The receptionist was nice, the nurse we saw was great as well. The doctor seemed like he just wanted my diagnosis to align with my returning to work that day. He didn’t listen to the symptoms I was describing that I am still having 4 days later. So disappointed that our employer using this company. It would have been worth a visit to a specialist and pay out of pocket for a correct diagnosis, and a doctor that listens.

Staff was kind. I had an appointment and acknowledge the waiting area was full, but it took 45 minutes to take me back to take my vitals then another 1.5 hours to wait to see the doctor. It would’ve been nice for someone to at least acknowledge me every once in a while and tell me an expected time. It was frustrating since my appointment only lasted less than 5 minutes.

I feel like first impression is everything so when I came through the door, I said good morning, and the front desk clerk the one that sits right by the door did not respond and she was very dry with communicating so that made me feel some type of way before I even got to the back. So when the tech call my name, I was waiting for an experience, so I got up and said good morning to her. She replied very nicely. Ask me how I was doing and that was great. My overall rating seven was for the back. She did an excellent job and went above and beyond in making me feel like my care matters!

Concentra in Castleton is the only one I go to. Love their customer service. I have been going to them for 3 years now. I remember one medical assistant really expressed her condolences to me of the passing of my mother. If they hired registered nurses I definitely will want to work in this location.

Jayla gave me a great experience! She was so nice and her presentation was everything. She informed me on my wait but also handled her business with me. What a great presence to be in.

Instructions were clear, everyone that I dealt with was professional and very friendly. My visit was relatively quick and that's important to me. My suggestion is that if you have to have a physical done you might want to visit the folks at Concentra Urgent Care.

The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. The receptionist didn’t really even know what things they saw people for and the nurses did not speak or acknowledge anyone’s presence. The only thing that saved it for me was the physician’s assistant that treated me. He cared very much and left me feeling like he had done all he could to assist me.

I had been seen for a fall at work by 2 other Dr.s for Rib contusion. Both other Dr.s wouldn't even listen to me about my bad pain, and wanted me to return to work the next day, even though Icouldn't walk ,bend, or reach without terrible pain !!! Dr. Nick understood how painful this injury can be and how much pain I was in with nobody listening to me for 2 weeks !! He was very kind and very knowledgeable. The whole Staff here is Awsome and kind. Unlike St. Vincents and Fishers Concerta Dr. & Staff ! I will definitely come here with any Medical issues from now on.

I arrived late afternoon on a Friday. From my initial contact with Laura and Abby to the time I left the facility every staff member I came in contact with was professional efficient and kind. The young lady that did my drug screening and vitals was focused and informative. I found it to be flabbergasting that on a Friday at closing time the staff was beyond friendly professional and inefficient. Service was excellent from the front desk to the back of the office. Everyone was polite and spoke. They were efficient assistants and the doctor A little wait time but it went smoothly and effectively. They have a great team I strongly encourage anyone to stop by and let them take care of you.

Very good positive attitudes welcoming as soon me and my daughter step in the building. It was fast paste your in and out. The whole staff was very nice!

Quick, efficient, by the book. My company gives random drug tests. I have been with them since 2015 and as inconvenient as the drugs tests are, Contra makes them quick and their processes assures me that they will be accurate.

I highly recommend this location. I came in for a drug screen and physical and the team was amazing. I was helped by Julia & Ashley who made this extremely easy and fast. Very knowledgeable and efficient women in the workspace. Thank you Ladies

I went up there for a drug screen for a new job. The wait wasn’t very long. There was a nurse named Jayla(I apologize if I spelled that wrong) and she was so kind and sweet. I had signed the form on the wrong line messing up the paperwork. But she was able to get another copy that they had on file from my future employer. She didn’t act irritable with me at all but reassured me that it was alright and not to worry. 10 out of 10 experience. Very clean and efficient. Great job y’all!!!

My experience was awesome! When I arrived as a walk in, I had a friendly greeting. I had to fill out paperwork, once it was turned in, I was seen within minutes & the chest xray only took seconds. I was very impressed, it took longer to get there and back to work than the time there. Kudos to the staff!!!

