Terrible! My mother in law was waiting for 4 hours In a room. Why have both walk in’s and appointments?? Doesn’t make sense! Also doctors were saying her personal information out loud around other patients! Huge Hippa violation. Very unprofessional. Her doctor was not very friendly seemed very nonchalant and very bluntly rude I think he is the surgeon there. Not sure. An older guy with white hair. I’ve heard bad things about him from friends and other family who have gone there, they all say the same, terrible place and very expensive for no reason. My mother in law decided to never go back!

They take forever to do anything! I had an appointment today at 12:30 and it took them almost an hour to let me in. And now it’s 1:44 and I still haven’t even seen the doctor. What is the point of the appointment if your not going to be ready for someone, and the worst part is they charge you if u don’t cancel your appointment but they can take their sweet time right? Cuz that makes sense🤨 Definitely the last time I’m coming here.

No idea why I bother to made an appointment two days before if they will do me as they want and not respecting my “appointment “;we have jobs and things to do besides waiting for an hour to be seeing by a decent doctor ,if we come here is because we don’t want just the Tylenol they give at the majority of the hospital around Indiana,we pay for this it’s not for free and trust me we don’t come to enjoy your facility views the majority of us feel sick and we desperate seek for any type of help to feel better.I definitely believe service should get improve ,you guys have potential to be one of the best hospitals in this city if only you could pay a little bit more attention to the patients and try to organize your times so we don’t waste ours. Thank you

Came in simply to get part of an ingrown toenail cut but the doctor assigned to me tried to get me to agree to an entire surgery that would require a 2 week recovery period. I feel that it was unnecessary for me to have to pay $80 just to have a condescending doctor ask unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with why I came into this building in the first place. Will not be returning at any point in the future.

The worst place to choose for dental needs. They are not reliable at all. I am waiting for a dental surgery since 5 weeks. They keep canceling my appointment. My insurance already contacted them,everything is okay. Last week they told me to come today at 11 am to do it. Guest what, they just called me and stated to come at 2 pm instead because they have another patient at 11 am today. It's a joke. I am going somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO ALIVIO DENTAL guys!!!!!

There is no reason for having an appointment because they don't call you by the appointment time, but more like "first come, first serve." We showed up before the appointment and let the receptionist know, checked in. After waiting 25 minutes after our appointment time, we had to ask them when would we be seen. After about 10 minutes, we were called. I stayed in the waiting room. Another person said that they had a 1:30 appointment time, too. I told them to go tell the receptionist. At 2:35 PM, the other person had to ask the receptionist if they were still next for their 1:30 appointment. Wow! Other people have been seen since he asked to see what was going on. He was seen at 2:40. SMH.

No compassion towards the patients! They don’t care about anything else but the money!!!! They take advantage of the underserved and most vulnerable populations of Indianapolis. Their medical practice is a ripoff! They want to take advantage of people only because they speak Spanish!

Very good service like always, I been visiting this medical place since they opened more that 8 years ago and Dr Natalie Gilbert Mañaná like always with good ethics and a good cares together with Dr Alfredo López Yúnez, thank you for always being there!

FIRST TIME HERE AND LAST! WALKED INTO THE BUILDING, WHILE LOOKING AT THE MAP OF WHICH SUIT WE WERE GOING TO, A NURSE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TOLD US "FIRST YOU GOTTA CHECK IN" SHE DID NOT EVER IN A POLITE WAY DIRECTED US TO THE FRONT DESK!!! SECONDLY WE GO TO THE DESK ANOTHER RUDE LADY ASKS US FOR TWO PICTURES ID BECAUSE APPARENTLY ONE WASN'T ENOUGH WE PAY AND NO RECEIPT WAS GIVING BECAUSE AT THAT MOMENT SHE COULDN'T PROVIDE ONE UNTIL THE VISIT WAS OVER .. I WILL GET A HOLD OF WHOEVER TO CHECK OUT THE STAFF OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Never again in life will I be back or recommending anyone! Worst customer service paid 340$ for a test that I waited for over an hour to get done. When picking up my results it took another 2 plus hours. Lady’s at the front desk are very rude and don’t even pay attention to you when you ask them a question.

Horrible service they took my money to fill out some forms, it’s been 5 days and they have yet to fax the forms to my job I called to ask them whether they needed to be picked up and was diverted into a 30 minute hold after which I realized they simply do not care whether they help me or not only that they have received payment. Do not go here visit the other Branch instead maybe they will care enough to help you.

This is an amazing place, and throughly takes care of it's patients and cares about each individual.

Highly unorganized, slow and charge for every visit without prior informing they are going to charge calling it a doctor follow up even if you said you dont need it and they don't give proper update on phone so if you are ready to waste 3hrs you can use their service and pay $70 everytime you step in.

Appointment at 3:00pm got there 20 minutes before, is now 3:30 and counting.

terrible service they make you wait a long time and their prices are from a clinic as if it were top quality I will never back to this terrible clinic

There is a wait but everyone is very helpful, especially dr Alfonso lopez, the neurologist. I strongly recommend him
