Every time I come to this site I tell myself it’s was just a bad day last time, I’m sure it will be better this time. NOPE!!! It’s never just a bad day, it’s always just bad service and poor work ethics and lack of communication. Last time I was there I was put in a dirty room. Thank goodness I didn’t have to sit on the bed. The front desk is ALWAYS rude. The time before that they never took my stats, I know from working in healthcare that your temp and blood pressure is a must. I’m sure that information was made up and put in my chart. I’ve been there 4 times now for a work fall and every time I get a new doctor and every time no one knows why I’m there. Overall it’s just a poor site to visit. The only reason I continue to go is because my job requires it.

Make an appointment at 0730am for blood work and occupational health work up. I understand its an urgent care but I waited for 2.5hr. Left the facility at 1130am… I went in early because I had work at 11am if they would have told me it would take three hours I would have come on Saturday where I didn’t have work. I was so close to leaving but I had already waited for 2.5hr before they called for me and I was hoping I was going to get done in time. Pro: Staff was kind. The person working with me did seem new. But otherwise I was treated normally. Doctor was fast and efficient. Had to wait for awhile for someone to check me out too but at least it wasn’t 3hr. cons: extensively long wait time. If they are short staff I wish the company would try to hire more people. Everyone seems very busy and the nurse that was working with me for only five mins almost go pulled to do another errand.

Went in for a simple respirator fit test. Got there at 8am on a Wednesday morning. They didn't say a word about how long the wait would be. I wasn't called back to do the test until 1:30pm. A 5 and a half hour wait for a simple 15 minute test. And there was only 2 people in the waiting room when I got there. I asked after waiting about 1 1/2 hours and they said it would be soon. I asked after 3 hours and they said soon. Totally unacceptable. They need to understand the people coming in are their customers and they need to treat them as such. They seemed to be too busy planning their pot luck lunch, talking about commiting welfare fraud and socializing then helping their customers. Anytime id would try to enquire about how much longer until I'll be seen to do this simple test. I would approach the desk and they would ignore me until they finished their non work related conversation and then give me a very short answer that was always "soon". I spent almost a entire work day setting in the waiting room to do a 15 minute test and I was one of the first people there. Once I got back there the lady that actually performed the test was professional and nice which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Avoid this location at all cost unless your on company time and being paid. The Concentra location by park 100 is a night and day difference. They actually treat you like a customer and are professional. It's worth the 35-40 minute drive to go up there.

By far the worst urgent care we’ve ever been too. My fiancé came here for a simple physical while me and our one year old daughter sat in the car and what should have been a 30 min visit tops turned into a 3 hour visit because they forgot he was in the room how do you forget a patient in the room for a simple physical that’s my confusion mind you he has to be up for work by 7am and it’s currently 1:18am and as I’m writing this he still hasn’t came back to the car never coming here again

Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful from the time I went the first time till now. Everybody was very professional and treated me with kindness. Entire facility was well maintained and can accommodate anyone with any type of medical issues. Therapy department is extremely helpful and provides with care. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs medical care that’s the place to go.

My son cut his thumb at work and sent us to Concentrate this one was open 24 hours. When we arrived we had to ring a bell to get in because it was after hours.. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and got us started right away. The gentleman that helped us was Michael and he extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. They were very short staffed and it took a while to get us back but it was a great experience. The doctor that did the stitches did a great job. Everyone made my son feel comfortable and took care of him.

Absolutely incredible service! From the moment I checked in to the moment I left! I Went in a little nervous for my DOT Physical as this is a requirement for my career driving trucks…this can either make or break you as a driver! Truck Drivers know what I’m talking about! I was in and out in a decent amount of time, didn’t have to wait long at all! The nurse, doctor, and team there were awesome! This is where you need to go to get your physicals! They are for you not against you like other places I’ve experienced in the past! Hands down the best place for a DOT Physical!

I needed to get my DOT physical and when I arrived they had about 6 patients in line when I got there. I was checked in right away and was pleasantly surprised how quick my turn came up. The nurse that did all the preliminary stuff was pleasant and very efficient. She left me for the Doc who showed up pretty quickly and was also pleasant and efficient. Was in and out in probably 30 min, and was extremely pleased with all portions of the visit.

