justin was very thorough with his exam. I’ve had these exams before in the past never this thorough, he seemed like he really cared overall very satisfied

I went to this URGENT care at 5:30 in the morning. I had a typical ear infection. I needed an antibiotic. Shouldn’t have been a problem at all. I was stopped outside in 25 degree weather to be asked what I was being seen for. When I told the receptionist that I had an ear infection she then told me that the Dr who was in was “not seeing sick patients…” she was extremely rude. soooo I guess he was only seeing those who broke their ankle and got shot in the middle of the night. And I wasn’t technically sick. I just needed a prescription for an antibiotic. I didn’t have a fever I wasn’t coughing. I just needed someone authorized to scribble a signature and send it off to the pharmacy. This place was a total joke.

Wonderful and professional staff treated me very well. Visited this facility for a pre screen drug test. The staff maintained a friendly, yet professional demeanor while pushing me through the process rather quickly. Delicious snacks afterwards after a friendly goodbye. Wonderful experience!

Won’t let me give 0 stars - waited an hour and 15 minutes for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Staffing didn’t seem to be a problem, as there were multiple employees walking around and simply chatting it up.

I went to Concentra. For my job. The lady at the front desk was very nice to me. And the nurse that took care of me was very nice also. I would advise anyone to go there. Very professional.

Look idk how much regulation and red tape they have to deal with, but surely something has to be amiss/ inefficient if I have to drive 30 minutes wait 45 minutes in a lobby for the same nice lady who checked me in at the front desk to look at my arm for literally 10 seconds and tell me I don't have TB. Should be able to send a picture in, and if that poses too serious of security issues then at least expedite the line process since the procedure takes actually 10 seconds and does not significantly delay anyone else. Nice clinic and people though.

I arrived at 10:10am for an unscheduled pre-employment drug screen. The place was clean, staff were pleasant, and there were snacks/water bottles freely available. The waiting room had a tv. But I didn't get out of there till 12:15pm. People really needed to use the bathroom but were trying to hold it for their test. It seemed as if they saved up all the drug test arrivals and brought us all to another waiting room together. Probably efficient for them but not pleasant for guests.

Everyone was very helpful and polite except the original woman who took me back for my urine test. I found her to be unfriendly and she didn’t explain things to you. I was having a problem urinating so she gave me 2 bottles of water and told me I had 3 hours to complete the test. This was at 2:30. I sat in the outer part of the testing room for 2 hours before she checked and asked if I needed anything. I requested another bottle of water. This woman must have left at 5 because the woman who replaced her was very kind and friendly. I finally got the drug test done at the end of the time and left.

I’ve never had greater customer experience before. The front office ladies were very helpful and had a GREAT attitude. It’s hard to find people like those now in days!

This place is ancient and in need of a tech upgrade. The staff kept having computer issues. When I went in to see the physician, I had to wait half an hour for the computer to respond. As many people and businesses that Concentra Urgent Cares serve, you would think they'd all have up-to-date tech or at least great internet service. The staff and physician were great and provided great service. I feel sorry that their employer has left them with outdated equipment. I can see how others complain about the wait. It is probably due to the poor technology and wifi. This location and all the others need updated equipment. Concentra company better get on board with the tech movement or they'll be left behind!

I had a scheduled appointment at 2 pm, arrived 15 minutes early and was not called back until 3:15pm to be seen. Another patient in the waiting room knew he had a positive tuberculosis test and sat in the waiting room without a mask on for 40 minutes before he was asked to wear a mask. I am a nursing mother and did not feel like my health and nursing schedule was a priority even when I asked for accommodations.

I went to Concentrate Urgent Care, for my yearly TB test. The nurses and front office staff were efficient every step of the way. I recommend, Concentra Urgent Care West Raymond St, to anyone needing pre-employment TB testing, physicals and so much more. They close at 5pm M-F, they are not open on the weekends.

The doctor and staff were very nice. I had an extended wait time but it wasn't Concentra's doing. There were a couple of people that came in with lacerations that needed the doctor's immediate attention.

Waited an hour in the exam room for meds after my visit with the Dr which lasted about 3 minutes. Asked a nurse when I'd be about to go about 30 minutes into me waiting and the nurse got an attitude with me. Was definitely not a good experience and visit for me.

Wait time is going to be long, was the second one in the door and didn't actually get called back until after 9. Be ready to potentially have their printer cut off the top portion of your prescription and then get rejected. Don't worry though, they will just make you come back in and do another appointment with full cost to get another one.

Nakia gave me two vaccines, blood draw and urine test. I’m really scared of needles and I always pass out with blood draw. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel better. She is the nicest nurse ever, I never had a nurse so friendly and caring to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. The wait time on Wednesday was one hour which is good cause it’s walk in process. Thank you Nakia for making me feel better

Waiting room time was short, but I waited in the room for almost 2 hours and when I could finally ask someone, I was told because of a revisit, but hey how about informing patients before making them wait 2 hours so you aren’t sitting in the room with no information what’s going on like you have been forgotten about. And the doctor judged me because of my body weight and wouldn’t listen to what I can do, and made assumptions about my health. Would not recommend and companies shouldn’t use Concentra for testing of anything.

After phoning facility for early cutoff times, i presented for a drug screening at 1650hrs. I was informed to present before 1700 closing time. No cutoff times were given. Representative at desk responded to my need for a urine drug screen with, “we may not be able to complete your screening today” at which I instantly became upset due to calling prior to arrival. Doors were unlocked and not one person was in waiting area. Far too often front office associates are disengaged and have mentally checked out before business hours have ended. I get it! I can empathize. However, this is the role they accepted and knew the hours before taking the position. Its very rude to alert patrons of impending closing time when standing inside office before actually being closed.
