Its not a big park, its doable without tiring you out! It has train coaster dolphin show, other exhibits at affordable cost, I dont mind paying that since its all going to a good cause! Will be back for sure kids truly enjoyed everything!

It costs to park. It costs more for tickets to ride/feed animals. There was no animal there to ride and feed times were all the same for all animals so unless u can be 5 places at once u are losing money. Because plastic is so bad for earth, it cost to get a drink with lid and and or straw. It cost to get a bag in gift shop to carry out your overpriced goodies. Customer service does not exist at this zoo. I would rather be released in the tiger den and take my chances with getting a smile from them. The animals were the best part, the people made it horrible and uncomfortable.

Had a zoo membership and members express lane was more like the slow lane. The general admission line was moving faster. Very Crowded. Zoo staff did not seem prepared/equipped to handle such large crowds/traffic.

Very disappointed the 2:00 dolphin show cancelled. The WHOLE reason we came. The 7 year old in our party of 7 talked about ALL morning. He hardly wanted to see anything else he was too excited. We sat and waited in a full crowd only to be told they were not going to do the presentation. No legitimate reason. Tried to take him to the coaster to get his mind off the dolphin, and it was shut down during Pure sunshine, ugh! 6 of us came from 3 directions; Cincinnati, Muncie, and Bloomington. Such a bummer.

Awesome and helpful staff! As great as the zoo is simply is a reflection of the staff and volunteers! Highly recommended.

Able to scan membership tickets on any device I tried, including a watch. A guest services agent knew ASL.

Was a little crowded and the walrus exhibit was still closed but was still enjoyable.

A great zoo. Not a lot of food options, tho.