I was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I asked how much longer, I was told a few more minutes. I waited another hour (2 hrs total) while I watched people who came in well after I arrived make it through the line. The drug test took 5 minutes max. I understand delays and waits are unavoidable in a medical environment, but wish there had been better communication.

Went in for a Dot physical. Only waited about an hour. The lady at the front desk was very helpful (and very cute might I add). Nurse India took me back and got everything started. She. Was very polite and professional. Then Dr. Combellick finished my physical she to was very polite and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all for your help and hard work.

Though I was able to get my service provided, it most certainly was a task. After the signing in there was no communication of the process only found out by overhearing a shot across the room instruction to other patients. Thank God for having my cell phone with me and which I thought about leaving it in the car. After two questionnaires via phone you go through the process of waiting an additional hour for a service that takes less than 5 minutes. once called to the back with an additional 30 minutes. technician I'm not sure if phlebotomist or medical assistant yells down hall "come on " while walking around with gloves at all times, then gets upset about request of using clean gloves. After questioned about process in regards to drawing of the medication, I was asked was I afraid of getting an infection or something or even if I was a nurse. No just a concerned patient of cross-contamination. If this test wasn't for a job position I probably would have walked out. I would have done better by paying out of pocket for this service somewhere else. But that was not an option. The professionalism is lost in this establishment. A deep clean is needed for the whole building. I believe that work habits and ethics is an issue in this establishment.OSHA Joint Commission or even the health department somebody needs to take a deep look and dive into their policies and procedures. I'm not a nurse but I am a concerned consumer.

Got my notice in the mail from my Union to get a random drug test. I always choose this facility. The staff are simply just amazing. Super friendly and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Keep up the good work y'all.

The waiting period for a few hours to call out your name is worst part especially being injured and in pain but other than that they have great staffing. Assistant that took me back room was very polite and awesome talking.( forgot mention she also gave me couple grain granola fruit bars while waiting on doctor). The doctor was awesome as well and took care of me in a timely manner soon as was in back room. I believe her name was jennifer. Busy place but overall well taken care of.

I visited on a Saturday morning so the lobby was busy. The receptionist was friendly but the other staff members didn't smile, didn't give a friendly greeting, and looked at you weird when asked a question. Maybe more training in customer service is needed.

They are set up very nicely to do all urgent and non urgent visits. They were friendly and did an outstanding job. The wait was just a bit long but it was at the early morning. Just 2-3,hours long

Wonderful Care. I sprained my wrist at work. Dr. Combellick was kind, caring and thorough in her care. All of the members of the Physical Therapy staff are kind and helpful as well. Michael is especially intuitive about his patients' needs. Really recognizing when there is pain and knowing how to help the patient adjust and exercise for maximum benefit and minimum pain. Highly recommend this location!

It was a great visit. Everybody was very nice and attentive. The only bad part was the glucose test. The machine said it was 401 while my test at my doctor was 166. This did not allow me to get my physical completed until the next day. This cost me a day of pay.

  • 5/5 Rashidi W. 11 months ago on Google
The staff was very pleasant, polite and helpful. They did not hesitate to help find out what kind of physical I needed to take, being that I had no clue just a paper I was given. I give 5 stars and thumbs up on services provided, treatment and facility appearance.

The one nurse on staff for the overnight hrs is a bit too much. There should be at least 2 people on staff. Since there was only one person it took longer. The technical problems with software and computer issues is ridiculous. As a medical institution you should be on top of this, and since everything is digital computers running efficiently is essential. To be honest I don't expect change. This doesn't reflect the nurse on duty I think she did an amazing job with being by herself and having equipment not working as intended.

This is honestly one of the greatest urgent care centers I have been too. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they are efficient. I see all of these posts stating that this urgent care takes forever.. If it's not an emergency, stop taking peoples time that need to be there and go at a time that there's not a big rush. I went last night at 1 am because I knew that I didn't want to wait and I only waited like 20 minutes. The place can't have more "decor" because it's a hospital. It's not supposed to be pretty or have a lot of objects that can collect dust and spread germs. I had LACEY as my nurse. SHE WAS AMAZING!! She answered a lot of my questions and explained a lot of the process. She also made sure that I was okay when I was getting my TB Test as it's a very big source of anxiety for me. Thank you Lacey for such a great experience that usually is terrifying. I really appreciated you and your time!

