We got our engagement ring/wedding band from Windsor 11 years ago, and the Windsor team is as friendly and helpful as we remember! I highly recommend engagement ring shopping at Windsor. We worked with Jeremy and couldn’t have felt more supported and encouraged with the process. We are a gay couple and came in shopping for rings together. Jeremy was amazing to work with and absolutely wonderful to us. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a beautiful selection, so I will be back. The reason for three stars is that I went there to have the main stone put back in my ring. (It popped out.) That was nicely done but now one of the little white stones is missing. The jeweler did not replace the stone or even offer to do so. Update: September 5, 2023: Jeremy from Windsor contacted me. I was able to bring the ring back. They replaced the white stone and cleaned the ring again free of charge. Thanks. Five stars.

We heard really great things about Windsor Jewelry so it was the first place we visited to upgrade an engagement ring to celebrate our 25-year anniversary. So happy we did! Greg and Lynn helped me choose the perfect old-world diamond and my wife loves her "new" ring. Was great to talk diamonds with them and look at the stones at high mag under the microscope. We will be back soon to create a neckless from the stone we replaced. Highly recommend this jeweler in downtown Indiana!

I am treated like royalty every time I go to Windsor! Such nice, honest people. It has become my go to jewelry store for repairs, cleaning my jewelry for free, I’m even having an opal necklace custom made for a reasonable price. They have a great interest free layaway option as well. I’ve worked with Jeremy and Dontae and would highly recommend them both.

A fabulously friendly staff, with customer service as you would hope to expect but we rarely get these days!! You just can’t get any more convenient than waiting 10 min while they do a simple repair or put in a watch battery. I was able to pick up a couple of gifts while waiting, oh and they give back to the community in a big way! I highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Windsor Jewelry. Thay were able to identify why my old watch was not working. They gave me an estimate which I gladly paid. Thay provided me with a conservative time frame for completing the work and stayed within it. Upon completing the repair they kept it another week or so in order to monitor it. I was able to pick it up yesterday using their curbside pick-up service. Ken was very helpful throughout the process.

The Windsor team came to the rescue two weeks before my wedding. The band I ordered and had sized down did not match the engagement ring. The team called around and helped identify a matching band, resized and had it available in time for the ceremony, and they accepted the resized ring return. The people at Windsor were so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I walked out with a band I loved. They earned my repeat business!

We have been customers for years and there is a reason why, simply put, the people. You can get jewelry anywhere and Windsor has some of the finest around, but it’s the way we’re treated that makes all the difference. We are greeted with smiles, given plenty of time to try on exactly 900 different rings before discovering the one that’s just perfect. We’re never rushed nor pressured and they take time to explore our taste and educate us on the product. 10/10 recommend.

We were only in town for a week and were looking for a custom jewelry piece for our official proposal. I really like them. I was going to drop my watch off today to get the band fixed and pick it up some other time, but the gentleman took it and fixed it for me in less than five minutes and wouldn't charge me. I love the people at Windsor. They are extremely knowledgeable without being pushy for sales, and always go the extra mile. They’ve taken great care of my family heirlooms for years, cleaning and repairing them, and we recently bought our wedding bands there, and the process was so easy and enjoyable! They didn’t make us feel pressured and respected our budget. Greg even rhodium dipped my grandmothers ring as a wedding present. Can’t beat the customer service at Windsor!!

I've never spent more than about $100 at Windsor, mostly fixes, watch batteries and a holiday special bracelet for my mom. But it is always nice to go in. The staff are super helpful, they want happy customers even if it is just a watch battery. And the most interesting thing is they have always been friendly to my children, answering their questions and just generally making them feel welcome. A high end jeweler isn't usually a place for kids, but they've always been kind when I have my kids in town. If I ever get to buy something expensive and sparkly, they'll be my destination.

I had an absolutely delightful experience designing a custom engagement ring by Gabriel & Co. at Windsor Jewelry. I worked primarily with Jeremy Devocelle, who was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Most of my process took place remotely from California. Jeremy helped me design the ring in-person during a visit to Indy, and then remained attentive and engaged throughout the process of having the mount made, the diamond selected and fitted, and the completed piece inspected by family members (since I was not able to visit to see it myself). Finally, the process of shipping and handling was painless, and the ring arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition. I would strongly encourage anyone, local or remote, to work with the fine jewelers at Windsor Jewelry for their engagement, or for any other jewelry needs. Of course, it goes without saying: she said "yes!" Even better, she loves the ring, and especially loves that I designed it for her, according to her tastes, "myself" -- but of course, we here all know it was only possible with the help of Windsor Jewelry and their custom ring partners, Gabriel & Co. :)

Previous years I purchased items for my niece. First was a necklace. Then were matching earrings. I called to see if they had more matching pieces and Sarah found a lovely silver and freshwater pearl bracelet to complete the set. She held it until I could get to the store two days later. They do not push items on you, but instead help you find what you want and what fits in your price range.
