    Todd knows his stuff! I started training with him about 2 months ago + his attention to detail in my personalized workout plan is unparalleled. They say that the hardest part about going to the gym is the drive to the gym but I 100% look forward to our morning sessions. Thanks for the gains baby!

    Todd and the team at Awaken are simply the best. I have been working out with Todd once a week for the past 6 months and my body has never looked/felt better. Todd makes fitness and training approachable to anyone. My time with Awaken has helped me gain so much confidence going into the gym. Todd works with you to create a plan tailored to your fitness goals that is approacable and sustainable long term for the best results. Any question I have regarding a workout plan, fitness, or diet is consistently met with an extremely knowledgable response. I look forward to seeing Todd each week to workout which says a lot coming from someone who used to fear the gym and dread working out. I cannot recommend Todd and Awaken enough!

    Todd is an amazing trainer & has built out a wonderful gym! As a beginner I cannot recommend him enough, he gives excellent instruction & feedback during our sessions & I always feel comfortable asking any questions that pop up!

    I worked out with Hannah 2x a week for 6 months and those were the best 6 months ever. Not only was I improving my strength and hitting my goals, but I was educated on why I did specific workouts and how I should continue to workout outside of Awaken’s gym. Everyday you walk in greeted with the biggest smile and hello from not only Todd & Hannah, but also everyone else working out. They’re extremely flexible incase you are out of town and Todd is constantly asking how he can better the gym. Wish everyone had trainers like Todd and Hannah.

    My husband and I have been working out with Todd for over 6 months now and it is one of the best investments we have made in our future. Todd's thoughtful and holistic approach along with his depth of knowledge about how the body works really has made the difference in our workouts. He is just brilliant in his field and that coupled with his kindness and ease with people really makes working out enjoyable. We are thrilled with the results we are seeing and motivated to continue.

    I met Todd and the Awaken team through a referral. My executive coach mentioned I should check it out. The past year has been an amazing experience. Todd has increased my strength and served as an excellent resource for diet/other workouts. As a former college athlete and busy executive it’s been the right boost to optimize my life performance. I highly recommend Todd and this group for anyone looking to improve and get the right results.

    I've been coming a couple of time per week for almost a year and I have had a phenomenal experience. Todd and Hannah are particularly great. The gym is never crowded and it is always very clean. Awaken has every type of equipment you would want in a high-end fitness center. Hannah and Todd are highly educated and knowledgeable about all things pertaining to strength training, nutrition and achieving personal goals. I cannot recommend it enough!

    Todd is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to understand his clients. I started coming to Awaken 3 months ago and I feel substantially stronger already. Todd does a great job of adjusting the workout intensity based on how he sees your body warming up and moving through the priming portion. I had all sorts of rehab on an AC separation injury and still felt instability and some pain nearly 8 months later. Working with Todd for the past few months has made that shoulder feel stable and strong in much less time.

    This review is way overdue. I’ve been training with Todd for well over a year and can’t say enough great things about him and his studio. Todd is both extremely knowledgeable about fitness and overall wellness and he has a great personality. And the equipment is top notch. I just completed a half marathon with a personal best, which I owe in large part to Todd. Give him a try. You won’t regret it.

    Before coming to Awaken I had never done personal training. I always thought it would be too expensive to be worth it. I have been training at Awaken twice a week for a year now. In that time, I have seen noticeable improvements in my physique and my strength. Todd is a great guy and an excellent trainer who makes your workouts interesting and challenging. He varies the routine so that it doesn’t get mundane and pushes you to keep improving. He does a great job of tailoring to your needs/preferences. Getting trained at Awaken has been worth the investment. My only regret is not starting earlier.

    I started going to Awaken for the last 4-6 months. Working out with Todd has allowed me to learn more about my body and proper technique when lifting. I suffered of shoulder pain for years and Todd was able to identify the cause of my pain and provide the necessary modifications to avoid pain and injuries. I love working out at awaken as it keeps me motivated and have seeing the results. Thank you!

    I have trained with Todd for over a year. My experience and results has been amazing. I have lost about 20lbs and improved strength and core conditioning. Todd customizes my workout and incrementally step my program to reach my goals. He is mindful of form and have a lot of variety to make it fun and engaging. I highly recommend Todd.

    I have had several trainers over the years, and Todd is by far the best. He is personally involved with his clients and his business. He is great at tailoring the workouts and routines for specific goals and accommodating life.

    I always enjoy working out with Todd. I have a back injury, and he always alters the workout to ensure I don’t hurt myself again. I’ve been going for about four months now and can tell a difference in how my body looks and feels. Todd is also very engaging and easy to talk to, which makes it feel like you’re working out with a good friend.

    I highly recommend Todd and Awaken317! I started going to Todd about 5 months postpartum and was feeling all the things: nervous about going to a gym, uncertain of my postpartum capabilities, tired and not very confident, yet hopeful and eager for some movement, me time, and strength building. Todd has been so supportive, kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging! His postpartum certification is a special bonus for my situation, but I know with all of his clients he makes sure the workout is focused on their needs. He has many longtime clients, which is indicative of his high-quality work and welcoming, positive personality. I'm about 6 months in to training at Awaken, and it has become a highlight of the week for me! I'm stronger, feel more capable, and am grateful for a trainer that pushes me while also is able to meet me where I'm at in my process. #AwakenYourStrength

    My wife came across Awaken and after reading Todd’s website knew he’d be a fit for me. I have had trainers in the past so I knew what to expect, but still approached the experience with an open mind. Todd trained me for over a year and worked with me in the gym with a focus on building overall healthy habits. He is excellent at meeting clients where they are and setting them up for success. Not only was I able to decrease my weight and improve my strength, but I also improved my health which my doctor measured through lab work (e.g., stress hormones). I highly recommend trying out Awaken; not only is Todd passionate about his work, but he has state-of-the-art equipment and great staff that are welcoming and build customized plans to improve people's lives. I wish I could move him to California with me!

    Training at Awaken is my first experience with personal training. I’ve historically never felt confident lifting. I either didn’t see results or ended up getting injured. Working with Todd has completely changed my outlook on weightlifting. Todd is great at keeping the workouts unique and challenging. I went from barely being able to do a single pull-up to doing 5. Since starting at Awaken I’ve hit new PRs pretty much across the board. I’ve done solo and group workouts and would recommend either. If you’re looking for a great downtown gym, Awaken is your place.

    Todd is an excellent trainer! I have worked with him during 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training with my spouse. He takes the time to understand my fitness goals and then caters each workout to those goals. He is very supportive and encouraging, which extends beyond our scheduled sessions. He checked in on me after a race I had been training for, which I really appreciated. During our 2-on-1 sessions, he quickly and easily adjusts each activity to fit both me and my husband, despite our different builds and strengths. Not to mention, his gym is well-equipped and clean. Highly recommend!