This by far was a great experience from the young lady that checked me in, she was so professional, friendly, & helpful. Thank you. They thought it may be a 2 hr wait but it wasn't. The nurse also was professional & Friendly. Just all around felt comfortable. The Doctor was A1 wish she had her own pra6 I would definitely become her patient. Thank you all, all the staff. You all truly deserve a raise seriously. The unruly people you have to deal with..

I had a young lady her name was SKYLER that was so pleasant to speak with, and did her job excellent and made me feel so comfortable. My provider was Mrs.Lawa Decline and she was very pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. What a great person to come and see. I hope that you’ll keep her around. She can help so many and I give her honors of what she do, and I must say thank you very much Mr. Johnson.

The physical went pretty smooth until the end. All I needed was an x-ray. After waiting a half hour,I asked if they forgot about me. I was told the machine broke. I asked if they thought it was gonna take awhile. I was told yes. Just how long was they gonna let me sit? Nobody wants to sit around all morning. They should have let me know what was going on.

The staff was incredibly flexible and inventive, and making sure that my test results got to the place they needed to get. Their fax machine was down. They re-searched my previous history in between seeing all of the other patients that night. I was very impressed and happy with their service.

Horrible experience, 3 hour wait, the nurses sounded like they were laughing non stop while people were waiting while not being able to use the restroom, because they need it for the drug screening. The lady and the guy at the front desk have an amazing attitude but it felt she was being two faced. They don't have snack machine or anything besides plain water, I was hungry the whole time, because as soon as you try to go somewhere really quick, they would throw you in the back of the line again, and everyone who came after me, they were calling them in before me, on my way out, one of the nurses came up to the front desk and waved goodbye with a dirty look on her face as if she was being sarcastic. Awful place and they were talking bad even about their day shift, when they encountered issues, and were complaining about their patients as soon as they would walk out behind their backs.

I fell and had trauma to multiple areas, the worst being my right knee. NO ONE either on my original visit or my follow-up appt asked me my pain level. They did not offer ice to the affected area. I was there over 3 hours waiting to be seen starting at 5:30pm. When I returned for a scheduled follow-up at noon I waited around 2 hours to be seen past my appt. The staff at the front desk was rude and totally unsympathetic to my questions when I would be seen. They had misfiled my form that I filled out on arrival. Not until a staff member from the back came out did they address my repeated questions of why I wasn't being seen since I had an appointment. There was no apology for ignoring my concerns! I'm a retired nurse and know how things should be done and being sympathetic to patients.

The front desk staff were very loud and unprofessional. I sat there for 2 hours and watched several people come in after I did and left way before I was seen. I understand people are there for different reasons but seriously 2 hours. I finally got seen, just for a non DOT physical, then even then it was still an absolute mess. Back to the front desk...they were extremely loud and talking about things that should not be publicly talked about. Overall an extremely unpleasant visit for something that should not have taken a total of almost 4 hours.

I had to go to Concentra the one on Kentucky Ave in Indianapolis due to hurting my neck and shoulder at work. I actually 1st went to the emergency room and was told I had a pinch nerve and the doctors there explained everything in great detail. But because it was a work injury I had to go here not long after. Once I got there and explained what happened and the severe pain I was having he 1st said its probably a pulled muscle that will heal but you can return to work. I responded 1st of all it is not a hurt muscle it's a pinched nerve which you should have known immediately when I mentioned my arms and fingers were going numb and the color of my hand. He said that's very possible I'll send you to a different location on Tuesday. So my work got his letter of recommendation pretty much saying I could work with restrictions and downplayed the seriousness of my issue. I can't even hold a cup right now and cry literally cry in pain particularly at night time. It was just the wrong diagnosis that bothered me but he rushed with everything he did and said and didn't explain a single thing he was doing....cut me off every time I spoke and you could tell this man did not want to be there. But his choices that night were not only rude and arrogant but also unethical. This needs to be looked into immediately

Front desk is ready & available to greet you upon arrival. The waiting room could use some interior decor for more appealing chairs or things you can do while waiting. But overall better than my previous visit(in another clinic location) where I had to wait for hours. This clinic is much much better.