Made an appointment for 3 p.m. for a routine physical. During the phone call to make it I confirmed the time and date of the appointment with the person I was speaking with. When I arrived was informed Concentra did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I had to wait 1 hour to be worked into the schedule. Then after already filling out my health history on paper I received a text during the actual physical telling me to complete my health history online.

Went in a for a lab. The lady up front got me checked in quickly. Another nice lady took me in for a urine test, physical and hair follicle test. Everything went smoothly and everyone was courteous. Can't ask for more really.

A big shout out to Don, Very professional very kind and very fast. The only Concentra that’s fast and kind all the staff are hard working. The front desk receptionists are super sweet. 6 starts if I could!

This place is the absolute worst place to come for an injury. They aren’t concerned with the healing process. They’re more focused on getting you back to work. Let’s start by addressing the number one thing. They are not doctors, they are PA and DPT. The wait to the scene is ridiculous. You spend over an hour just to wait to be seen for five minutes. If you’re not going to listen to the persons issues, then why even bring it up. It’s like they already have their mind made up as to what it’s going to happen. How do you release somebody to go back on full duty that still in pain without explanation. Trial period? My injury isn’t a subscription. I’m very clueless as to know where all these five star ratings are coming from because I can guarantee not all of these are actual patients.

I go here all the time and never had a problem until my last visit. The medical assistant purposely skipped my name and took another pt back. No apology, no nothing. Another young was nice enough to get me started as she knew I should've went 1st and I had been waiting for a while. She was nice. Then I had to wait an additional hour for the PA to see me and he was very flat, unapproachable and didn't at least apologize for the delay. His bedside manner was terrible and he made me feel uncomfortable.

The entire staff was polite and courteous. Very professional atmosphere. The doctor did a wonderful job and help me to understand my injury and how best to take care of it. He was very thorough. I have been multiple times and had the same experience each time.

When I first arrived everyone seem pleasant. I went in for the Hep B test When I inquired who would be receiving the results. Would it be me or employer or both. Tasha responded by saying just the employer. While she made the copy of my ID Latasha decided to share it with her co-workers. It would be understandable if she was inquiring about it bc she didn't know but she like a veteran. With that in mind I believe that was a hippa violation. Not only that I felt like the time I spent in the office was a little long esp when they had time to talk and laugh as if no one was in the lobby. Some of the associates did something constructive with their time and others did not..

This location was really friendly and considerate. The wait was 30 mins or less and they talked you through the process. I liked that their chairs were spaced out as well.

The staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I did have to wait a few minutes longer than expected to see the provider; however, they were very thorough in their time with me once she came in.

My employer booked my urine screening appointment at this location. I brought my 8 yo daughter with me. While we were waiting in the waiting area, the TV was showing a very violent & graphic crime drama. I politely asked them to change it and was really shocked that 2 workers gave me a lot of grief about the request. One person said "No" so I asked if they could just turn it off until we were gone. She said they can only have it on a few channels and mentioned the cooking channel which I said was absolutely fine. She muttered something about asking her manager. A third woman (manager?) came out and changed it to Nickelodeon. I was clearly not asking for a kids channel, I really was not picky, but I do think it's very inappropriate to have a prime time cable crime show on in a doctor's office that serves all ages. The bad attitude response to my reasonable request was the main disappointment.

All the staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. Workers had very good attitudes and seemed to enjoy what they do. I'm not one that enjoys visiting hospitals, urgent care or similar facilities, but I found myself letting my guard down. Thankful and grateful for your staff

Upon entering the facility., later in the afternoon, I was greeted immediately. The facility provided me a face mask, and since I was a guest at their facility, I immediately put it on. I was kindly asked to complete minimal paperwork, and with a photo ID; I was seen within 10 minutes. There was a little trouble with my company code, but she made it work, as not to delay my hiring process. Very clean, and helpful.
