My wife and I went to Kay to have her wedding ring repaired and cleaned. From entering the building to leaving, the staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the service so much, I went back to purchase Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. Morgan's greetings was there as I entered the room. I explained to her what I wanted to get. She immediately showed me what I was looking for. She also suggested that I can get the gifts in their birthstone. The selection was great and the prices were in my budget. She explained the cleaning and warranty on all the items as she wrapped everything in boxes and Bags to look very festive and elegant. That type of service is what makes customers return for life. I also think she deserves a raise! Good work on a job well done Morgan!

Danielle, was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and I was able to choose the ring that was perfect for the occasion. Ask for her if you’re at this location.

The manager (Aubrey) at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a watch at another location and a few days later went into this store to exchange it or return it. She said that the watch had been worn and I couldn’t return it . I started to explain to her that the watch has never been sized to fit my wrist so there’s no way I could have worn it and she instantly cut me off and repeatedly told me that it had been worn . I asked for corporate number and she sloppily threw the watch back in the box. She got on the phone and ran in the back . After talking with corporate they called the store and she continued to lie to them telling them that it has been worn and also that she don’t even know if i was the one that purchased the watch . I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young , black or both for her to feel that I can’t purchase a watch but my name was on the paperwork and I have an ID. I gave Kay’s (not this location) 2 stars because corporate honored my return. It’s sad because I’ve been to this location before and the staff was really nice but to have such an unprofessional and unpleasant manager really brings the store down .

Danielle, Yasmin, La’niah have done a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and they were very professional. They gave me advice on different types of diamonds and seeming very knowledgeable on each one presented to me. I got my eyes pierced during this visit and Danielle was gentle so it did not hurt a bit.

I absolutely love going to the Cherry Tree Crossing Kay's just for the excellent customer service I receive from Brianne Craig! I drive 35 min out my way because she goes above and beyond when it's time to have my jewelry serviced, cleaned or needing a new addition piece. She helped my fiancé pick out the perfect engagement ring for me, Birthday earrings and my first piece which was a bracelet. She's assisted me in finding the perfect wedding band for him. It's not about making the sale for her, it's truly about making her customers happy. She has gained a life long customer. Thank you Brianne!

E. Washington Street is literally the best Kay’s in town!! They are always so helpful, communicative, and kind! I really appreciate Danielle and all that she does!! Danielle always takes great care of my husband & I’s needs. She’s fabulous! Additionally, I recently took my wedding ring in to be resized. The promise date for pick up was 6/10/2023. However, I received a call today, 6/1/2023, stating that my ring was ready! I am so pleased with the work that was done on my very valuable ring!! You cannot tell that it has been resized & it fits so much better. Thank you all!

They didn’t size my finger correctly so my wedding ring is too big. We tried to get it resized but they said they couldn’t because of the ring material. We ended up returning the ring for a replacement because they messed up the actual size of the ring. It was supposed to be 11.5 but it was slightly larger. The ring is still too big as I write this review. We are very disappointed because my wedding ring is engraved with my wife’s first name. When we were dating, I bought a promise ring from this company and it had to be resized. They resized it for us but when we got it back there was a small diamond missing from the ring. I would never do business with this company ever again and I would encourage any sensible people to avoid this place.

I received a necklace from my best friend for Christmas from Kay's on Washington Street. I've broken the chain twice and have had to take it in for repair. The customer service there is phenomenal! I was greeted and taken care of immediately. The representatives are polite and listen to your needs and quick to provide solutions. I was also shown some beautiful birthstone pieces and saved them on my favorites for future purchase. Thank you everyone!

I’m not at all happy with my experience. My ring is beautiful don’t get me wrong, but I truly feel like the staff didn’t listen to my fiancé when he went to purchase my ring & now it is still too big. My fingers are very, very small. I wear between sizes 3-3.5. When my fiancé went to the store he was advised to get a size 6 because the rep didn’t believe him about my ring size. Though he said a size 4, I wish she would have advised him to get a ring without the diamonds on the side so the ring could have been sized correctly to fit my finger where it didn’t move at all times. My ring doesn’t fit comfortably and I’m always afraid that it will fall off. I understand that it should have a little wiggle room, but I am constantly moving it on my finger so it sits correctly. I really want to love this ring, but I don’t. I’m very disappointed and stuck with a ring that moves constantly. I don’t enjoy it

This is only a good review because this ring is for me. The store on E. Washington St told me the ring was out of stock. It was...just not in my size. The store clerk kept attempting to sell me 20k gold and offered to order the ring in 14k for additional approx $160. I ordered it online and it ships tomorrow. Nice.

Aubrey the manager is awesome. She's very attentive to detail. I have never had something not be up to standard and her not get it solved. She's very personable . I love to go in and talk to her about jewelry.She is so informed and knowledgeable

My fiancé took her ring there on the 3rd of this month to get sized for our wedding next month and connect the band to the engagement ring. ETA pickup was the 21st. I called on the 23rd to check since we never heard anything. An employee, named LARRY, was super rude on the phone and told me they hadn't touched the ring because they didn't know what to do with it! Then he told me they could size it but it will be a different shape so they won't line up... What?! So, they rushed the order and got it to us 2 days later. Wouldn't you know they botched it! Looks like someone did it in their garage. I 100% regret getting her ring from Kay's

My fiancé and I came in last week to get him a gold chain for his birthday, we ended up leaving with his chain, cross for the chain, got myself a rose gold chain, and a rose gold bridal set!! Cassi was absolutely amazing, very personable, professional, informative, and just really made me feel comfortable. I’m so glad we were able to have her to help us.
