Shameless money grab to advance careers of corrupt officials and medical ā€œprofessionals.ā€ A perfect example of how money is stolen from the public to build establishments that refuse to serve individuals that donā€™t help their success statistics. Before going here, remember that they will only see you as a number and wallet, not an individual. They will not help you unless you serve their career by being an easy fix.

Well my soon to be stepson is there as of yesterday for 3 months .there is no tv in room and the only tv out of his room has only the news on and we all know nothing on the news is anything but depressing. There are no activies to keep him focoused on anything else but his mental state and physical problems. This place will put him a state of more depression. I inow hes there for evaluation but keeping his mind busy would be helful .

Worst experience of my life. I am a therapist myself and I was treated terribly. I had to say what they wanted to hear in order to get released. They did not make me the slightest bit better. They gave me PTSD. The staff was unfriendly and encouraged me to not talk. I felt my voice was taken away and I could not advocate for myself. I could go on but suffice it to say this is not the place to go to recover.

My son was a patient there from December until January of this year. I had to do an EMERGENCY removal due to a female nurse (who will remain nameless) not paying attention, and gave my son HIS medication, on top of ANOTHER childā€™s medication. Right after he had taken the medication, none of the staff was paying attention. The CHILDREN alerted the staff that my son had fainted. He also went into severe respiratory distress. To make matters worse, the med list that was provided to the hospital was the same medication of that which they OVERDOSED him on!!! The techs there do NOT pay attention to the children at all! They are always on their cell phones. ( I have proof of this) One of the techs even VIOLATED their own patient privacy rule, and provided my son, as well another child with each others Instagram information. ( I have proof of this) The techs would show the children posts from their Instagram accounts. They are not supposed to have their phones on the units. The therapist, Allison Robertson, who is the lead therapist for the boysā€™ unit, is VERY unprofessional! During her one to one sessions with my son, she would randomly share that she has ā€œcramps.ā€ My son asked me during a phone call does that mean that a lady is on her PERIOD!!! She also shared things about her divorce, and talked about her new boyfriend to him. During family sessions, Ms. Robertson would speak negative of her husband who divorced her, as well as situationā€™s about her new boyfriend. Unfortunately, she does not have children of her own, but will compare her DOGā€™s behavior to that of a HUMAN child! A person who does not have children should not be criticizing parents who are trying the best they can to help their child. These children cannot help their mental illnesses, yet she will blame the parents for all of it. Dr. Miller, the head doctor is SUPER nice. The doctorā€™s assistant, Katie, did not listen to anything I told her about what was going on with my son. Katie used the diagnosises from my sonā€™s first inpatient stay, as diagnosises from his most recent stay in January. The therapist that he currently sees, sent over all the documentation that shows his active diagnosises. Yet when we went in for his intake, she pretty much called me a liar, and made it seem as if I was making up diagnosises. I have a copy of the paperwork that was sent over to NDI that shows all the diagnosises that I told her and Allison about. By the grace of God, another facility has ACCURATELY diagnosed my child, and have put him on the right medication dosage that will help manage a lot of his issues that are out of his control. I am so THANKFUL that this facility actually LISTENED to my child and I. We are FOREVER indebted. Even though all these things went on, I still keep the facility in my prayers. I hope that no child or family has to deal with what we went through. Thank you for reading.

Community East neurology doctor Monica Mazda absolutely no communication. She had me do a MRI in November it's now February I have been calling her since the mri was done because my family doctor was concerned about the findings and needed to know what it ment. She never returned any of my calls and apparently didn't get any of my messages so I scheduled an appointment to see her. When I get here they tell me my appt is not with her but just a nurse. I still have not gotten the results of my MRI. But the nurse says everything is fine that its normal to for some people to have abnormalities in the brain and the vessels that are looped together in my brain especially on the right side isn't a concern or the nods they found in my neck. They didn't mention anything about why my ears ring daily multiple times a day and hurt. They do not communicate with others in there facility. Her office was disgusting. I've never seen so many used Needles. They have done 2mris now and have never discussed the results and I still have not gotten to talk with dr.mazda since my first visit with her when she put the order in for the MRI's. Will I ever get answers? The receptionist and nurse tell me my family doctor has no reason to be concerned. Wow worst service/ doctor ever. They need their license taken away. Do not come here if you need help because you will not get it.

About 2 years ago my boyfriend was admitted there and said he tried to overdose. The problem was that when they did a tox screen for him they only found the in his system. In my experience, one cannot overdose on the. Anyway, I created an online account for him and noticed that the hospital staff were dosing him with all sorts of drugs. Mostly to keep him sedated. This particular establishment CANNOT be trusted with your loved ones. Or mine. When they released my boyfriend he was so doped up he could hardly walk. This place is in the business of killing people.

They over prescribe their ā€œpatientsā€ sleeping medication to the point that canā€™t stand on their own. Their patients go all day without food ! Most of the nurses on staff are very rude and will tell you your loved one is busy but they really be drugged up past out in their room.
